Working with Wes from Eddington Law Firm was one of the best decisions I could have made. After being rear ended and nearly having my not even 2 year old car totaled in March to being rear ended again in August followed by another rear ending in November of the same year, with 2/3 resulting in injuries Wes made the process of dealing with insurance companies bareable. I had a free consultation with James Tienken. He was very helpful and kind. He was very timely in responding to my request for a consultation, during the time frame I requested. I agree with the last reviewer who stated he is knowledgable and efficient. In the short amount of time we spoke, he answered many of my questions and provided me clear direction on how to proceed with regard to real estate properties and small business planning. Mark Nelson represented a number of homeowners in a construction defect case that we were part of. Mark, or one of his staff members, was always prompt in his responses when we had questions for him. He is personable and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Mark was not overly informative or involved in the time leading up to our arbitration, but had our case well laid out. He proved our case exceptionally well and was actually enjoyable to watch in action. He had a response for every objection from the other lawyers and knew why he asked the questions he did. He always cited prior court cases and statutes to back up his legal opinions.
Mark listened to our concerns and responded appropriately. He did not always provide good news, but he was honest and straightforward with answers to our questions. Even when he did not have good news to provide to us, he had a game plan to counteract it. I appreciated his honesty with us and not sugar coating the bad stuff. He did not lead us to believe that everything would go our way and kept us grounded in reality.
I would definitely recommend Mark to any of my friends and family and am confident that he will provide the best representation possible.

I engaged Attorney Pigott recently to help me develop a number of complex, interrelated agreements. He spent a great deal of time understanding the situation under which we were trying to operate. From the day I first started speaking with Dave I felt that he was a true professional but also a down to earth and "normal" guy. With very little to no prior experience with the legal system I was both nervous and confused. I felt that the legal system and other lawyers spoke in their own language or focused on the process, not me and my concerns or needs. This again offered me no comfort nor sense of control of my future! Dave was the professional that offered me the credentials to prove he was qualified, but more importantly I could relate to as a person. Dave always answers my calls, text and emails. Dave is there to clarify and explain things but talks with me, not to me, in practical and realistic language. It is Dave's style of communication and composure that creates a professional working relationship that feels like you have a "lawyer friend" on staff, not an Attorney you have hired. To be in a car accident and deal with a litigation afterwards is not an easy ordeal, but having McCormick & Murphy Law firm represent my case made it less traumatic. I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver back in 2002. I was seriously injured and had to go to the emergency room.
Even though I had $100,000.00 in medical insurance through my auto insurance, they wouldn't pay for the ambulance or the emergency room or the treatment that I got after the accident. They kept saying that they didn't get the forms from me even though I sent them to them several times.
Eventually I got taken to collections because of the unpaid bills. McCormick and Murphy sued my insurance company for not paying my bills and it went to a jury trial where a jury awarded me over $974,000.
The judge then added interest to what the jury awarded and he entered a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,348,693.86. McCormick and Murphy did a terrific job for me.

Thomas Herd in the start in June first of July came to the hospital to see me while I was in a critical state spoke with me and my wife about the very bad motorcycle accident that I was involved in. From the start he asked all the right questions and was very patient when questioning me as to what led up to my injury's.
The accident happened in June 2014 and that is when we hired Mr. Herd.
He advised us and answered our questions and he and the office staff treated us with great respect at all times.
Mr. Herd also monitored my recovery with visit to the hospital and a open door policy that was extended to me and my wife. We felt the real concern he had for me and my family. He dealt with the legal issued involved and got satisfactory results in dealing with the other lawyers in this case as well as the insurance company's. This gave great comfort to my wife who was trying to nurse me back to health monitor my Dr.'s appointments ,the when and the where not to mention the who.
Mr. Herd office helped with who had to be paid. It was a huge relief, the supports staff in this was awesome!
In closing I would like to say God must have sent Herd to us, because of experience and attention to detail my wife and I are getting on with our lives and not living in fear of a bill collector knocking on our door.
At one point I almost lost my leg and was told I would not be able to walk any more.
I not only walk, I can almost keep up with my grandkids.
I am still in therapy , and thanks to all the medical persons and one fine lawyer quality of life is good a lot in part to Mr. Herd
If you are reading this you should be so to hire him I am sure you will be elated, the concern and attention to detail and fine staff that helped me and my family.

When I had nearly given up all hope that I could ever find justice, after I had exhausted all the Medical Customer Protection sources I could find, Linda Chalat became aware of my struggle, contacted me, and gave me hope for the first time in nearly two years. Keith Fuicelli was very thorough, honest, and compassionate in reviewing and handling my personal injury claim involving a broken back suffered when I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. He was able to obtain an excellent settlement from the insurance company that for many months had tried to settle for almost nothing. I was involved in a head on collision one early morning heading to work. The gentleman that caused the accident accepted full liability. Even though the gentleman accepted responsibility for the accident it seemed impossible to keep up with the incredibly overwhelming medical bills that seemed to never stop revolving. I was involved in a T-bone accident and although that experience was traumatic Luke helped me understand the whole process clearly and managed my case perfectly. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He returned calls very promptly. Bastion was fantastic! I was in a car accident in April of 2015 and couldn't get any help from the Insurance companies. I reached out to Bastion in 2016 after spending over $20,000 of my own money for medical treatments. I am self employed and do not have medical insurance. Bastion went through my case and I hired him. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that all of my medical care was first priority. He set me up with Injury Finance who paid for all of my medical expenses and made sure that I had the proper care. Stephen Burg and David Crough are amazing lawyers! My husband was injured in a motorcycle accident, through no fault of his own, and we were referred to their law firm to pursue a personal injury suit.
