I hired Anna in Nov 2022 to handle my divorce with child custody and property division. I am so grateful I did. She and her assistant, Beth, handled my case so personably. They always answered my texts and emails. They handled my case in as timely a manner as possible. The best part was that Anna advised me not to settle for the offer I was given at mediation since it was a low ball offer. She was certain with the case presented to our particular judge that he would rule as close to a 50/50 split on property as possible. And he did. She was sure of a lot of things, and I am so glad I trusted her and endured the process. She handled herself well in the court room, and I walked away with more than I expected. At the recommendation of family, I hired a local social security disability Lawyer from Ft. Smith, AR in March 2022. After months of me going to Doctors appointments, filling out forms, obtaining medical records, etc. I received a letter from him in August of 2023 saying he had closed his business! I was at a loss and didn’t know what to do. I called Laura McKinnon’s office in September 2023 and she thankfully agreed to take my case.
I knew nothing about her. Had only seen her commercials on TV. She and her staff were most courteous and professional and stayed in constant touch with me throughout this process. I am happy to say that in May of 2024 she won my social security disability case for me! Couldn’t have done it without her!

After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior. She new exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted and knew to be best for my son. Mark Johnson is a great lawyer. The consultation with Mark from the beginning, he listened to everything I had to say before giving me his advice. he was very descriptive on the plan of action to take and talked me through every single step. I was going up against Child support enforcement as the custodial parent that’s supposed to receive child support. But I was not wanting to have child support go after my ex husband. We had a legal agreement and we wanted child support to leave us alone. Mark was wonderful and again told me each step. Without going into detail about my own case. In September my daughter and I were involved in a motor vehicle accident. After the accident we sought treatment for the head, neck, and shoulder injuries we sustained as a result of the collision. I found myself dealing with the insurance company of the party whom was responsible for the wreck. At first this seemed to go fine and it looked as if all of our medical bills would be taken care of without needing to involve an attorney. Then the insurance company stopped communicating with us and there we were, stuck with outstanding medical bills. I realized I needed at least some advice from an attorney so I decided to call Michael Phillips. Over the course of our conversation, I realized that I needed more than just his advice, I really needed his help. He understood how things worked in these cases in a way that I did not. In the end, my husband and I decided that hiring Michael was the best possible choice. This choice took the stress off of us. Michael did everything we didn't know how to and the results were much better than if we had continued trying to resolve matters on our own. We couldn't be happier that we hired him! He is efficient, experienced, knowledgeable, and he was able to explain things in a way that my husband and I could understand. I was fortunate enough to be represented by Peter Miller in a case that involved a motorcycle accident. I was traumatically injured when a driver collided with me while I was driving my motorcycle. This event eventually resulted in the amputation of my right leg below the knee. This was just one of the several injuries I suffered as a result of the collision.
My family was unsure where to turn because we were not from this area. Several people recommended Peter to my wife. After a brief phone conversation Peter came to the hospital to visit with my family. During this time he displayed great compassion and understanding.
