Jim is a straight shooter. Passion is a understatement. Being on the opposite side of comp for many years working for insurance companies, he knows all the tricks they pull. Now that he's come to the right side of the fight, he puts he knowledge and experience to good use. He takes no bs. I literally saw him make an attorney shake just by getting in a heated debate. If you need a comp attorney, he's definitely the guy you want sitting next to you. Don't rely solely on unions to fight for you because they are not well versed on labor law. Very pleased start to finish.

Attorney James Babek is a great lawyer. I had been too intimidated to call an attorney to help me with my business' legal questions, because I felt that my business was too small, my questions were too simple- and I didn't want to bother a busy attorney's office. But then I found Attorney Babek. He was down to earth, approachable and explained everything very clearly. I love the fact that none of my legal needs were too small. Attorney Ross was recommended to us by an Attorney from Philladelphia, who said he was a great lawyer.
When we contacted him he met with us, listened to case, then he walked us through the whole process. He was very attentive to our case, and mostly he took the time to always listen to our case. What I like about him he will take your calls as a client - something rare with many attorneys, listen attentively not to dismiss or interupt you, answer your questions and concerns, and is very reassuring and compassionate in the process. Paige represented us in a year long custody/ relocation case involving my daughter. When starting to prepare for putting a will together, there are so many things to consider. Some things that I never even realized I had to give thought to. Before starting the process, Neal patiently met with me and my husband to discuss specifics of what it means to have a will and all the pieces that go with it, and why it's important. We left his office with the knowledge and understanding of why it's really smart to take those steps, and we were better able to have an honest discussion about all the items required to make the documents effective. Discussing end-of-life issues is never fun or glamorous, but leaving your loved ones without properly preparing for your passing is a burden that you don't want to leave with the people most important to you at a time that will be so difficult. I can't thank Neal enough for making this process much smoother than I thought it could be.

Attorney Katz was engaged by our family to handle a very unique situation involving the burial of my father and mother in a local cemetery. Our father died first, and his cremated remains were buried at the cemetery and a headstone placed at the cemetery's direction.
When our mother died, she was supposed to be buried with my father’s urn. But the cemetery buried her in the wrong plot, and could not find my father’s urn. Eventually the cemetery moved her to the correct plot, but my father’s urn was still missing. The cemetery company told us, “We believe we have filled all of our obligations.” Attorney Katz then filed suit on our behalf. Ultimately, through his efforts, my father’s cremains were found, we had a proper funeral and received a settlement in compensation for all that our family had been put through.
At all times Attorney Jonathan Katz was reachable by the family and he worked tenaciously to get this matter resolved.
I have spent 30 years in law enforcement, and I understand what good lawyering is.
Thank You Attorney Katz for accepting his unique legal matter and seeing it thru to the end bringing closure for the family.

jonathan was fabulous during this ordeal, he was thorough and spent alot of time thinking the situation thru and discussing all of our options and possible reactions from opposing counsel, he went far beyond the call of duty to with our insurance company to resolve this issue.

We hired Kathy to assist in getting a medical settlement that began when my cancer was misdiagnosed in 2012. She was very attentive to the detail and the miscommunications within the medical group, and advised us (correctly) that we would be unlikely to win a malpractice suit. However, she agreed that the case had been mishandled, and doggedly pursued the medical group until reaching a very fair settlement. It took over a year, but her office never flagged, and kept us fully informed all along the way. We were not one of her firm's large clients, but received excellent professional care all the same.
