I got into a car wreck in Birmingham last year, broke my collar bone, and ruptured 2 discs in my back which required surgery. My attorney, Kirby Farris, and the rest of the attorneys at Farris, Riley & Pitt were wonderful. They settled my case after my insurance company denied my claim. I was personally involved in a car accident a few years back. I was taken to the hospital and treated for a neck injury that resulted in surgery. The accident report showed the other individual was at fault. But as I learn quickly dealing with the insurance companies was almost impossible. A friend recommended that I should go see Greg Zarzaur. Greg set down with me many times as we reviewed my case. Of course there was no question after meeting him that he was the right attorney . I could tell that he cared deeply and understood my situation. The case is over today and the insurance company settled with me for around $120,000. I am sure that without Greg I would never have received any substantial amount of money. It's not really even the money. As of today I have gone through two surgeries but with that said I do feel like the insurance company's were held liable.
Would I recommend Greg to a friend, ..........I'd put them in my car and drive them to his office.

Mr. Samples and his team were always honest and courteous. The time put into my case was accumulative work for a three year spanse. Even though a jury did not find in our favor, it was not due to a lack of tenacity , or experience , from Mr. Samples and his team. Only small town politics.

Attorney Michael Bell and his team of lawyers are the best in Birmingham! I highly recommend them. I met Steven a few months ago through a mutual friend and I've been really impressed with how he conducts his business. Unfortunately, I've found myself involved with the courts in a criminal manner several times. However, I was blessed to have Johnny as my representation each time. He never once acted like was was better than me nor judged me. And one thing that surprises me is that after the years of being my attorney (this last one dragging on for almost 2 years of returning to court many times) he never seemed tired of it all.
