Hired Mr Ferris after the absent father of my child reappeared and wanted timesharing. Mr Ferris was always very responsive and took the time to explain everything to me about family law cases and was realistic about the complexities of my situation. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.

Mr. Kenneth Bush was recommended to me by a family member this was one of the best recommendations ever. When I first met Mr Bush I wasn't even sure if I had a case but something inside of me just didn't sit right with the way my wife passed at the hospital so he told me to leave the hospital records with him and let him peruse through them. Sure enough he found two and fractions one on the hospital and one on the doctor. He handled this case with such professionalism and such precision the case was settled in less than a year. I met Mr. Kenneth through Mr. Barkett and honestly he was the best choice. Mr. Bush has been very informative and helpful throughout this process. He was not only a lawyer but also a human being who showed us empathy considering the tragedy. We were not just a client in his eyes we were more than that. He treated us special, unique, with care, and kindness. When we went to his office for the deposition Mr. Bush's charisma helped us through because we were scared since we did not know what to expect.
Through every step of the lawsuit, Mr. Bush and wonderful Ms. Angie was there to answer questions that my husband and I continued to have. She was in her hospital bed with tubes coming out from everywhere, but every afternoon that week I had to leave my wife for a couple of hours. I had appointments to interview attorneys about the death of our daughter. Everyone knew about the accident-it was in all the papers and on tv- so I had no trouble getting time with attorneys including the then president of the County Bar association, white shoe firms, and Stuart. In the end we chose Stuart Grossman not only because of his sincerity and empathy, but the way he answered our questions. We were not interested in a fast settlement. We wanted justice for our family wherever that journey would take us, and Stuart always took guidance from us on such issues. One can never be sure when making such momentous decisions, but unless the client knows something about wrongful death cases, sometimes you just have to go with your gut. Everyone was right about Stuart and he quickly became a friend of the family. We talked on many occasions about how the case was developing and when it came time for the five-day trial, he and his associate Andy Yaffa came to the house. They wanted to see our daughter's room and they stayed in there with the door closed for quite a while. Then they came out and said they were going to be at a hotel for a couple of days to "go to war" as they put it, and get ready for court. We were nervous. Stuart was reassuring. The questioning of the defense witnesses and our own expert witnesses were top notch. We were very proud of our attorney. And when the jury came back with a verdict of 37 million dollars, we did not know what to think. We were stunned. It was like a euphoric experience, but confusing at the same time. Then Stuart told us that we needed to get ready for an appeal, so right there and then we walked from the court house and were introduced to our appellate attorney. It would be a long road. Two appellate court hearings were followed by another at the Florida Supreme Court. Stuart never flinched. He was with us all the way, and although none of us knew that it would be for another seven years, there was no question-not one ever- that we made the right choice with Stuart Grossman.
