Working with Wes from Eddington Law Firm was one of the best decisions I could have made. After being rear ended and nearly having my not even 2 year old car totaled in March to being rear ended again in August followed by another rear ending in November of the same year, with 2/3 resulting in injuries Wes made the process of dealing with insurance companies bareable. Mark Nelson represented a number of homeowners in a construction defect case that we were part of. Mark, or one of his staff members, was always prompt in his responses when we had questions for him. He is personable and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Mark was not overly informative or involved in the time leading up to our arbitration, but had our case well laid out. He proved our case exceptionally well and was actually enjoyable to watch in action. He had a response for every objection from the other lawyers and knew why he asked the questions he did. He always cited prior court cases and statutes to back up his legal opinions.
Mark listened to our concerns and responded appropriately. He did not always provide good news, but he was honest and straightforward with answers to our questions. Even when he did not have good news to provide to us, he had a game plan to counteract it. I appreciated his honesty with us and not sugar coating the bad stuff. He did not lead us to believe that everything would go our way and kept us grounded in reality.

Keith Fuicelli was very thorough, honest, and compassionate in reviewing and handling my personal injury claim involving a broken back suffered when I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. Luke J. Puszynski is a sharp, kind, excellent lawyer that will be by your side every step of the way from the initial consultation all the way up to the day he hands you your check. I was involved in a T-bone accident and although that experience was traumatic Luke helped me understand the whole process clearly and managed my case perfectly. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He returned calls very promptly. I emailed several attorneys in the Denver area about advice concerning an incident where I was given incorrect medication at Porter hospital after a major surgery. Without exception they all asked how bad my injury was from the incident. When I said I was not injured other than the fact I suffered without pain medication the first day post op because the hospitalist didn’t want to give me anything else. That and being given medications without being told what they were, even when asked, because the nurses and hospitalist didn’t feel I needed to know. My wife, who was with me the whole time however, and has a background in medicine of more than 26 years, did not accept that answer. Mr. Avery gave me sound advice and how to proceed with getting some answers about how and why I was treated this way, all without recompense (payment). His responses were always prompt to my inquiries and his answers very direct and honest, sometimes rare when dealing with attorneys. He told me the truth, whether it was god or bad.
