Attorney Ronalter is one of the best lawyers I have ever encountered, and because I am a lawyer myself, I have encountered many. But I did not know Bill professionally until I found myself needing a personal injury attorney. I had been in a motor vehicle accident, where the nature of my injuries initially impaired my ability to see how much I needed a lawyer. By the time I hired Bill, there would be unforced errors in my case that he would have to clean up or live with. Attorney Ronalter never flinched at any of them He dealt with each one, always remaining a strong advocate for me, while never letting me lose sight of what was realistic. His high goals were mixed with just the right amount of reality. For me, this is part of what made him a great lawyer. When it was time to discuss new events in the case, or the results of my evaluations, or what path to take next, he never made me feel rushed or as if there was a better case he could be working on, while he was working on mine. He always gave me his full attention and he always gave me full and prompt briefings on what had occurred in the most recent communication with the defendant’s carrier. And then, as if to tell me he saw me as a whole person and not as a vehicle to a pay day, he would ask about my dogs and tell me about his own. In the handling of my case, I can’t imagine any lawyer doing more or doing better or treating me with more kindness. In the end, when he had gathered every fact and had put the events and my injuries together, he presented me with an honest assessment of what he thought and how he saw it from different angles; but then did what any good lawyer should do: he left the final decision to me. He told me he would be support me whether I chose to settle my case or let it continue into litigation. And he meant it. I chose the former, and he negotiated an excellent settlement that made sense in light of all of the facts. It felt right to me then, and it still feels right to me now. I knew before I ever asked for an initial meeting with him, that he was a competent and experienced lawyer. Quick research can provide anyone with that information. But I could not have known through research how kind, considerate, and accessible he would be. He kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to every one of my phone calls. He answered every question with complete candor and honesty. He worked as hard on my case as anyone possibly could have and then secured the outcome I wanted. And if all that were not enough, after our professional relationship ended with the settlement of my case, Bill contacted me to send his condolences when he learned that my dog had died a month into the pandemic. That’s just who he is. I would recommend William J. Ronalter to anyone who needs a great lawyer and who also wants his lawyer to be a good human being.

I wa a injured in a car accident on the highway on my way hone from work. I sustained a head injury changed my life. I was working as an ER nurse at the time in 2 different hospitals and loved what I did. That day changed my life. Mr. Ronalter represent me and my case. He went above and beyond. I originally was referred to Shipman and Goodwin by another attorney. After interviewing with Bill and Jim, I was convinced this was the legal team I wanted to take over my automobile accident lawsuit. Throughout the entire duration of my case, the attention, professionalism and care that Bill displayed with his associates, lacked in absolutely nothing short of perfection. My case was wrought with problems and issues; Shipman and Goodwin was the 4th firm I had hired, and needless to say I was very apprehensive by the time I retained their services. Bill handled very sensitive and personal information with attentive, courteous and polite methods, making me feel protected and safe, while guiding and prepping me through the legal proceedings before my trial. At no time during the period of 2 years did I ever doubt his abilities or experience in the process. Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. Throughout the process he was interested in how I wanted to handle and approach each step. He didn't hesitate to recommend alternate approaches to reach my end goals, but never overstepped. He understood that I was the one who had to live with the result. Joe's legal knowledge and guidance was always spot on. He helped me fully understand the difference between my "wants" and what the law would allow. No Surprises. That was critical to managing my expectations, and helped me to better prepare for the next stage of my life. Joe was GREAT at helping me manage the financial side of the process. He explained his costs and the billing process. No unnecessary phone calls, no unnecessary meetings. We spoke when we needed to, period. In the end, costs for the process were about 1/3 of my ex-wife's. Not because his rates were cheaper, but because he and I managed the process better. I called Chas Abate late in the process in a deed-in-lieu where I was getting the run around from the mortgage company. What took me a year to get to a stale mate he quickly brought this to a final resolution. Not many attorneys would get involved this late in the process but he not only did but went to court the next day. Many thanks to Chas and I sleep much better at night thanks to him. I would highly recommend him and it was money well spent. I even received a refund for the money the mortgage company took from my account incorrectly 2 years prior that started the whole mess in the first place. His final invoice was detailed and extremely fair. If I had to do this all over again he would be the first person I would call. He has restored my faith in the legal system after getting the run around from the attorneys from the mortgage company. Thank you Chas you are truly a good person.

A great lawyer. We were involved in a head on motor vehicle collision. We never considered getting involved with attorneys but the insurance company left us no choice. I'm currently working with Attorney Chris Wall regarding a disaster at my home, and a claim against my neighbors who caused it. I can truly say that I couldn't be happier with all he has done for my family. He was there for us on Day 1, helping us scramble to pick up the pieces and make sense of what happened, and what was going to happen in the coming months. Chris and the paralegals at his office (who are also super nice and helpful) have made themselves available to us at a moment's notice whenever we need them, which is not something you get with a huge firm, but I think is really a reflection of them being in our community for many years and really caring about who they do business with (my other family members have worked with Wall, Wall, and Frauenhofer many times over the years). My husband and I have so much on our plate right now, we're stressed about so many things in our lives, but Chris has taken so much of the burden off of our shoulders. It's a huge relief to know that I don't have to be an expert in all of the legal and insurance issues we're dealing with, since he's helping us every step of the way. Whenever I'm in doubt, or overwhelmed, or just have a question, I can speak to him and he'll walk me through what's going on, and gives me advice or direction, and so far everything he's advised us to do has been the right move. Being able to trust that he'll guide us in the right direction is HUGE, and not something you find every day (in a lawyer or anyone else for that matter!). I think what I like best about working with Chris, though, is that not only is he an expert in his field and always very professional, respectful, and thorough, he has shown genuine concern for my family's well-being during this whole ordeal. He always asks how we're doing, checks in with us not just for legal issues but to offer his support. He takes his time in discussing things with us, to make sure we understand everything that's happening and the progress he is making with our case, which in just five weeks, has been a lot. I really can't say enough good things about my experience working with Chris; to have complete confidence and trust in your attorney is so important, and I feel I'm really lucky to have found that.

I was a client of Attorney Laudati. He knows the judicial system inside out and directs you through the myriad of courts and paperwork. The advantage of Attorney Laudati is how available he makes himself to your questions and explanations. There was nothing I did not like about his services. I had received a charge for reckless driving (major moving violation) and sought Jason's legal counsel. Jason took the time to explain in detail the impact of several outcomes that could occur and what options we had - ultimately reducing the charge to speeding (simple traffic violation). Tony was suggested to me by another attorney. This was an motor vehicle accident where I was rear ended. Insurance company wanted to settle for 2k. I tried to work with them with out an attorney bad move. Tony came in and when they didn’t offer a fair settlement we went to trial - he was prepared and did a great job with jury selection. We won a much bigger settlement than I wanted or anticipated. He went above and beyond and his love of the law and his career are very evident and he’s a great lawyer.

Atty. Minchella represented my law firm and me personally when my ex-wife (also a lawyer) filed a lawsuit against me - years after our divorce was finalized and after a lengthy trial. What she didn't get from the state family court Judge, she tried to get by attempting an end run in Federal Court - claiming the lawsuit was a contractual claim pursuant to our former law partnership and thus "wasn't part of" the earlier divorce case. Needless to say, I was worried and thought I had seen the end of this woman's constant legal maneuvering and scheming. Plus, there was potentially millions of additional dollars at stake. Atty. Minchella stepped in and after a long fight, convinced the Federal Judge that the claim was baseless and contrary to the existing law. The case was dismissed and judgment entered in my favor. His legal skill and writing skill was top notch and impressive as I've been a trial lawyer for almost thirty years. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I met Tony almost 8 years ago when I hired him to do some legal work for me. Through the years I've found him to be a great lawyer, and a good man. That last part is important to me. He is well connected to his family, and to his community. He is not a billboard and late night infomercial huckster, that is for sure. In my industry I've met hundreds of attorneys of all types. Tony was the one I chose to represent me with my own case. Being in the personal injury/insurance industry I had my choice of people to use. I selected Tony not only because of the respect I had for him, but the respect the legal community, the judiciary, and most importantly the insurance industry has for him. He is a straight shooter and will call it as he sees it, even if he disagrees with you. He is not a game player, but is firm his in posture and position on cases. Working with someone in the industry is sometimes more difficult, and he did his best to talk me off the ledge a few times. My case was eventually brought to a great resolution, in no short order because of my attorney. I've not been a "client" of Tony's in two capacities, and I have nothing but good things to say. I've also referred my friends and family to him for criminal cases, real estate transactions, and most recently an case involving a young child. Pass right by the phone book, billboard, and television hucksters and know that your case will be handled in the best way possible, NOT just for a quick buck.

Attorney Hwang, in my opinion, did a great job coaching me through "the process". Sure, I was furious, and ready to sue my former partner (probably at great expense) but Sung-Ho showed me reality (at least for my case) and helped apply enough pressure to capture what was a good settlement. There's always risk in doing business but it was refreshing to see the process actually work. Specifically, Attorney Hwang help me recover funds that were invested in a (former) friends company via a convertible note. Later on, after the business failed, rather than providing assets/IP to the lien holders, as the owner should have, he sold himself all of the company IP, subsequently exchanging it for a large position in yet another company. The owner told me the IP had no value but yet he exchanged it for nearly 30% of another company? Anyway, a morally and ethically corrupt former friend got what he deserved and I got a reasonable settlement. I learned a hard lesson. Good coaching, reasonable fee, and I got closure and a good settlement.

I contacted the law firm of Maya Murphy after another attorney had already initiated my divorce. What should have been a straightforward divorce (married 5 years, no kids, all assets/debt kept separately and listed in our individual names, both of us employed in well paying jobs with benefits) was turning into anything but straightforward.
