I called Jeremy Loew on a Sunday and he responded quickly. He is by far the best attorney ever! I was emotional and he put my mind at ease but letting me know the process. Jeremy is a straight forward person who doesn't sugar coat what he says, he doesn't say what he thinks you want to hear. Not only did he get my case dismissed I only had to appear one time other than when the case was dismissed! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude! Hands down if you want the BEST then he is the right Attorney for you! He believed in me from the first phone call!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Beyond exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Matt are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and without a doubt if you’re dealing with the court system the criminal defense attorneys you want on your side. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They walked me through my entire process step by step, all of my options, and even went out of there way to help me get my best friend (my dog) back.
They got me a plea deal that was even better than I could’ve ever wished for, with everything being deferred, and because of them I can enjoy my life again. They reinsured me from the beginning, and what they promised, they kept! I felt confident every time I saw them in the court room by my side.

My experience with Peakstone Law Group was one of the best experiences that I could hope for. My case was handled with the utmost professionalism and handled personally by the owner himself Mr. Patterson Weaver. The first time I met with him in his offices he made me feel like my (DUI) case was very important to him and his firm. He expressed a great deal of confidence that they could represent me to the fullest and to trust that his firm could do so. Their services and pricing for his fees were reasonable and they earned it for sure. My case turned out to be a longer than expected case with several continuances and some extensive research involved to reach our desired outcome.
In addition, I was well informed as to important deadlines and information I needed to know about in a timely manner when I needed it. It also, helped that Mr. Walker knows everyone in the DA's department, the Probation department and judges with his over 20 plus years of experience! had the pleasure of working with Daniel Kay for my domestic violence case and I must say, he was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I met him, he put me at ease and paid for me to ride an electric bike from his office to the courthouse, which was a thoughtful and practical gesture that helped to relieve some of the tension going into the court house.

Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. In my opinion, it is absolutely critical to have a local attorney who knows that particular court system and Mr Bussey knows it better than anyone. Don’t let the fact that he is busy deter you, this is actually a good thing. He is absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend Timothy Bussey!

I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed.
Brad not only talked to my husband a couple of times on the phone, but was also willing to meet with us in person so I could receive some clarification and understand the situation better.
He spent quite a bit of time with us and at no point did I feel rushed through or patronized. I'm sure he hears about these situations every day.
Brad was highly professional, patient, yet personable and we could tell he understood by asking pertinent questions while we repeated our concerns over and over.

After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation.
I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife:
Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report.
He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. Mr. Travis and his paralegal Dauna were wonderful in representing me in my divorce and child custody case. They were both very knowledgeable about laws, and detail oriented in preparing my case. I was extremely impressed with their explanations of all of my questions. Mr. Travis spent time talking with me about a situation that could have potentially gone negative on me with my kids, and helped me form a positive plan to present in my hearing. I found out about Patrick Collins through a friend. I made an appointment and after looking into other lawyers I was convinced I should hire Mr. Collins. Everyone in the office was compassionate concerning my injuries and how those injuries effected me as a whole. Mr. Collins office stayed in contact with me at least monthly to inform me of the progress of my case and to see how I was doing. Often times it would be Mr. Collins making the calls. Even though my case is complete, Mr. Collins is continuing to try to reduce two different bills. I would recommend Mr. Collins as a lawyer to anyone who finds their life interrupted through no fault of their own.

Ms. McClintock provided very competent service to me. From the start of my case I felt like she genuinely was concerned and took a real interest in helping me. I never felt like I was just a client or number, but an individual that she wanted to help. She continually kept me informed and when court was going to happen she did her best to prepare me for what exactly would happen and the possible outcomes of the case. When my court date arrived there were no real surprises. She was completely prepared for anything the Prosecution presented. In the end she fought for me all the way and the final result was “Acquittal”. I couldn’t of been more happy with the outcome and service. Jeff was really great about staying persistent and following through to get my legal matter resolved with a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff Colerick as the attorney to call in Colorado Springs. I was in a car accident with my three children last year and suffered injuries to my back and neck and we all had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The insurance companies were impossible. Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.

I had an issue with my wedding videographer. We hired them to film our wedding back in August 2016 and our contract had stated a finished film would be completed by October 31, 2016, It was March 2017 and after countless emails to the person, I gave up and needed some professional help.
I spoke with Brian about my situation. He had me email the contract to him so he could review and told me there was a breech of contract. He offered to call the videographer for me. The next day, Brian sent me an email letting me know that he was able to get in touch with the guy and got him to commit to an ECD as to when the film would be sent to me.
Brian checked in on me a few days after the film was due to make sure I got it. I was not happy with the final product from our videographer and talked to Brian about possible steps I could take if I wanted to sue him. After some advice I got from Brian, I decided the damages were too little for me to sue and stress out about.
Brian was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. He was easy to work with and provided great advice.

I had a complex and unusual case - two car accidents within 4 months (neither were my fault). I don't take any medications and advocate for my own healthcare - so hadn't seen an MD until just before the 2nd accident happened.

I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

Thomas Herd in the start in June first of July came to the hospital to see me while I was in a critical state spoke with me and my wife about the very bad motorcycle accident that I was involved in. From the start he asked all the right questions and was very patient when questioning me as to what led up to my injury's.
The accident happened in June 2014 and that is when we hired Mr. Herd.
He advised us and answered our questions and he and the office staff treated us with great respect at all times.
Mr. Herd also monitored my recovery with visit to the hospital and a open door policy that was extended to me and my wife. We felt the real concern he had for me and my family. He dealt with the legal issued involved and got satisfactory results in dealing with the other lawyers in this case as well as the insurance company's. This gave great comfort to my wife who was trying to nurse me back to health monitor my Dr.'s appointments ,the when and the where not to mention the who.
Mr. Herd office helped with who had to be paid. It was a huge relief, the supports staff in this was awesome!
In closing I would like to say God must have sent Herd to us, because of experience and attention to detail my wife and I are getting on with our lives and not living in fear of a bill collector knocking on our door.
At one point I almost lost my leg and was told I would not be able to walk any more.
I not only walk, I can almost keep up with my grandkids.
I am still in therapy , and thanks to all the medical persons and one fine lawyer quality of life is good a lot in part to Mr. Herd
