Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident. The entire team was excellent gave me a lot of information helped me to remain calm, and on the day of Katy in particular went way above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate me reaching the courthouse on time. I was very impressed on every level with this operation. Oh, and they significantly reduced the amount of trouble I was going to get into! Well worth the retainer.

After every other law firm said no to us McDermott law said yes, and took on our long term disability insurance claim. We contacted at least a dozen firms. Sadly, filing for social security was the easy part…dealing with the long term disability insurance company was unbearable. We could not have made it through this nightmare without McDermott law.

I would not recommend this law firm. Mr. Driskell worked on my sons case. He never returns phone calls and e-mail. His prices are outrages. We’re thinking he cheated us on our settlement. I’ve ask for the file and to this day I have not gotten anything!!!

Do not hire Patrick Fitzgerald. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had. Mr Fitzgerald will make deals with the DA that you did not approve of and use your case against you to make you feel like less of a human being. He will criticize, curse and hang up on you if you question what he is doing and why he is making deals without your consent. Absolutely horrible!!

Hired Marlo Greer to represent my family and myself after experiencing a car accident resulting in months of rehabilitation and physical therapy. Poor communication and very hard to get ahold of had multiple Paralegals that ussually never knew what was going on which made thing frustrating and left in the unknown. Glad to have everything completed as this was our first time needing legal representation as I will use this bad experience as a learning experience unfortunately. Won't get to deep in it though as she is somewhat nice just seems to have her hands full with "more important cases" Unfortunate experience for sure!

I had high hopes for Ms. Greer based upon her other reviews. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn’t want to treat for the accidents anymore and wanted all of this behind me. Her office was provided with lists of the medical providers I saw and for which accident twice in writing 8-9 months ago and again over the phone in August. A suit was filed on my first case to “preserve the statute of limitations” while some issues were being worked out. The “excess carrier” denied any exposure by saying that the Defendant named in the suit is an excluded driver and Ms. Greer was unable to ascertain as to whether or not the exclusion indeed applies. At certain times during Ms. Greer’s representation of my cases questions that I would ask in the messaging section of the software she uses would not be replied to for days to weeks which caused more lost time while I am already racing a clock. Now that I have one case in litigation with deadlines to meet and the Statute of Limitations for another case she was representing me for is just over nine months away, she has terminated our working relationship. At first she assumed that I did not trust her and instead of asking me outright whether I trusted her or not, she told me to let her office know when I found other counsel and went so far as to recommend another firm. After telling me to find other counsel and suggesting another firm she suggested that we keep a meeting that was scheduled to which I replied that I saw no need for a meeting. It was not made clear that she felt we had a misunderstanding and that she wanted to continue to represent me. The aforementioned was then back peddled on and she claimed that I had told her my previous counsel did not intend to assert a lien. When asked during a meeting with her if my former counsel intended to place a lien on my case, I actually said that I was unaware as to whether or not he would assert a lien and that he had been paid out of the portion of my case that he did actually settle. Ms. Greer and my former counsel who I once had a working relationship with have communicated in the past because Ms. Greer told me that my former counselor felt awful about the breakdown of our relationship. Instead of asking him if he intended to assert a lien on the part of my case that she was working on while she was communicating with him, she is now using his intent, in part, to withdraw from my cases at a very compromising time for me. Once I questioned my old counsel, it turned out that Marlo assumed he was asserting a lien. She has also stated that I tried to be an acting paralegal in my case. That’s untrue. What I did was to start pushing to get all of this behind me because I now have a limited disability that has been caused by my accident related injuries. This has all been mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting to the point that it is highly unlikely that I will pursue the cases at all anymore. Marlo made many assumptions based upon her “suspicions” and added requirements not outlined in her Agreement nine months into our relationship. Ms. Greer has said that I am from FL and understand FL laws, but that we are in CO. After spending 6 years drafting Demand letters in CO on a contract basis it seems that the accident case formula of 1: accident happens unfortunately 2: attorney is contracted 3: injured person treats 4: medical records and bills are gathered 5: demand letter is drafted 6: demand letter is sent to the insurance adjuster 7: negotiations begin 8: settlement is reached is the same. That is how the cookie usually crumbles. The key difference I see in Florida and Colorado cases is the speed at which firms operate in each State respectively. I did not find her to be empathic or understanding whatsoever. Marlo is very poor at communicating. She assumes instead of asking. I’m

I had a severe car accident in 2014. I did not want to get an attorney, but after about 3 years of doctors trying to convince me to speak to an attorney, a neurologist changed my mind. He told me that an attorney would be able to help me get medical care that most people would not think about. My chiropractor told me about Marlo. I am so thankful for their recommendation. Our case took a very long time to settle. I'm sure it's because of how much effort our lawyer put into this case, and he came through for us in a big way. We got a Very Fair settlement and despite it taking a long time to settle, we would use them again if we ever needed an accident lawyer again. Jonathan essentially made this difficult process very smooth for me. After going through the stress of losing our only car, and dealing with rentals and the purchase of a new car, medical bills, and returning to work without the use of my right hand (I'm a surgeon), I just did not have the ability to take on anything else. My situation was incredibly challenging. Arnie got me the absolute best result without question. I was charged with Felony DUI, Hit & Run. Most importantly, the injury was non-life-threatening and everyone walked away from the accident. However, I was facing jail time, a criminal record and would have to serve time in Colorado as someone who resides in Pennsylvania. I have a successful career in research and faced losing it all due to my poor decision. I spoke with every reputable attorney in the area, including the team who represented Kobe Bryant. However, from the minute I spoke to Arnie he assured me that this was a "hiccup in life" and that I would get through it. I will never forget that, and he was right. Arnie gathered all of the information not only the night of the accident, but of me and my personal situation, including the recent death of my father, successful contributions to society and collated the "full picture". I flew back and forth from PA to CO for hearings and Arnie always ensured it was smooth and necessary. He constantly reassured me that everything was under control and that we would take this to trial, if necessary. As an obsessive researcher, he would agree I was a very tough client to keep calm, but his confidence and aggressive mentality was evident and reassuring. I trusted and followed his instructions as I was told. Arnie got me the best possible and appropriate sentence, which consisted of only probation and standard DUI classes. His negotiations and discussions with the DA while providing an accurate description of me and my situation made all of the difference. I am forever grateful. If you ever need an attorney in the area, Arnie is your guy.

Mr. J. Kimball was very nice and attentive. He is very friendly and understanding of my situation Good listener, so is his staff. The office is clean well organized. He negotiated my medical bills to a lower amount When I did have questions, his responses were always very thoughtful and thorough. Gretschen is Mr. Kimball right hand and she is fantastic. My rear end car accident happened in a shopping center, consider a private road, on a stop sign. The largest Insurance company who was the offenders Insurance put up roadblocks after roadblocks. Insurance companies have the financial resources to hire skilled, unscrupulous lawyers, lawyers who specialize in defending personal injury claims. "Like a Good Neighbor". They become your worst "Nightmare, so do there Doctor's. A Insurance justice system that is utterly broken. Subject: Warning: Avoid Robinson & Henry Law Firm I strongly advise against hiring Robinson & Henry Law Firm, particularly the attorney assigned to my case and her supervisor, who claims to specialize in criminal defense. After spending $32,000 over 5 months with no results, I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from being misled. My attorney’s performance was disgraceful. Her lack of preparation was evident during a court hearing, leading to frustration from both the magistrate and District Attorney. She was reprimanded by the magistrate and even talked over him, further exposing her incompetence. Communication was nonexistent. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, responses were rare and inadequate. Most frustrating was her failure to communicate a critical offer from the District Attorney that could have resolved my son's case, forcing him to remain in a boys' home. Her negligence caused my family to lose precious time with my son. The situation worsened when my attorney went on vacation, delaying the case further. After voicing my concerns to her supervisor multiple times, I was met with excuses and reprimands. The supervisor claimed a lack of communication and threatened to withdraw from the case right before a hearing, despite my timely payments. Their withdrawal left me with no choice but to continue with their services to avoid further delays, only to witness another poor performance at the hearing and an additional $2,000 charge. I gave the firm every opportunity to make this right. I spoke with a representative who promised to escalate my concerns to the board and follow up within 3-5 days, but no follow-up occurred. It is clear this firm prioritizes their fees over their clients. I am now prepared to file a grievance against Robinson & Henry for their handling of this matter. If you have questions about my experience, I am ready to provide detailed evidence to substantiate my claims.

Charles did not remember our conversations, therefore, I needed to refresh him of the details. This occurred more than once in our small window of time, working together. This is unprofessional and a waste of everybody's time. When I called him on it, he turned it around as me being brash, vs me relaying truth. Avoid attorneys who cannot handle conflict... bad sign. He made good when I suggested most of my retainer fee be returned.

I gave him a case on a silver platter. They didn't have enough evidence, the DMV had dropped their side of the case. He told me I was just lucky not to be a felon, and they ended up charging me with everything after that. I would probably find a lawyer that cares a little bit more about you personally.

DUI Case. I think that my problem was that he had too many cases and didn’t spend an adequate amount of time on my case because he had too much on his plate. Probably didn’t even look at the body Cam. I wish this man would have done a little more research when it came time for the DMV hearing because It caused me a lot of problems. He doesn’t care because he got his money. I had to do an overwhelming majority of the legwork because he didn’t want to put in the effort towards my case. His paralegal wasn’t much help either. She told several things that were not true. And in sentencing he told the judge that I was moving to a city that I’ve never lived in and gave me the impression that he didn’t even listen to me whatsoever. Don’t recommend 0 out of 10 complete waste of money

I made an appointment to talk to Eric Wollard about a family law issue and he was extremely unpleasant the entire conversation. He was hostile, impatient and condescending without even really knowing any of the details of what I needed. I’ve talked to many lawyers about our family law issue and every single one told us it was more than doable and were very understanding, informative and pleasant. But not This guy. Without even trying to ask for more real details He tried to inform me what we need to do isn’t possible, which I find hard to believe considering a least 6 other lawyers have told me otherwise. This man repeatedly questioned decisions we’ve already made regarding the past and acted as though we were stupid for it. At one point I didn’t fully understand what he said to me and I asked “I’m sorry could you say that again?” And he raised his voice to me just under what I would consider a yell. The call only lasted 7 minutes because of how rude he was I had to tell him I could already tell It wouldn’t work out and would not be proceeding with him. In a very unpleasant tone he said “great. Have a nice day.” The only reason I’m still calling around for lawyers is to make the best informed decision and find the right fit. Based off how rude and horrible this man was on our phone call I would never recommend him. I’ll definitely be going to one of the previous lawyers I’ve talked to.

I am very happy to leave a Super Review on this firm. Hands down this is best law firm in Denver Metro area. I had a personal injury case pressing the statute of limitations of 2 years from a car wash accident. I called this law firm got a hold of Trent in September 2023 with a February deadline he literally and his staff got going on this case ASAP. His staff and Trent found who the insurance carrier was from Car wash fast and talked To all witnesses. This law firm is honest snd sincere they made sure the client got more than the law firm and Trent and his staff were amazing to work with. In the extreme, sub-zero temperatures of January, my building lost heat, water, & was declared uninhabitable. My insurance company left me homeless, delaying coverage for shelter, food, and water for weeks- despite an approved catastrophe claim.
