I was very happy with the Yarborough Applegate Law Firm.From the time John. and David came to my home after I had a very bad accident with a head injury. A FEW EXTRA MINUTES OF READING COULD CHANGE EVERYTHING. …..……… REVIEW: …..………. I was just an ordinarytourist on a trip to Charleston, walking the historic town and enjoying the sights, when a careless driver behind the wheel of a vehicle hit me and altered both part of my body and my life. ……….. The lawyer that I initially signed with was not able to dig me out of the hole of medical bills that I eventually did acquire. As a result, he ended up handing my case over to Allison Gutberlet. I cannot thank that lawyer enough. From the start, Ms. Gutberlet was both highly professional and truly understanding. She was the way human beings are supposed to be, but often seem to fail at being. The way lawyers are supposed to be, but often seem to fail at achieving. From our very first conversation, she took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. Not just give me time to talk in between her own sentences, but genuinely listen. After a horrible car accident where I was hit head on, I called Bill Nixon as he was referred to me by a friend. I'm glad I did. From day one I can tell you that David Lail took my case on just like I was a family member. Mr Allison at Kahn Law Firm helped me and successfully won my case where I suffered from permanent damage due to the negligence of a leading healthcare facility in South Carolina. Everyone there was compassionate, understanding and tuff when they needed to be to win my case. Also, I took my case to several other Law Firms and no other office would touch it. I was even told by a few that it wouldn’t be enough money and wasn’t worth their time even though I have permanent back and nerve damage.

I worked with Meagan for a little under a year. I never once went to a court hearing, but she somehow managed to get me out of my felony charge.
