She also did not inform me of many important things like not talking to the insurance claims adjuster who was representing the person that hit me. She did the minimal amount of work for me and did not seem to care at all for my well being. I wish I would have taken the advice of friends in the la area to seek out new representation. If you want a lawyer who is thorough and passionate about your needs do not go to Ms Gorin. Being very unreachable and only being able to communicate to her through her paralegal Karina was very unsettling as well.

Called this firm to see what my options were after my truck was hit. Spoke with Andres and guided me through everything and assisted me with what to do to get my truck fixed. Will definitely come back if I need it!
Also, I am a ESL individual. English is my second language. So there was times I had trouble so I was able to speak with Andres in Spanish . Luckily he speaks Spanish too and that was very helpful.
I really recommend this place and like I said will definitely come back if needed.

Akhavan and associates made my already difficult situation very easy to manage. From the first call until the check arrived in my hand this law firm was great. I ALWAYS received a call back promptly and I was always kept well informed in all the stages of my dispute. In my own opinion as a former client Termechi law group did a very poor job in my case. Bobby Termechi has been very aggressive in pushing me to settle on the first offer. He literally said I was guilty of what the company was claiming. He also gave me $500 out of his own pocket to settle, then retracted it after I agreed. He did send it once the company cut the check but it was very unethical. I’ve literally had to fight against the company and my own attorney to get a proper settlement. And now, after repeated requests for my case file to be sent to me as is my right and being told I would have it by this Friday, again nothing. I even fired them and they refused to be fired. I DO NOT recommend this attorney and his firm.

This guy knows the law.. went to court and watched this attorney break out a legal code book and show the D.A.. She was shocked not knowing the law as well as him and agreed to a simple civil violation.. Also rescued me from hiring some scam artist in Santa Monica claiming to be a famous legal service but was nothing but a broker.
I would recommend him for any trouble your in, tickets, legal, etc.
