I had a drunk driver hit the back building on my property and my insurance had released the driver and responsible insurance company from paying to replace the building. Ted Bills is an incredible attorney and advocate. Ted explained every step of the legal and negotiation processes; answered any and all of my questions; and, most importantly, ensured that the insurance company justly compensated for my pain and suffering and reimbursed and/or paid every medical bill.
Ted's medical background, knowledge and guidance helped me to receive much better medical care than I would have pursued on my own. I did not expect an attorney to understand my medical needs almost more than I did. Amazing! He really cared about, and understood, what I was going through. I hired Bradford for a car accident that happened in 2017, which left me unable to move my neck and caused my c1-c7 a lot of irregularities and injury. After being told that I didn't have "medpay" and that I'd have to pay out of pocket, I settled with a physical therapy that I could afford. That didn't do much. After that I tried to reason with the insurance company... they didn't seem to care about my health or future. I felt doomed. That's when I found Bradford. Bradford and his assistant Gianna helped me understand that my future was going to be effected by this significantly. That I needed medical professionals to help me heal. It was an uphill battle but they knew how to navigate the process. They seemed to have the specific people to help me on their speed dial. I met with doctors, got referrals and mri's. Met with neurologists and neurosurgeons. They were there for me every step of the way without a moment of doubt. They helped me get what i deserved and helped my life not be lost.
For anyone feeling doomed. For anyone feeling that the insurance company doesn't care about you or your wellbeing; don't make the mistake of calling other attorneys who just like to look good. Bradford and his team ARE GOOD. And they will get your back the way it needs to be gotten, even when you may not necessarily agree with their opinion. They are professionals. Pueblo PD arrested me and hit me with a litany of firearms and burglary charges that I absolutely did not commit. All the charges added up to over 20 years in prison if convicted. I bonded out and called Rodemer and Kane immediately. With their help, 6 months later they dropped the charges and plead down to a criminal trespass. 6 months probation and a little community service. I was in a situation of having to cold call attorneys 10 states away and I was very uncertain about any groups as I really didn't have a way to get referrals from any one about their experience, but I got lucky and obtained the services of the Business Law Group - with attorney Mason Simpson. Boy did I get lucky. Mason, while having experience with large corporations, mega wealthy, influential people come to find out later, he never made me feel as if my issue was small or that I wasn't worth his time. He limited attorney time/fees the best he could and continued to update me on developments and worked with other co-defendants even making great suggestions to the judge when we were in a situation that ended up in mediation. He's a brilliant guy but doesn't mind watering things down to the regular person. I also felt something that it not necessarily in the legal system - and that is he wasn't into gamesmanship but rather did what was "right". I highly recommend him to anyone without reservation and I know that Colorado Springs has no idea the gem that plopped back there after a long stint in New York City. Hopefully I won't be in need of an attorney again (especially 10 states away), but if I did, I would hire Mason Simpson again - his paralegal and folks at his firm were also professional, helpful and did their jobs with excellence.

Greg Green and his staff were absolutely fantastic! Our son was involved in a bad car accident that appeared to be the other drivers fault, but insurance reconstruction was not able to prove it, despite a police report stating so. Regardless, Greg handled negotiating and sending payments to the different medical and emergency parties involved and didn't charge us a dime! I had several meetings with other immigration attorneys regarding my application for citizenship. None of them answered my questions but Mr. Deere did. He was very helpful. He also provided expert testimony in court at the request of another attorney who was helping me to set aside a plea in a criminal case that I had entered into several years ago in violation of my right to effective assistance of counsel. Insurance companies have the financial resources to hire skilled, unscrupulous lawyers, lawyers who specialize in defending personal injury claims. "Like a Good Neighbor". They become your worst "Nightmare, so do there Doctor's. A Insurance justice system that is utterly broken. Dealing with my accident was hard enough; Jake took care of the bullying from the opposite side.
