I had a wonderful experience working with Scott Carlson, or as I know him, Scott. From day one he knew exactly the in's and the out's of everything that pertained to my case. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge he had of law and he was very professional. My case went on for a long time, not due to Scott, but due to the insurance company he was dealing with. Even though sometimes it felt like I would never get any resolution, Scott always made me feel assured, like he knew just what to do. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the hard work that went into my case. I was more than happy with the outcome of everything. I engaged Kane after 4 years of going around and around with another lawyer. Kane was aggressive with my case, and wrapped it up in my favor within 5 months.

I recently lost my job as a Physician Assistant and needed advice regarding the terms of a release and severance benefit, as I felt they were unreasonable. Upon meeting Kane, I was impressed with how pleasant, down-to-earth and insightful he was. He patiently listened to my concerns without making me feel inferior. Attorney Carta and his paralegal team have been truly excellent. The Workers Comp process can be long and grueling, particularly when dealing with big, indifferent corporations. I have found Carta to be very patient, hard-working, and tireless in fighting the case. His staff have also been enormously helpful in supporting his work for me: spot-on diligent, professional at all times, and truly hard-working.
I tend to have very high standards and expectations of people I hire. Literally 1 Day!!
My wife and I decided to separate. After meeting with another attorney first who wasn't listening to our needs we where referred to Attorney Smith , she helped us prepare all the paperwork, charged us a fair price for her time and made it super easy. The paper work was submitted and lo and behold the judgement was approved the following day! The whole process was seamless, and Attorney Smith's communication was clear and consistent.

I was rear ended while sitting at a stop sign and my car was totaled. I had no idea what to do being this was the first accident I had been in since I was a teen and I'm now 62. I was told to look for a lawyer, I had asked around but none were forthcoming, so I looked online and Christopher Dolin was the first lawyer I found. Having been involved in a motor vehicle accident, I knew that I needed an attorney. Unaware of the response it would yield, I went online, filled out an inquiry, and submitted it. It was a kind of pseudo- questionnaire requiring me to provide the details of my accident and a description of the injuries I’d sustained. My hope was to be contacted by a reputable counselor, one specializing in personal injury, the law of torts.
Expecting nothing in the way of quick results, I was surprised when I was suddenly inundated with calls from a host of attorneys, most of whom sounded like they were more interested in dollars and cents than they were about my welfare. Now, some may consider my attitude a bit persnickety, but I was completely turned off by the manner in which I was dealt with. After-all, I wanted someone to represent me who was just as interested in my welfare as they were about filling their coffers. At any rate, what I decided to do was plod a serendipitous course and look in the phone book to find a lawyer, one in close proximity to my home. Today, I’m grateful that I did, for in pursuing this course I crossed paths wit Chris Donlin, Esq, a lawyer who answers my calls, responds to my texts, and, perhaps most importantly, takes time to answer my questions.
I was impressed with Chris from the first, for as we talked via phone he spoke to me as if I really mattered; like he was concerned about the effects of my traumatic experience; an experience that left me hurting, both physically and mentally, and not a little bit confused. Then, too, once we’d met face-to-face, Chris exuded sincerity, emitted professionalism, manifested an uncanny grasp of personal injury law. It was these factors, among others, that indicated to me that in choosing Chris for my attorney I’d have a counselor who’d heard the clarion call for justice; the call for not only fairness and equity, but the summons for compassion, the demand for concern, the dictate for an in-depth knowledge of personal injurty law. Thus it is that I have no qualms about saying Chris Donlin is an attorney par excellence, one who has arisen at a time when mediocrity emerges with the frequency of the sun’s daily rising; a time when many, no longer walking in bright halls of integrity, now trudge through dark dungeons of greed. But having eschewed a mediocrity-laden, quick-buck mentality, Christ Dolin is a cut above the rest. In fact, he’s time and time again shown me that he intends to live out the promise he’s made to all of his clients: “. . . to relentlessly fight to help every client get back on his or her feet as quickly as possible and get the compensation they deserve”. While representing me, Chris has done not one iota less than that which he’s promised, and I don’t believe he ever will. I am quite impressed with Chris Donlin, as a legal scholar, a gentleman, and as a human being.

Attorney Stephen Sobin was efficient, personable, on point, knowledgeable about the matter, and very accessible. He wasted no time in coming to a very agreeable r solution. Attorney Sobin recently represented me on my motor vehicle accident case, and I have to say that his work ethic combined with his empathy was extraordinary. Vincent first saw me talking to the prosecutor in the local court house about an unfair violation ticket given that had consequences i would unlikely get out of, especially on my own. Mr. Fazzone saw me and felt the urge to come up to me, not only calm me down but kindly explain how he could help. He gave me his card, i called, the rest was history.
He went above and beyond to fight for me countless times for nearly a year before finally WINNING my case! Attorney Jennifer Rossi recently represented me in an issue that had me at odds with the State of Ct Health Dept. The State either wanted me to fix a “problem” with a job I performed many years ago or hand them my license to do business in Ct. Atty. Attorney Bernstein has been my families attorney for the last 5 years. She has been amazing and won our trial for us. I was involved in an auto accident a few years ago where I severely injured my back. I didn’t have health insurance at the time and the person who hit me didn’t admit to the police that she was at fault. Her insurance company didn’t accept responsibility and I was left out to hang with all these doctor and hospital bills. I was constantly getting calls and being harassed by the collection agencies. Twenty-two years ago I received a notice from a lawyer representing a vendor over a relatively small bill that I firmly felt was bogus. Went to my lawyer and he agreed the claim was weak at best and would likely be voided if the vendor/lawyer pursued the claim. My lawyer then recognized who the notice was from - Kerry M. Wisser. At that point he indicated it might well be better to just pay the bill rather than go up against Mr. Wisser. Being quite stubborn and armed with solid facts I excused my lawyer and would handle this claim myself. I contacted Mr. Wisser and over a period of a month spoke to him no less than a handful of times. Mr. Wisser's advocacy for his client was creative and unbending, to the point he made me feel I in fact owed the contested amount. Not being able to convince Mr. Wisser to drop the claim I attempted to negotiate and settle it, that didn't work either. Finally, I agreed to pay the entire amount under one condition - Mr. Wisser would meet for lunch and pick up the tab. Paying that bogus bill was the best money I have ever spent. From that luncheon to this day Mr. Wisser has represented me exclusively in all ligation matters both offensively and defensively with great success. I recommend few people because of the obvious responsibility for such a recommendation. However, I have easily recommended Mr. Wisser to at least a couple of dozen individuals who have utilized his services over the years and I have never heard anything but glowing thank you's. If your looking for a lawyer that is as comfortable in a courtroom as he is at a ball game, he's your man. Kerry M. Wisser is in a class by himself!
