Bailey is amazing!!! I cannot recommend her enough! She is kind, caring, attentive, and hard working!! She did an amazing job handling my case and made a not so fun process easy to deal with! This review is a pleasure. John Edwards, with his excellent paralegal, Holly Anacleto, has been the blessing that my wife and I needed to get through a very stressful and confusing time. I had been involved in a bad head-on collision that resulted in a year's worth of medical and dental expenses. John advised me from the start that he needed me to take care of myself and my recovery needs, and to let him do what I had retained him to do. I had only to get myself better, and he would take care of the rest. Sure, I had input, and was regularly contacted to ensure that John and Holly had all case information as needed. But I had no worries such as contacting my own insurance company, dealing with the offending driver's insurance, etc. I knew what was going on, and clearly John knew what to worry about so that I didn't have to. It is difficult to grasp the amount of peace one gets from knowing that "all the potential accident and insurance hassles in the world" can in large part be removed by someone who gives you the comfort of knowing that you are well represented. Breck and his team did a fantastic job with obtaining a better-than-expected resolution to the legal/financial I was faced with. More than that, the level of personal customer service I received was exceptional.
Breck always took the time to respond to me personally, frequently late into the evening and on weekends.
Even though my small case undoubtedly represented a very minor part of the firm's caseload, they understood that to me it was very important.

On January 4, 2009, I was wrongfully tased by a Fruitland Police Officer as my roommate and I removed his drunk and violent girlfriend from our house.
The Officer arrived on scene and without saying a word, he pulled out his Taser and shot me! Fifty thousand volts violently ran through my body for five seconds...but that wasn't even close to being the worst part. Five days after the incident, the Officer filed "Battery Charges" against me in an attempt to cover up the tasing...and for the first time in my life I needed legal help.
After a lot of wasted time and money...I simply believe my first attorney was afraid of the fight...and that's when I was referred to Jack Van Valkenburgh. Dan represented my husband after he received a traumatic brain injury from a motor vehicle collision with a drunk driver. Dan worked with me as my husband was limited in his cognitive abilities. I was picked up on a couple of bogus charges by the Twin Falls Police Department. Dan did an amazing job fighting for me. The the prosecutor would not drop the charges, so we took the case to jury trial where I was acquitted on all charges. It was an extraordinary stroke of luck when my malpractice insurance company hired Mr. Jones to represent me in a recent malpractice suit against me. From the very start he was thorough, always prepared, always on time, and went out of his way to come to my office on several occasions to prepare me for the pre-litigation panel and deposition. Every time I talked to him I always felt he was in complete control of the situation and had gone out of his way to do all his homework. Gary was very useful and helpful and professional in some different cases that we worked with him on. We had a business that we had a partnership and we had a large line of credit with a bank. Well my two partners decided that they wanted out and would not pay their share of the line of credit. Gary worked with my bank and was able to get them to agree to let me pay my one third share of the line of credit and they the bank could go after the other two individuals.
On another occasion I had a challenge with a local hospital and felt that they had caused some health issues that was because of lack of attention to detail and then they tried to bill me for their mistakes. Gary wrote to the hospital and worked out the situation and they did not send me any more bills for their miscues.
Gary helped me one time when I was mis charged for asualt on a individual who was in some authority and misused his authority in filing this case. Gary advised me and also made some phone calls to the courts and helped me to find an attorney that was profiencent in this type of law. Everything worked out for my benefit. Gary is very in tune with and how to apply the law and I would and probable will use him for guidence and direction in the future.

I have been in law enforcement for 16 years. During my career I have worked closely with all types of attorneys. In that time I developed a decent "nose" for identifying good attorneys and bad ones. When I moved to Idaho I was hired by a state agency as an investigator. The time came for me to need representation so I asked around for some recommendations. He took my money, wasn't really interested in helping me or trying to fight for me I found out more things from google and people around me than I did from my lawyer..... he wanted me to take the first plea deal just told me I was guilty in every conversation.
