I was struck in a hit-and-run car accident. They never caught the person. My car was totaled, I had a bad concussion and upper body injuries. My insurance did not want to cover much at all. Jason dealt with the insurance companies and medical bills. Everything was taken care of. I was able to get physical therapy and replace my vehicle. He was very responsive, would highly recommend.

Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a lawyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. At this point, I was mentally exhausted and stressed out about what I was facing and how nobody was even willing to help me. Until I happened to Google the phone number of the company that was accusing me just to contact the company myself again and somehow "Agruss Law Firm" was the first thing showed in the result and I briefly left a message on the website thinking it wouldn't work anyway. Unexpectedly, I've got a call from Erin who was friendly and passionate about helping me; once she checked out on some more information with me, an attorney Jim Parr took my case; since then everything has been resolved in the way I recommend this law firm to anyone.
I don't know how to thank Jim and everyone who has helped my case. After the experience with Agruss law firm, I feel like there are still good law firms who are willing to help people to resolve their problems.

Thanks to Mike Argruss and his team of speedy and expert service professionals, the collection agency calls stopped. I am very glad that I came across this agency, they were very professional and most of all able to assist me with my issue It is nice to know that there is help out there for the consumer who is being harassed and treated less than human. At first I did not think they could help me, I thought this was just another gimmick, but I was wrong. I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. Sam is a very genuine person. 100% transparency. No cause of concern. 100% trustworthy. Always has client's best interest in mind. Kristin is an incredibly sharp lawyer. She did just a good a job of answering my questions and empathizing with my pain as she did with arguing my case.
I was hit by 2 cars while on my bike - one right after the other - and neither driver had insurance. Regardless, she worked my case for some 2 years and ended up getting me a generous settlement.

Mr. Geller accepted my case after others declined to take it on. After I explained my situation (what happened) Mr. Geller pretty much did all the driving from that point forward. He kept miscellaneous costs to a minimum and was very flexible with scheduling. We did most of our communications via email and phone, which was very convenient for me. His office is conveniently located downtown and next to a parking garage with ample parking space so when I had to come in, I had no issues with directions or finding parking (rare for downtown). Mr. Geller kept me informed of my case status from the inception and laid out realistic timelines and expectations for the case. What you see is what you get with Jeremy! I highly recommend!!

Alex volunteered at our nonprofit community service organization a few months ago and imparted a tremendous amount of information and knowledge he had about the housing sector to our staff. Our organization provides free housing counseling services for the public, to help them prevent foreclosures and/or resolve tenant-landlord issues. In order to help us better understand and apply for a first-time fair housing grant, Alex volunteered his time and skills and helped us write an incredible grant proposal- one in which scored in the 90th percentile- to help us create a new fair housing program at our organization. Alex spent several weeks volunteering with us, patiently working with us and educating us on the topic. This was our very first application for this type of grant and even though we were not selected, our organization's proposal scored in 90th percentile bracket out of the many thousands of applications received. We are convinced that the knowledge and information he imparted on our housing staff was tremendous, which now helps them better understand complex fair housing issues. During this process, we discovered that Alex had a great training history in this arena, because he was a fair housing clinic participant during his law school days. This combined with his passion to help people in need, provides him with an excellent knowledge of the law along with real hands-on fair housing and landlord tenant assistance experience.

I hired Colin after a physical injury while being hit by a car on my bike. Colin was attentive to my worries, concerns, and occasional confusion from the very evening I had been hit and sustained injury to my back. I had been hit by a motorist while they were making a left-hand turn. At the time I was in a state of panic as I was uninsured and also had no vehicle insurance protecting me. I was dealing with that on top of all the pain I was in. He swiftly replied with the necessary steps to get me into physical therapy immediately - which greatly improved my bodily pain over the next few months. I found Mr. Cameron online after being injured in a bike crash in May 2018. We only ever communicated via email, but he was direct, honest, and forthright with all communication and information.
