The only person this law group is helping is their own pocket book! $4200+ to write a do nothing letter! What a joke!! They literally charged $100+ for each email correspondence! Do yourself a favor, save your money and search for legal counsel elsewhere! These guys were a total waste of my time and money! Hope you enjoyed taking money from someone who didn’t have it to begin with and who reached out for help not more problems and more do nothing!! AVOID THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job. Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. He was there for me in my difficulties like no one else was, and he fought hard to bring me justice and defend my innocence, all through this he rest assured me that he would be there for me and give me his best effort, even though he had many other cases I always felt that I was important to him and he is going to save me as it all turned out he did be protecting me so very well that I was given no jail time at all, and even after the case Was ended he pursuing some injustice he discovered on my behalf. Worst attorney to date I’ve actually had the displeasure of speaking to. Extremely dismissive and would not hear the claims to the case. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. Daniel is a highly Knowledgeable attorney that treats you like a person not a case. After my collision I couldn't find an attorney that would take my case, but after Daniel take my case I was able to receive the necessary treatment that I needed, and we got full settlement. She was a horrible CFI. Yes, technically the review was in my favor (only because she knew she had no way of saying otherwise. I’m a good, stable mother), nonetheless she favored my ex husband, who abused me in every way. She gave him many opportunities such as outside opinions and text, email, and personal calls. I did not receive that same chance to talk and go over anything. She had to come to my house (3 hours away) and over charged me Meanwhile, my ex husband (her favorite) has been charged with felony crimes and DV (still pending). She should be forced to leave her CFI practice. She may be a good lawyer ( though I highly doubt it). If she had her way he would have custody of my kids. She doesn’t care about the facts and she doesn’t care about the kids or their wants and needs. She wants money. Nothing else.

I cannot speak to Ms. Shields as an attorney, but as a CFI I would never recommend her. After 8 years of constant litigation initiated by his ex, and 17 months of litigation that included Ms. Shields CFI investigation, my husband retained full custody and decision making authority for his children AND was awarded relocation by the court in December 2022. She is biased, unfair, and did not have an awareness of correct legal standard, which is concerning, as she is an attorney. She made a threat of filing a motion to try and force her uninformed opinion on my husband based solely on her communication with his ex; worked far outside the scope of her appointment and with no regard for the boundaries of her appointment; advised the opposing party on how to try and “win” her case; made false, erroneous, damaging and disparaging statements about me and my husband; and, baited my husband into saying negative things about his ex that she then used against him. My husband (and by extension I) have been involved in constant litigation with his ex for 8 years through the entirety of which he has retained primary custody and sole decision making for their children. Ms. Shields did not even consider that very basic fact during the investigation. But don’t take my word for it. Here are a few statements about Ms. Shields from the public court order (names of minor children, professionals and/or witnesses have been removed for privacy): • The CFI took issue with Father’s home even though no caseworker or other professional has found that his home is unsafe. • The CFI gave Mother 30 days’ notice for a home visit and Father 13 hours. • [Psychologist] felt compelled to clarify the CFI’s false reference to their conversation about stepmother’s appropriate communication that the CFI indicated was excessive. • In hindsight, the change of therapists was not only not endangering as alleged by the CFI but was clearly in the best interests of [the minor child]. • [Work Product Review Professional] noted that the CFI disregarded Father’s primary role for the last 6 years. • The CFI exceeded the scope of the order appointing her by opining about decision-making and recommending a change in the majority parent when the only motion pending was the relocation motion and a request to change Mother’s dinner visit. • The CFI did not notify Father that she intended to investigate a change in majority parent or decision-making. • The CFI also failed to maintain objectivity. • She inappropriately read the previous CFI report before completing her investigation. • A CFI report is supposed to be a “brief assessment that is nonintrusive, efficient and cost effective” (CJD 04-08) (the CFI report here fails to meet any of those criteria). • Neither the CFI nor the PRE considered the significance of Father’s primary role. • She did an interactional with Mother and the children but not with Father. • She demonstrated no awareness of the correct legal standard according to [the Work Product Review Professional]. • She gave advice to Mother on how to achieve primary parenting. • She did not make good faith efforts to reach [the Psychologist] or [the Family Therapist], one of Father’s collaterals. • She testified that Father said he hated Mother’s guts when it was she who suggested that both parties hate each other. • She spent more time reviewing Mother’s materials and with Mother than with Father.

Attorney Mark Fenton did a great job evicting a tenant that had not paid rent for over 5 months. Mark handled all of the court filings and posting of notices to the tenant. His office staff was most helpful and responsive. Mark also referred us to an eviction coordinator that expedited the process and worked with the Sheriff to complete the eviction. Mark's rates are quite reasonable compared to other eviction attorney's that I interviewed.

I reached out to this organization over a week ago for possible legal representation and was informed to call back to speak with the lawyer, Mr. Clayton Miller. From the time I contacted Mr. Carr until our date in front of the judge, Chris showed professionalism by knowing the law, my rights, and communicating all aspects of my case to me. In front of the judge, he explained the facts of the case in the same manner as I told them to him. This showed how importnat I was to him and it built a relationship of trust that I never expected to have for a lawyer. I appreciate everything he did and the way he handled my case.

Mr. Carr understands the legal process and has an appreciation for it more than most attorneys I have ever met. By representing a criminal case, there is an obligation to the client but also an obligation to the truth. Chris is fair and accurate on both accounts. Getting a more than fair judgment is what you will get if you work with Chris and his firm. There are very few folks that are willing to fight so hard for a client knowing that some clients make it impossible. I have seen that first hand in many court rooms and just appreciate his integrity and advice. He is always willing to take time to listen and recommend options, but at the same time he does allow clients like me to make the final decision. He will settle or go to trial depending on client wishes, but only after he explains the legal process and the reality of the outcomes on both ends.

Chris did a great job on a speeding ticket I received a couple of years ago. He was able to plead my speeding ticket down so it would not go on my record. He saved my driving record and prevented my insurance from sky rocketing. Chris has also provided me some great advise on a recent photo enforcement ticket for a red light violation. Chris was straight forward with his fees, and what he could do for me in my situation. He is the lawyer I trust to go to if I am in a legal situation and my first call for legal advise.

Mintz law firm was wonderful to work with regarding my case. It took a while to close up but that’s to be expected. I thought it was pretty unprofessional when I was called back by someone in the office (paralegal?) to demand my business after telling them I was more comfortable with another attorney. Is it your company's policy to berate potential clients and attempt to bully them into working with your firm? This attitude may have worked decades ago but it shows how out of touch your law office is with the times. Typical ambulance chaser behavior.

I was referred to Jeff by one of my clients who is also a real estate investor and fix n flip guy. When I first met with Jeff, he gave me his background of experience in this scope of law. He then explained how construction defect cases work as well as the ins and outs of how to navigate through one successfully. He thought from the beginning that there was no real claim but that we had to fight this as fraud and conspiracy were being charged. Long story short, we went to mediation and settled for less than what my attorney fees would have been to fight this. Btw, this dragged on for almost a year before we got to this point. My daughter had divorced and was having trouble with her ex-husband, he was trying to take custody of their son from my daughter. Her previous lawyer did not seem to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law nor did she seem to care what happened and made a bad situation even worse.
