I could not be more pleased, impressed, and grateful than I feel toward Atty. Wilfred Rodie for his judgment, management, kind manner, and ultra-professional conduct in having represented me in my MVA-related lawsuit.
I engaged Atty. Rodie after sustaining a serious orthopedic injury as a result of an MVA caused by an under-insured driver, forcing me to pursue my own insurance company for damages well-beyond the limit of the at-fault driver's insurance coverage.
Atty. Rodie immediately engaged a trusted investigator to ascertain all details of the MVA, police reports, ambulance, and emergency room documentation. He subsequently obtained and maintained documentation of all medical appointments, diagnostic testing, hospitalizations that included three surgeries, related physical therapy, and correspondence with two surgeons. All in all, an impressive feat of case management. I could never have even begun to navigate the torrential flood of 'legal-ese' that Atty. Rodie appeared to manage with great ease.
I NEVER sat in a roomful of other clients, waiting to speak with Atty. Rodie; he made me feel confident that I ALWAYS had his full-attention.
Atty. Rodie thoroughly advised me of what to expect during my participation in a deposition and mediation. Having 'read' my candid and potentially-volatile nature quite well, he gently-yet-emphatically coached me to control my temper in any kind of legal proceeding, as there is no place for indignity in such an environment.
Atty. Rodie regularly contacted me -- by phone -- to brief me on opposing counsel's tactics, reassuring me of the strength of our case, all the while preparing me for any further such tactics -- most of which came to pass just as Atty. Rodie had forecasted.
Though I have never previously been involved in an injury lawsuit and therefore 'did not know the ropes' at all, I was very-well prepared by Atty. Rodie about opposing counsel's intentions. I was therefore not at all surprised when opposing counsel finally offered a satisfactory settlement two days prior to trial date.
Atty. Rodie saw to it that my settlement check was prepared in very-short order subsequent to my decision to accept it.
Relative to the process of choosing my legal counsel, I am SO glad that I had not been influenced by flashy highway-billboard ads placed by area Law Firms. Especially having experienced Atty Rodie's careful management, thorough preparation, his very-personal manner, and -- again -- his ultra-professional conduct, I positively PLEAD with you not to bother with anyone BUT Atty. Rodie when/if you need legal assistance relative to a personal injury.

Attorney Feraizi is an exceptional attorney in several ways. He is extremely articulate, charismatic and likable, and most importantly he not only understands the law and the application of it better than other attorneys, but he has a creative and highly insightful skillset that is far beyond most attorneys. Mr. Feraizi should be an attorney expert on television or working for a large firm at $500.00/hour but he is too busy helping others and contributing to community by helping individuals who would normally have often weak representation. He is rare in how he puts helping others ahead of his own ego and benefits often. It is also likli that a large firm would fear hiring Mr. Feraizi because he would be a threat to the upper management and moving to the top and in addition to this he would do what was right for clients and put office politics a very distant second. All attorneys and businesses have a few upset customers and in that I would like to put the few negative reviews that this fine attorney has had. Attorney Feraizi has inevitably dealt with more than a few difficul clients that don't understand the law or the practical considerations that must be done in order to get to a successful result. Often customers or clients of his didn't want to accept the incredible difficulty of their case, and we all know people who will not hear the facts and will only believe their own rose-colored views of their situation or predicament that they are in. In my case attorney Feraizi got a good result and fought for me but I did feel that he should have put on the court record the unusual circumstances of my case wherein I called someone a f....ng retard for saying outrageous things about US soldiers and a store or Target that I have a 1.2 Billion form 211 IRS complaint against that looked at years of purchases by me and determined that one of my self scan purchases was done incorrectly wherein I double scanned a less expensive item and not the more expensive one and stole under 100 from the store. An outrageous action by store that looked at years of purchases and had alterior motives, and I wanted on court record for future civil suit. However Attorney Feraizi did the right thing and only focused on his required job and getting me the best results in case, which he did and is not responsible for these extraneous matters unrelated and hence I give him a 5/5 or 100% but thought of only giving him a 4 earlier, but changed mind. I would also like to address the clients who claimed that attorney Feraizi has a temper and is short tempered. This is nonsense as because his mind burns on a higher octane, and he is in phenomenal physical shape he has mental and physical energy that few has and is assertive and uncompromising in stating the facts as they are. He does what is right and isn't concerned about acceding trends such as claiming a man who is assertive is mansplaining or expecting people to conform to ridiculous trends. In fact I was a victim of this absurdity in having the first amendment pi....ed on and getting charged for making a statement or an opinion about someone who made a disparaging comment. Attorney Feraizi is not short tempered andis in fact much cooler, collected, and focused that other attorneys who will make decisions based upon like or dislike of a client or how they feel during a specific time. Attorney Feraizi has unrivaled, focused, and assertive discipline that doesn't change or waver and is single focused on what is best for his clients. Highly recommend!!

Not exactly sure how to explain how Mike's hard and excellent work has changed my life forever. I was hit by a car on Park Ave & 34th street in 2019—while riding my electric scooter home to the upper east side from the east village. An SUV blitzed through a yellow light and plowed into me as I was taking off into a green light. I broke my shoulder in 3 places—which could be repaired surgically. However, it wasn't until 2 years later that I realized that the accident had thrown my body completely out of whack forever, and I'd never be able to run more than 2-3 miles ever again. The driver of the SUV had a $50K insurance policy which was just enough to cover my hospital and surgery costs. But, Mike is a genius, and he discovered an opportunity to claim an even larger, additional settlement—which I never in a million years would have known about. He went after it. He fought for me. He never gave up. He does not give up, ever. 2 years later, he called me to let me know that we settled and disclosed the settle amount to me—and I cried tears of joy. Attorney Jim and his wife, Attorney Julia, were a dynamic duo. I had been involved in a MVA case once before and the experience was less than ideal which made me worried and a bit hopeless about the case that I went to Jim for. From our first meeting, Jim explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and he as well as his paralegal Michael were always very responsive when I had questions both during and outside of our set meetings. Furthermore, Jim had a very personable approach and took time to understand the full picture of me and my case.
