First of all, Attorney Boni-Vendola is an outstanding lawyer and I give my strongest recommendation.
Attorney Boni-Vendola is my third lawyer for my divorce case, and I only regret I didn't find her earlier. My first lawyer is from a pretty well-known firm and was referred to me by someone I work with. But very surprisingly, she went to the judge's chamber and made a deal on behalf of me against my will (even though I was very clear about what I wanted before she went to see the judge). Furthermore, she pressured me to sign the agreement. Thinking back, I don't think she was ill intentioned, she just wanted to get me divorced as soon as she could and she may not have enough experience for cases like mine. After talking with other professionals, they all suggested me to change a lawyer. With a friend's referral, I started with my 2nd lawyer. He is super nice, but he is very busy and didn't have much time for my case. I had worked with him for a little over a year (COVID made all the divorce cases delayed) and felt very frustrated. That's when a professional recommended Attorney Boni-Vendola.
Attorney Boni-Vendola is a completely different experience! She is very experienced (you will know by the suggestions she gives, how she works with another party and the judges), efficient (never waste your time when speaking with you, and get right to the point), listened to what I wanted and fought on my behalf, would not let me waste money on things not necessary. Most importantly, she was after me for what I should do, not the other way around. Examples include knowing that I wanted the divorce trial to happen ASAP, she filed for objection right after my ex-husband submitted his request to postpone the trial date. I only found out these activities through online notifications altogether with judge's approval to our objection a couple of days later. I really appreciate the way she handled this and her consideration because it would only add my worry if I knew. She also standed on my point of view to think and gave me invaluable advice. Mostly importantly, she did not pressure me on anything.
I am very grateful that I had her as my attorney and I strongly recommend her without any reservation.

I was able to talk to Joe Maya about my husband's case regarding his daughter and her refusal to do schoolwork. I needed advice on whether my husband can legally do something since his ex isn't notifying him about his daughter's refusal to do work and since he hasn't seen his daughter since the pandemic began. Joe was very helpful and told me the direction that my husband can go if he decides to. It is good to hear that my husband may be able to fight to help his daughter even if that includes changing custody.

Where to begin?! In June of 2019 I was placed in a very scary legal situation during my professional career. I reached out to Attorney Mark Sherman and his team to help fight for me and get me through. Both Attorney Mark Sherman and Attorney Amanda Telesco were nothing but phenomenal. From the moment I called the office I felt at ease. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, non-judge mental, and most of all realistic. I made several trips to the office in Stamford. All of these trips were welcoming and helped put me at ease. Greg was one of just a few people who actually helped me out while I struggle in a messy legal battle with my ex and he not only spent time with me over the phone twice he also met with me to review my case and didn't expect or charge me a dime. Attorney Einhorn and his legal staff have been nothing less than stupendous in every effort.
Our family used Einhorn Law Office for a real estate closing several years ago. The process was entirely seemless and we felt extremely comfortable and informed through the process.

Stuart has 2 cases for me. In 2009, he handled my car accident case, and kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case. If I was unsure about anything he was talking about, he took the time to explain all the terms that I was unclear about. I never felt like he forgot about my case or that I wasn't getting the attention I needed. He was right there any time there was a new development in the case, I and was immediately informed. He gave me great advice on what was coming, and what to expect. He settled the case and I was very happy with the results!
In 2011, he also handled my child custody case. He fought for everything that I wanted, and made sure that I was happy with the outcome. When I told him I wanted the child support portion to go through the state Child Support Enforcement Division, he was very clear, and expressed to the judge all of the facts that supported that portion of my case.
I would recommend Stuart to anyone, for both Motor Vehicle accidents, and family court issues!

I hired Conrad as my attorney for the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. He did a great job in both instances however with the buying process he went more than above and beyond. I worked with what ended up being a very complicated and unorganized lender and Conrad and his team worked more than overtime to accommodate all their, at times, excessive requests. An example of the extra work put in by Conrad was going to the town hall after business hours in order to record the deed. I can honestly say I do not feel I would have been able to close on my house in the timeline I did if it were not for Conrad. My family was out of a home and we were in desperate need to close and be able to move into our new home and Conrad and his team work tirelessly to ensure we were able to close as quickly as possible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I wholeheartedly recommend Conrad as an attorney.

Attorney Readyoff represented us in a LL/tenant matter (as property owners) and we are confident his careful and measured approach was crucial in the matter being resolved quickly and without complication.
I was angry about the issue we brought to him, and without judgement of my emotions, he suggested a solution that initially seemed very procedural to me, but we fully committed to his recommendation.
Once he started the process, things changed drastically with the tenant. In ways, it appeared very little happened, but it made all the difference: we regained possession of the property. He never personally contacted the tenant and reminded us not to engage them.
Such matters are never comfortable, but Dan's professionalism and graciousness toward everyone made things manageable. I really respect the way he handled this matter, and I appreciate the outcome.

He explained the application process for me to apply for SSD- and told me that as with most people, I would probably be initially denied. After 33 years on earth I’ve found myself in trouble more times than I’d like to admit. John hasn’t just been there to get me out of it, he’s gotten me the best case scenario results every time. I was recently a defendant in a civil law suit which lasted for a total of three years. I say total because the plaintiff and his attorney dropped their original suit after two years and then refiled a second suit within days. I was out of money after a two year defense by a major law firm in New London CT and they saw this as the perfect opportunity and time to let me go suggesting I seek other representation. Facing a new lawsuit and without an attorney I thankfully found Peter Bartinik of the Bartinik Law Firm. Our first conversation was by phone and he had many questions. He also knew I had no savings left as this was the very first thing that I told him. Our second conversation took place at his office where we spend about two hours discussing my case and a plan to move forward. I was grateful that he took my case knowing I could not immediately pay him more than a small retainer. This lawsuit at times could be very confusing as well as emotional for me and Peter would always take the time to be sure that I completely understood what was happening with my case as well as to keep me emotionally grounded.
