My experience was excellent. Very high degree of professionalism and respect for what I prioritized in the process and the settlement they obtained for me. Exactly what you want in these situations.

I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.
I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time.

I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I would highly recommend Chalat Hatten & Banker, PC to anyone who is in need of legal advice.

I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. He sent faxes to my outstanding bills and stayed on top of things like contacting my lien companies and insurance companies to keep the ball rolling so my case would not be held up. He made sure to communicate with me so I knew what was going on and was available for consultation when necessary so I did not feel alone and scared. A life changing accident like mine was one of the worst things that could happen to me and my foot will never be the same. This tragic accident was a terrible storm and very hard to get through and my life and health is forever changed. Working with Russell however brought a rainbow after the storm and a brighter future than I ever thought I would find from such a tragic accident.

Matt Walker represented me for 3 misdemeanor DV charges in Jefferson County. He heard my case and told me not to take the plea deal. With his help my case was Dismissed before trial.
Matt was there to walk me through every step. If I needed him he was always just a text away and would call as soon as he was available.
He suggested to meet as the trial got closer, not to go over anything but to calm my nerves as this was my first time in any sort of trouble.
He never made me feel rushed and listened to all concerns. He is also a huge LGBTQ advocate which for my case was essential.
I can’t recommend Matt enough and will forever be thankful for him and know if I ever needed counsel again he’s there.

I called Matt about a dispute with my neighbor who had mailed me a letter threatening legl action. Matt met me for coffee the same day I called him. When we met, he reviewed my letter and other documentation. Then he actually called the neighbor on my behalf, while I sat there, and worked everything out. It was amazing. When I offered to pay Matt for his time--he pointed out that he had only spent about thirty minutes to resolve my issue--so no charge. Matt is real and Matt is awesome.

Rob,
Took a fall case for me that I had several injuries. He checked on me throughout my healing process, I never thought that he or his team forgot about me, even though my case was a bit long.
I was treated with respect and they wanted to know what I thought about things, how I was feeling and if I understood what would happen next.
Rob sat next to me during my deposition, this helped me because I have ptsd and prone to panic attacks. Robs presence caused the deposition to go smoothly and his support knowing I have this meant the world to me.
Rob is intelligent, he is caring and will get it settled or go to court. No one was afraid of going to court, in fact we were prepared but it settled.

I got hit by a drunk driver in a high speed head on collision where my head shattered the windshield. I had serious injuries to my head, neck, back and leg. Joe was amazing-and I don't think my situation was easy. I had two different accidents 6 months apart: car accident, December 2012 when I was injured by a gentleman that ran a stop sign in Denver then in June 2013 I was hit by a car while riding my bike in Iowa (two different states also created a challenge)........so things got a bit complicated, as each tried to blame the other for my permanent injuries. Joe was amazing-truly handling every detail, especially the stress that goes along with this type of situation.
