He was booked solid and didn't have time to add me and didn't really do the type of legal work I needed anymore as he's scaling down for retirement. But he talked on phone 5 minutes and answered some questions I had and was very polite and honest. We even had a good laugh together. James sounds like a loving and caring lawyer. Mr. Coleman is very familiar with the way disability cases work. "It definitely wasn't his first rodeo" I've tried other lawyers before using mr. Coleman and was denied disability. Mr. Coleman took my case and he work hard on my case and I received a favorable decision for my disability claim. Would I recommend him? Most definitely. He answered all the questions that I had about the disability process and explained how the process works. He answered or return my calls promptly. If I had the need I would definitely use him again. I just want to let people that look at this website know what a great bunch of men and women you guys are. Six years ago my family went through the most horrific experience. Our 9 year old daughter had a stroke and had to have a mechanic valve put into her heart.i contacted Rainwater,Holt and Sexton and was put into contact with Bob Sexton. David Bailey has helped me so much in my life. I've had some very bad relationships, and like the "cliche" fell for the bad boys, and in turn....received a bad life with them along with a bad ending as well. Out of these relationships, however, I was blessed with three small children, which are my life. I had both of my ex's come at me at the SAME time trying to take my kids away from me. I sold everything I could sell to have Bailey as my lawyer. Why? Because he is the best! If you want someone that won't sugar coat things and tell you the truth on EVERYTHING, then David is the lawyer you want. I had one ex settle, and then about six months later, the other ex settled. David is so good about making sure he explains everything and how things can turn out. He means business and is a no nonsense kind of lawyer. Which has really come in handy with one of my ex's who just recently tried to back out of a deal that was already set in motion. I called David that day, on the Sunday after 4th of July no less, and he made sure to get things straightened out in literally three hours! I wouldn't go to any other lawyer. Mr. Joe Byars, he is truly one of a kind. I was being wrongfully sued for allot of money in small claims court for the simple fact that I didn't give a 10 day notice. Being that it was in small claims court, nobody was even hearing me out. The ones that would hear me out wanted tons of money up front and I just didn't have anything to give. I called a lawyer whose name I don't even remember, he told me he didn't practice that part of the law, and he referred me to Joe byars. I was immediately impressed that another lawyer would refer another lawyer. Joe Byars, was the first lawyer, who I felt like actually cared. He heard me out and he knew I didn't have any money for a lawyer, but he took my case anyway. Then, he did one better, he told me he was going to charge me $0.00 for his retaining fee. Meaning, he took my case to help me out for free. You don't meet people that do that anymore. It's absolutely refreshing. Once he took my case, he kept me updated on what was going on and then my case eventually was dismissed. Thank you so much, Mr. Byars. I am sincerely grateful for everything you've done. I highly recommend! He was hired as defense by my insurance company and yet still truly cared about the outcome for me personally, not just the outcome for my insurance company that hired him. When it would've been quicker to settle for a large amount of punitive damages that I would've had to pay out, he continued to fight until the punitive damages got brought down to zero. He was even willing to travel all the way to Dallas to advice me during my deposition.

Denny represented my family when 7 other attorneys told us our case was too difficult to argue in court. He and Robert did an excellent job with researching other court cases for the trial, and they both represented our case so well that the judge had to take several days to consider all of their arguments before he could come decide on a verdict. This is the best legal team in Arkansas. A good attorney has to be a natural leader, and leadership is innate.
