Watts & Herring helped me with the two debt collectors that were suing me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of everything and answered any questions I had via phone or email immediately. They did exactly what they said they would do the debt collectors. They got it dismissed and they're working to make sure their removed from the credit reports. I am so glad I found the Watts & Herring law firm. I was looking online and came across John Watts’ YouTube channel and was very impressed with his videos regarding collections. These videos are very informative and easy to understand. I could see from the videos that Mr. Watts is very knowledgeable when it comes to these kinds of cases and really cares about helping people who have issues with collections. This helped me to make the decision to choose him as my attorney to assist me with a legal matter with a collection agency.
My case has since been settled and his team is assisting me with clearing errors from my file with the credit bureaus. I had been contacted by a debt collector so I was looking for "advice" online.
Found John he was even giving tips to "do it yourselfers" who are trying to fix and problem & save money too.
Then I got a letter from out of state - contacting me because they knew a suit had already been filed!
I knew nothing about the case!
I had typed out a form letter type response I'd found online.
Before I sent it I thought I'd call John's office. The call was free & what could it hurt. SO glad I did. There was no pressure, no hype just letting me know my options and what John could do for me. The debt wasn't huge but big enough that I didn't want to mess it up doing it on my own.
So I put John to work - absolutely nothing to lose.
Got notification yesterday - WE WON!
AND John's team is also already at work helping me with "other opportunities."
I have to include that John has a LARGE staff - very VERY quick to respond, friendly and eager to answer my questions.

Mr Watts initially contacted me by letter. I read the letter and thought it was too good to be true. You just don't read letters like this one, really, hardly ever. The letter was placed on my desk and not ignored but thought it was too good to be true. A second letter came and I read it again but this time thought if this man is going to take the time to reach out to me twice, by letter, I owe it to him to place a call.
From this point in the process forward it was simply, simple!! Next I was talking with two members of his team and before I knew it, matter was closed.
The matter was involving a debt collector though regardless of your issue at hand you should give this man a call and see if he can help you. I will use him, again and again. He can be trusted.

Mr. Sears is very knowledgeable about Special Education and what schools should be providing their students. As someone who is a well versed parent of a child with special needs, I felt that I was still not getting what my child needed in school. I struggled to get the school to understand and work with my child that I became so frustrated and my child was suffering daily. I contacted Mr. Sears for help to see if there was anything he can do. He helped me navigate the whole process beginning to end until everything my child needed was provided by the school. He continued to provide follow ups and updates from the school and did not stop until her needs were met. Danny Feldman's performance exceeded my expectations -- (which, by the way, were high). I hit a car that had pulled out in front of me at an intersection. My insurance company paid all the bills minus deductable and diminshed value of my car ($10,000 damage). BUT they said we could never win a suit to recoup my losses and compensate for minor injuries because the insurance company of the involved individual is recognized throughout the industry as very very difficult to deal with,
Mr. Feldman had been beyond helpful in a previous case, so I decided to reach out to him again. He didn't hesitate to get to work on my case right away. Throughout the process he kept me informed, answered all questions and perservered when others would have given up . Several times during the process, he correctly predicted the next outcome. Had I not followed his advice, my settlement would have much less.
Mr. Feldman did an outstanding job settling this case with not only the plaintiff's insurance company but also all the medical entities that claimed shares of the award.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past 8 years both of which I was not at fault. I contacted Mr. Feldman's office on my first accident claim and was so impressed that I used him again on my second accident claim. I enjoy working with Mr. Feldman. He is professional and personable. He read over my medical records, listened to my story and picked up details about how the accident had changed my life that even I was unaware of. He was able to communicate with me so that I understood the process and reasoning behind some of the decisions he made on my behalf. I liked that I could email any thoughts, questions or concerns I was having and Danny would normally answer the same day. Phone calls were also returned promptly. Kevin McKie and the ELG staff were incredibly helpful and eager to do all they could to recover the compensation I desperately needed to pay for my cancer treatment and surgery. Rip Andrews is a young brilliant attorney. He took my case and breathed life into it. He connected with the jurors with his opening statement and never lost them.
