Excellent communication skills. Was given the time and attention I personally needed, as well as the time and attention my case needed.
After being rear ended I called up the office and felt like they put everything else on hold to focus on me.
We quickly got appointments to be evaluated and to make a treatment plan. When I had questions Ken and his office went above and beyond during Covid to accommodate face time and zoom calls, or quick texts.
There was a point when I didn’t like the doctor I was working with and in less than an hour I had appointments with another office who made me feel comfortable.
After three months I have no out of pocket medical expenses and we are working for a fair compensation. I feel respected and valued, I feel trust in the process laid out for me, and in the action taken to follow that plan. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I had a complex and unusual case - two car accidents within 4 months (neither were my fault). I don't take any medications and advocate for my own healthcare - so hadn't seen an MD until just before the 2nd accident happened.
Due to this scenario, THREE attorneys told me I had a case, then kicked me to the curb when they realized they'd actually have to work hard to make any money from my cases. The 3rd attorney did this 30 days before the statute of limitations ran out - although he did help me to find Jeremy.
Jeremy led me through the entire process - often dealing with my anger at the unfairness of the entire situation. He was kind, truthful, conscientious and personable the whole way.
I believe he concluded my case with the best possible outcome.
I've recommended Jeremy to every single person I've spoken to since my cases regarding a referral for an attorney. In my opinion, you couldn't ask for a better attorney to work with.

I was referred to Jeremy by a coworker who experienced a similar situation. I was injured in a car wreck, which caused back injuries and repairs to my vehicle. Jeremy set up doctors consultations for me and made the process easy. He was also in constant contact with the insurance companies to cover the expenses of the doctor visits and replacement of the door to my car. Law suits are often drawn out and lengthy but Jeremy had consistent communication with me that made it go by quickly and ultimately have a strong financial settlement for me. I would recommend his services and firm for the efficiency, professionalism, and attention to clients as he treated me with courtesy and was attentive to my needs.

I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

Thomas Herd in the start in June first of July came to the hospital to see me while I was in a critical state spoke with me and my wife about the very bad motorcycle accident that I was involved in. From the start he asked all the right questions and was very patient when questioning me as to what led up to my injury's.
The accident happened in June 2014 and that is when we hired Mr. Herd.
He advised us and answered our questions and he and the office staff treated us with great respect at all times.
Mr. Herd also monitored my recovery with visit to the hospital and a open door policy that was extended to me and my wife. We felt the real concern he had for me and my family. He dealt with the legal issued involved and got satisfactory results in dealing with the other lawyers in this case as well as the insurance company's. This gave great comfort to my wife who was trying to nurse me back to health monitor my Dr.'s appointments ,the when and the where not to mention the who.
Mr. Herd office helped with who had to be paid. It was a huge relief, the supports staff in this was awesome!
In closing I would like to say God must have sent Herd to us, because of experience and attention to detail my wife and I are getting on with our lives and not living in fear of a bill collector knocking on our door.
At one point I almost lost my leg and was told I would not be able to walk any more.
I not only walk, I can almost keep up with my grandkids.
I am still in therapy , and thanks to all the medical persons and one fine lawyer quality of life is good a lot in part to Mr. Herd
If you are reading this you should be so to hire him I am sure you will be elated, the concern and attention to detail and fine staff that helped me and my family.

I had several meetings with other immigration attorneys regarding my application for citizenship. None of them answered my questions but Mr. Deere did. He was very helpful. He also provided expert testimony in court at the request of another attorney who was helping me to set aside a plea in a criminal case that I had entered into several years ago in violation of my right to effective assistance of counsel. I was able to set aside my plea and got all charges dismissed thanks to Mr. Deere. He really knows immigration law. I highly recommend his services. I had an issue with my wedding videographer. We hired them to film our wedding back in August 2016 and our contract had stated a finished film would be completed by October 31, 2016, It was March 2017 and after countless emails to the person, I gave up and needed some professional help.
I spoke with Brian about my situation. He had me email the contract to him so he could review and told me there was a breech of contract. He offered to call the videographer for me. The next day, Brian sent me an email letting me know that he was able to get in touch with the guy and got him to commit to an ECD as to when the film would be sent to me.
Brian checked in on me a few days after the film was due to make sure I got it. I was not happy with the final product from our videographer and talked to Brian about possible steps I could take if I wanted to sue him. After some advice I got from Brian, I decided the damages were too little for me to sue and stress out about.
Brian was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire ordeal. He was easy to work with and provided great advice.

Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! When was the last time a law firm did something like that? Definitely recommended.

I hired Bradford for a car accident that happened in 2017, which left me unable to move my neck and caused my c1-c7 a lot of irregularities and injury. After being told that I didn't have "medpay" and that I'd have to pay out of pocket, I settled with a physical therapy that I could afford. That didn't do much. After that I tried to reason with the insurance company... they didn't seem to care about my health or future. I felt doomed. That's when I found Bradford. Bradford and his assistant Gianna helped me understand that my future was going to be effected by this significantly. That I needed medical professionals to help me heal. It was an uphill battle but they knew how to navigate the process. They seemed to have the specific people to help me on their speed dial. I met with doctors, got referrals and mri's. Met with neurologists and neurosurgeons. They were there for me every step of the way without a moment of doubt. They helped me get what i deserved and helped my life not be lost.
For anyone feeling doomed. For anyone feeling that the insurance company doesn't care about you or your wellbeing; don't make the mistake of calling other attorneys who just like to look good. Bradford and his team ARE GOOD. And they will get your back the way it needs to be gotten, even when you may not necessarily agree with their opinion. They are professionals. And they were the best option I could've had.

I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.

Don't use those people, they are just commercial, and they don't do anything. Iam talking from experience with those people i had sleeked their help for helping me with a case and after a month they sent me a letter tells me that they don't deal with the type of accident. after almost a month they just figured out they can't help me while they said they can do something in this case and had me sent them all pictures for the accident and information.

The only law group that I have ever been fully satisfied with. Being innocent helped, but I definitely needed a superior lawyer who knew what they were doing, and I surely got that in Casey Kane. Casey connected me with a polygrapher and a forensics specialist, both of whom were of immense assistance in my case. Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.

The largest Insurance company who was the offenders Insurance put up roadblocks after roadblocks. Insurance companies have the financial resources to hire skilled, unscrupulous lawyers, lawyers who specialize in defending personal injury claims. "Like a Good Neighbor". They become your worst "Nightmare, so do there Doctor's. A Insurance justice system that is utterly broken. Dealing with my accident was hard enough; Jake took care of the bullying from the opposite side.
Follow up is great. I recommend Jake Kinmball and Gretchen.

Edit: to be clear, there was no issue with her not being able to represent us. The issue was her comment, so we did not continue with her. Being dismissive like that tells me she doesn't care about us. We felt she wasn't the right person.
I contacted her about disability for my wife, we had some issues when applying. She called back and did a great job explaining the laws and criteria, but one thing that didn't sit right was when explaining to her my wife's issues, she said something along the lines of "getting tired doesn't mean you're disabled" when I talked about her fatigue and pain issues. She's medically disabled, restricted from work, has medical restrictions for multi stories residents, and has full handicap tags for the cars. I'm not sure what else she expected, but her dismissal of us on the initial and only phone conversation was just too much. I would not recommend her
