Would avoid working with this firm if at all possible. They are extremely slow to respond, completely disregard emails, and show a complete lack of empathy or understanding. If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. It consistently felt like we had to chase them down for the most simple requests. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

I was referred to Attorney Craig Fergus by a very close friend after my mother got into a accident while driving my vehicle. From the initial contact, Mr. Fergus showed empathy and listened. He was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. He literally was our voice while dealing with the insurance companies which can be a hassle. We were very surprised by the outcome and settlement and the time frame was not long at all as most persons we knew said the process can take up to a year. Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything
Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

A friend recommended that I use him for my DV hearing. I was nervous because my case is very complicated and I gave Gary very little notice.

I hired Mr. Varkas for an HOA & Civil cases. Dates: March 15, 2022 to August 14, 2023. Mr. Varkas failed to comply with court ordered deadlines. He missed key dates and times for hearings, meetings and trials. This increased my hourly and retainer fees. This case should have lasted 3 months. He turned this into 11 months without a positive decision. He was not familiar with case laws, as I can see on the billables. In future, completed the due diligence on this attorney before hiring. Thank you.

I contacted Paul Finizio and the Finizio Law Group after a recommendation from a close friend. Paul answered the phone quickly, and, after amiable introductions, we scheduled a time to discuss my personal injury and the role he and the Finizio Law Group could play if I elect their services. I have never filed a claim of personal injury. I was averse to the idea, because, as a college student, I worried that filing a claim would complicate my focus on scholastic endeavors. After talking with my parents, I moved forward with the Finizio Law Group. My worries were misplaced.
The team at the Finizio Law Group had conducted themselves efficiently and routinely detailed the progress of my claim despite instances in which contacting me was difficult. Sending documents to them was easy, because the accepted various forms of communication. In terms of communication, I was not the greatest client; however, Paul always remained kind and always motivated me with each call. He supported me during a time in my life in which the injury obscured the path I chose to follow to my future.

I hired Robert L Spector, 2014 of June after a rear end accident. I was severely injured and currently in the process of undergoing surgeries .
Mr. Spector had my case for 2 years and didn’t resolve any issue or made progress.
My calls were ignored by him and his office assistant. When I attempt to contact him from a different number, my call was answer immediately.
I decided to make him aware, that I was unsatisfied with his service. I ask him to release my case, and I hired a new attorney.
Due to the statue of limitation, I was not able to recover the full amount of money that my case was worth.

When I fell nobody believed how hurt I was and how much it impacted my life. The other side did not want to pay and only offered $2,500 at mediation. Charles Mancuso informs me that there is a settlement offer on the table and recommends that I accept it. We agree on the amount, and when it's time to receive my check, he then decides to inform me that after all of the fees that I owe him, i will only receive about $50. This would have been good information to know BEFORE I agreed on the settlement.
