I called to speak with someone in regards to my tenant-landlord situation. The intake lady, listened and then said…well I’m gonna tell you upfront it’s $300-$400/hr to speak with an attorney. Okay? And? Did I inquire about the price? Obviously I wasn’t looking for pro-bono work or I wouldn’t have called THIS law firm. She said it might be a little too costly and that I should call my other lawyer back. Wowwwwwww. Thanks. And to think someone referred this place to me.

Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

Gary Anderson is the most efficient and down to earth attorney I’ve ever met. When I found out I have lung cancer in 2015, I was utterly shocked. I’ve never been a smoker, so I thought that was impossible. Little did I know asbestos was the culprit. I worked on a construction site for several years back in the 70s, and asbestos dust was everywhere. My family has been very supportive and urged me to file for compensation as soon as they heard about asbestos trust funds.
We were very lucky to meet attorney Mr. Anderson, who was extraordinary in handling my case and taking care of all the papers for me. I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.

Cameron won me a good settlement and he was always courteous, respectful, and professional. I have always had back problems & was hit while yielding on an interstate on ramp and was hit by a 16 yr old who was going about 30-40mph & texting about 3 weeks before the distracted driving law went into effect, and this dude never hit the brakes. I am almost certain he won my girlfriend at the time a good settlement as well. We separated before the case came to a disposition, but I referred him a few clients who he was straight up with about whether they had a legitimate case or not, and when they did, he took it and fought for them and as far as I know the case is still pending but I feel confident that they'll get good results with Cameron. He's very honest & upfront and you don't find that with many in his profession. He's almost brutally honest, but it's in his and the clients best interest if he thinks they don't have a case. The one I referred to him and he rejected ended up hiring another lawyer that kept him tied up where he couldn't work or do anything for 3 yrs, then lost the case. So, it took Cameron 5 min to essentially save him 3 years of waiting to find out Cameron was right. He thought Cameron just didn't want to take the case, but obviously in the end, Cameron was right and that's all that matters. His legal advice was 100% sound. I highly recommend him & he will be straight up with you & fight for you where it matters.

I gave her all details of the situation I was in and She patiently listened to every word not once making me feel rushed.
