Mr. Kirby Mouser displayed professionalism throughout my entire case, he's very relaxed but I was in awe of his expertise at my social security hearing. But what really made an impression on me after the hearing he allowed me to express my concerns and he answered all of my questions, and I totally appreciated that. After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior. She new exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted and knew to be best for my son. Her recommendation for an ad litem for my son was also outstanding because she new that he would be very thorough in his part of our custody case. I hired Cecily in the worst time of my life. My ex sued me for custody of our son and it has been an extremely difficult situation that she has been there for me and my child the whole way through. She is more than just a lawyer—she cares about doing what is right and she cares about her clients. If you hire a lawyer and do not know much about the legal system it is overwhelming but she has walked me through some of the hardest times. It has been said that she is fiery or aggressive but I see it as she stands up for her clients and what is right regardless if that is popular or not. I was in a terrible situation with my ex wife and with Arkansas being a mother state so many people said I would never be able to get full custody of my daughter. Mr Davis actually became my attorney when the attorney I hired for my divorce originally took a new position and passed my case to him. They say things happen for a reason. I had a bench warrant out for my arrest with a couple traffic violations tagged onto it. It was passed by a couple of years and could have turned into something serious. George and his staff were very professional and understanding of my situation. They kept their promises and kept me from going to jail. They presented themselves on my behalf in court. I only had to meet with an officer to acknowledge and sign paper work. Amongst the COVID pandemic, everything was done at a timely manner. The more facts and honesty you give to your lawyer, the more they have to work with making your case run more smoothly.

In September my daughter and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident. After the accident we sought treatment for the head, neck, and shoulder injuries we sustained as a result of the collision. I found myself dealing with the insurance company of the party whom was responsible for the wreck. At first this seemed to go fine and it looked as if all of our medical bills would be taken care of without needing to involve an attorney. Then the insurance company stopped communicating with us and there we were, stuck with outstanding medical bills. I realized I needed at least some advice from an attorney so I decided to call Michael Phillips. Over the course of our conversation, I realized that I needed more than just his advice, I really needed his help. He understood how things worked in these cases in a way that I did not. In the end, my husband and I decided that hiring Michael was the best possible choice. This choice took the stress off of us. Michael did everything we didn't know how to and the results were much better than if we had continued trying to resolve matters on our own. We couldn't be happier that we hired him! He is efficient, experienced, knowledgeable, and he was able to explain things in a way that my husband and I could understand. Malpractice in changing my medical evidence records from 2015 in t5 vertibrea and spinal cord nerve damage and paralysis throughout my body, recently acquired my records after several failed attempts from Dr George thomkins/spirit medical in van Buren Arkansas, plus phone hacking and mental harassment over 3 years now, and stalking because of these microchips in my brain and body, several past robberies on me from my debit card and bank account and police reports made and still ongoing, and I'm on social security disability benefits and Laura McKinnon was and is my lawyer on this and got me on it in 2008 and recently got it back for me,

Mark Johnson is a great lawyer. The consultation with Mark from the beginning, he listened to everything I had to say before giving me his advice. he was very descriptive on the plan of action to take and talked me through every single step. I was going up against Child support enforcement as the custodial parent that’s supposed to receive child support. But I was not wanting to have child support go after my ex husband. We had a legal agreement and we wanted child support to leave us alone. Mark was wonderful and again told me each step. Without going into detail about my own case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone by far the best lawyer I’ve ever had to deal with and had the pleasure of meeting with. I would hire him again if I had any Legal issues.

I own several rental properties in the state of Arkansas.
