Attorney Readyoff represented us in a LL/tenant matter (as property owners) and we are confident his careful and measured approach was crucial in the matter being resolved quickly and without complication.
I was angry about the issue we brought to him, and without judgement of my emotions, he suggested a solution that initially seemed very procedural to me, but we fully committed to his recommendation.
Once he started the process, things changed drastically with the tenant. In ways, it appeared very little happened, but it made all the difference: we regained possession of the property. He never personally contacted the tenant and reminded us not to engage them.
Such matters are never comfortable, but Dan's professionalism and graciousness toward everyone made things manageable. I really respect the way he handled this matter, and I appreciate the outcome.

Steven Allinson is a highly professional Attorney who advised and represented me throughout the Probate of my sister's estate. Mr. Allinson was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the various facets of the process. I was injured on the job in January 2016. Adam came to my home as I was disabled. He explained the application process for me to apply for SSD- and told me that as with most people, I would probably be initially denied. I was and Adam went to work on my appeal process and kept me informed every step of the way and was the most responsive Attorney I have ever had, answering any questions I had, often on the same day. His two para-legals, Nancy & Brittany are also top-notch.. what a team! Well, while it is not the norm, I was approved for my SSD benefits some months after my appeal. I was recently a defendant in a civil law suit which lasted for a total of three years. I say total because the plaintiff and his attorney dropped their original suit after two years and then refiled a second suit within days. I was out of money after a two year defense by a major law firm in New London CT and they saw this as the perfect opportunity and time to let me go suggesting I seek other representation. Facing a new lawsuit and without an attorney I thankfully found Peter Bartinik of the Bartinik Law Firm. Our first conversation was by phone and he had many questions. He also knew I had no savings left as this was the very first thing that I told him. Our second conversation took place at his office where we spend about two hours discussing my case and a plan to move forward. I was grateful that he took my case knowing I could not immediately pay him more than a small retainer. This lawsuit at times could be very confusing as well as emotional for me and Peter would always take the time to be sure that I completely understood what was happening with my case as well as to keep me emotionally grounded. If I called him with a question or concern and he couldn't at that moment take my call he would get back to me in no time at all. He did so much to keep me free from worry and to get me through the final year of a long drawn out mess intact and in my home which was what the lawsuit was all about. This case never went to trial and was settled out of the courtroom. Before the settlement I was facing the possibility of having to lose and leave my home. I now had my home but owed money to Peters' firm and he provided me with a payment plan that I could afford. I would advise anyone in need of legal guidance or defense to look to the Bartinik Law Firm, P.C. in Groton, CT where both Peter J. First about Attorney Rojas, Jose is a extremely compitent and accomplished attorney his knowledge of the law and the way the system works is brilliant. Jose intrenches himself in your case never making mention of the ammount of time and research he puts into the matter. Attorney Rojas is a compassionate person in his approach to the client but also is extremely honest and forthcoming when it comes to what your expectations of a case should be. in my experience he was extremely prompt, responsive, and professional. The results I recieved were beyond my expectations and I credit Jose's patience, research, and knowledge of the law for much of that. Too many times in today's world you pay for services only to be dissapointed in what you get in return, not with this man!! I recently lost my job as a Physician Assistant and needed advice regarding the terms of a release and severance benefit, as I felt they were unreasonable. Upon meeting Kane, I was impressed with how pleasant, down-to-earth and insightful he was. He patiently listened to my concerns without making me feel inferior. Literally 1 Day!!
My wife and I decided to separate. After meeting with another attorney first who wasn't listening to our needs we where referred to Attorney Smith , she helped us prepare all the paperwork, charged us a fair price for her time and made it super easy.
