We have used services of Randy Sassaman's law firm for our negotiations with a big insurance company. He was recommended to me and my wife by another lawyer, who was not able to take our case at the time. And we are so glad now that Randy and Mike took that case and pursued it so tirelessly. They prepared exhaustive arguments to defend our side and were almost successful in doing so. The judge seemed to be leaning our way, so it's still not clear how the decision went the other way.
Randy suggested and we decided to appeal the case to the Ninth Circuit. Fortunately it was accepted there and Randy traveled to San Francisco for the hearing and presented our side of the story so convincingly that the case was returned back to Arizona for retrial.
That was enough to eventually reach a settlement with the insurance company that helped us financially a lot in our situation.
We will sure recommend this law firm to anybody seeking help with personal injury and insurance cases.

My second experience with L&R was different from the first maybe because it was a bad time or just not the right hand involved before Matt. October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. I was convicted of an aggravated dui and possession of drug paraphernalia, from an arrest in 2007. The charges have been set aside and rights reinstated, but I still have problems with professional licensing authorities. Alex has been representing me when I deal with them. Sean took my case ,which was anything but a sure thing. He never gave up, keeping me up to speed the entire way. Recently we were looking for someone to restate our previous Trust. We found Amy and had two meetings with her before we had her restate our Trust. We wanted to be sure we could work well together. Trustworthy is the most important thing I can say about Cameron. His straight forward approach can be abrasive but it is necessary when trying to understand what kind of fight your up against. He was more than reasonably priced. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive because he came in way under any other attorney I interviewed. I feared he would nail me with fees half way through the case holding me hostage, but this did not happen. He is a NO BS attorney, this guy truly saved my life and I highly recommend him.

Mary is a wonderful family attorney in Yuma, Arizona. I would definitely recommend her for anyone going thru a divorce or in need of legal services involving family matters. The original judge we had in my case was extremely biased and ruled against me. But with Mary's help, we appealed my case, won the appeal, and ended up with an extremely favorable decision in the end.
Divorce and child custody are extremely difficult things to deal with for anyone, but I'm certain I would not have made it thru this process the way I did if not for Mary's help. Mr. Jamieson went above and beyond the call of duty from day one. I'm one to ask a lot of questions but he didn't mind at all. A matter of fact, he always answered my e-mails immediately. His answers were always explained so that I could understand and then some.

I had the pleasure of working with Barry Shalen for a year and a half. Throughout the process, Barry was open and very direct about what the possible outcomes maybe for my case. I applaud Barry for being upfront and truthful about the reality of what the payout of my personal injury case would likely be. Most lawyers may blow smoke and say they can get an astronomical settlement for their clients. I'll admit, I thought I would be able to get such a settlement as well.
