Denied my case because of personality. Didn’t seem to care about me nor my case. He told me to file an insurance claim through my own insurance. He said that’s why you’re paying for car insurance. (The other person ran a red light) and his insurance is only taking liability for 80%.

I was in an accident about a year ago where I was hit in crosswalk and had my foot crushed, after a researching a few places online I decided to call Lister Frost and they were absolutely amazing they were very communicative and helpful during this hard time,, in particular my case manager, Morgan, was absolutely amazing I understand nothing about law or even keeping you know certain paperwork together or keeping track of you know which bills coming from where and all that she did all that for me she was absolutely amazing I couldn't have asked for a better case manager she really didn't make the whole process so easy for me! I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me. I was scared, and had no idea what to. I went on a hunt for lawyers. I sat down with several. Out of all of them, I liked Jake Hardee, of Hardee, Piñol and Kracke. His enthusiasm and optimism made me feel like I had a chance to get what I needed, and boy did we. Hands down, I fully believe we navigated and dealt our way to a wonderful deal. All thank to Jake and his team. They were available even whilst I was overseas. And when the times didn't line up, I was able to email them and knew they would follow up ASAP. If you are going through a divorce or have any family law issues, these are the attorneys to use. I used Dan & Jake Hardee, and they were absolutely amazing and on point with their knowledge and care for my daughter and me. They both were attentive to my needs and the fact that it was an ever-changing issue, they never backed off because of that, instead, they listened and helped! They were right there ready to help and defend me every step of the way. They also never did anything to prolong the case. I cannot say the same for the opposing counsel!

The first thing that struck me was that Robert was very empathetic and calm. I felt like everything was going to be ok because he would guide me through the process comfortably. I was right. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, followed up with email and mailed documents and instructions, and handled his end quickly and efficiently. I was referred to Pat Kershisnik through lawpoint for a free consultation offered through my job's employee assistance program. I recieved an email from a representative asking for a date/time to talk with Mr. Kershisnik. I replied back that I was available Friday, July 26th at 11:30 am for a phone consultation. After confirming the date and time they said that Pat would be calling me at that time. I did not recieve a call from Pat until 12:35pm, over an hour later. He left me a VM stating that he was scheduled to talk to me. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him he was an hour late calling me, and instead of apologizing or explaining that maybe there was a scheduling error, he proceeded to get mad at me and told me I could find someone else to work with and hung up on me. I called him right back and started to tell him that I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and that he should not be treating potential clients that way. He then proceeded to start over talking me and telling me that if I didnt want his help then to find someone else and hung up on me a second time. At this point I had given up on calling him back but wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to hire him. I am going through the worse time of my life with a divorce and custody looming over me and this is how Mr. Kershisnik treated me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but I have never been treated so mispoorly by any company or organization such as Kershisnik Law, PLLC.

Mr. Townsend was a terrible divorce lawyer. He never returns emails. He submitted our divorce papers and they were denied and tried to charge us more money for his incompetence. We decided to go with another lawyer. That lawyer charged us $740 to fix Mr. Townsends mistakes. Hire him as your lawyer if you want someone that does not return calls or emails. Oh...and by the way. I have a coworker that used him as well. Says the same thing.

When Mr. Townsend took on my child custody case I was at the end of my rope. My ex-husband had my daughter against my will and court order for over a year. I didn't know where to turn. Within weeks of having this lawyer take my case, I got to see my daughter for the first time. Within a month see was back in my home. My ex even got the treatment he needed for his alcohol addiction through court order. What he has done for my daughter, for my family....I owe him more than money can buy. But his rates where extremely fair to boot! I highly recommend Mr. Townsend to anybody looking for an awesome lawyer with heart. You won't be disappointed trust me.

Absolutely the most unprepared attorney I have ever worked with, Mr Davis appears time has passed him by, retained him for a divorce proceeding, 2 days before hearing called to make sure he would be in court, was totally unaware the hearing was in person, on day of hearing, wants to file motion, while we are sitting before the judge, had me sign motion 2 pgs that i didnt get chance to read, because he forgot to submit to court, legal tactics awful, secured new atty, have asked his office 4x for my file, never received, today follow up, court discloses Mr Davis never filed motion, Im screwed, also according to opposing attorney never let them know I was on vacation and not vacating the family home, spent more time flirting with my 25 yr old daughter,,,stay away he is awful, unprepared and unprofessional.
