I first met Scott Babbitt in 1994 he handled by BK as I was going thru a divorce as well. He did a wonderful job. I then referred him to a friend of mine and they had the same great results. Since then I have moved away and needed advice on different situations and I would call Mr. Babbitt, everytime he remembered me, my case and would always take a moment or two to try and guide me in the right legal direction. I had a totally different experience with Scott Babbitt. I found him to be to the point, affordable and honest. I referred him a friend for bankruptcy and after reviewing the financials, he recommended that he not move forward and recommended another path. That says a lot because it shows Scott puts his clients needs above his own.

Knows his job and does it well, but he has no personality. He once got me confused with another client, and started yelling that we were asking the same questions over and over, when he realized he had made a mistake he would not admit it, he did what he was hired to do, but he is very cold and uncaring, that is why he gets a fair rating.

Mr. Fener did a great job for me and acheived a fantastic result. I was extremely happy with the way in which he handled my lawsuit. He is extrememly attentive and returned each and every phone call that I made to him, almost always within the hour in which I made it. Do not hire this man and if he happens to be your court appointed lawyer, try to get a new one! We had Samuel Walker handle my husband’s appeal and not only did he lose, he was arrogant and rude throughout the entire process. He refused to communicate with my husband nor myself about anything. We wouldn’t find out about hearings and filings until much later and the appeal he filed was completely botched!

THE LAWYER CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY AFTER REQUESTING INFORMATION AND PRICES ABOUT MY DIVORCE AND BEING IN THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS AND PETITION FOR CUSTODY OF MY 2 CHILDREN. HE SECURED ME A FINALIZED DIVORCE AND CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN FOR $2,500. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE FATHER OF MY CHILDREN AT THAT TIME TOOK ME OUT OF CONTACT WITH THEM BY NOT COMPLYING WITH THE MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF VISITING THEM OVER THE WEEKEND. I DECIDED TO PAY HIM THE FULL 2500 THE SAME DAY AND HE NEVER TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY THAN 3 MONTHS LATER WITH 2 COURT APPOINTMENTS VIA ZOOM HE REPRESENTED ME WITH VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF MY CASE AND WAS INSULTED BY THE JUDGE BY TELLING HIM THAT THE LAWS HAVE CHANGED.THE LAWYER DIDN'T SOLVE AFTER THAT HE JUST DEMANDED MORE MONEY FROM ME AND SUCKED ME AWAY FROM MY CASE AND LEFT EVERYTHING AS WHEN HE STARTED IT AND I REFUSED TO PAY HIM 2000 MORE. Asked for a retainer, never responded my call, his assistance, hazel, is not professional at all. Makes mistakes on your documents and tells you to fix it by correcting her mistakes with whiteout.

When I fell nobody believed how hurt I was and how much it impacted my life. The other side did not want to pay and only offered $2,500 at mediation. Chuck believed in me and my case and took them to trial. The jury awarded me over $4,000,000.00. It was one of the largest verdicts in broward county that year. Look it up. God bless you Chuck.

Charles Mancuso informs me that there is a settlement offer on the table and recommends that I accept it. We agree on the amount, and when it's time to receive my check, he then decides to inform me that after all of the fees that I owe him, i will only receive about $50. This would have been good information to know BEFORE I agreed on the settlement.

Talk about evasive...this guy makes you think he's working for the other side. Mr. Anidjar showed a sincere lack of interest or any visible strength. There was too much procrastination and a game plan of solid magnitude never came into play except on sign up day. We've seen better strategies from those students sitting in 101. Avoid this sub-standard wanna-be and contact Dear Abby instead cause our situation should of been a win/win.

Mr. Andujar seemed to be totally uninvolved in my case. He did not keep me informed. I felt that his laid back demeanor put me at an extreme disadvantage because the attorney for the defendant was totally the opposite. The other attorney was aggressive, well informed, and appeared to give his all to his client. I saw none of that with Mr. Andujar. The only real spark I saw in him was when he aggressively pushed me to accept the respondent's offer that benefitted only my insurance company, the doctors, and his law firm. The doctors, my insurance company, and Mr. Anidjar split the settlement leaving me with less than 10% of the entire amount. I fault Mr. Anidjar for insisting that I see doctors that were not on my insurance. The doctors he advised me to see misdiagnosed me and billed for treatments and procedures that were of no benefit to me. My well-being was their last consideration. I could have gone to doctors on my plan and been treated properly instead of merely being a cash cow for all of them.

I had to fire him, his office and his associate Aron Gibson, in order to have done my so much needed oral surgery which because of them I had to wait 6 weeks after the Air Bags in my brand new, one month old 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid N Series (Never buy this make) broke my jaw, blew my teeth away and fractured my ribs going at 45 mph when a careless driver hit me coming out of a parking lot .

I don't normally post negative remarks or reviews but this one stayed with me. On the recommendation of a friend I went to see Mr. Reinstein regarding a business issue a few months ago. Although, I knew there would be a charge for the initial consultation (most attorney's don't charge for this) I felt offended. Thinking that was the norm, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went to see him. He offered no real options and was rather negative about my situation. I felt ripped off. Luckily I subsequently found and worked with a wonderful attorney. The moral of the story is you should consult an attorney for free and walk away feeling empowered about what they can do for you.
