When I hired Richard the state attorney's office was offering me 3 years probation with an adjudication of guilt, I'd lose my civil rights for a 3rd degree felony, even though I don't have an extensive criminal history and the only prior history was 20 years old. I specifically hired Richard because I wanted the judge to order the probation department to verify employment through pay stubs and when I mentioned this to the public defender assigned to my case she had no idea that that was even an option.
Richard ended up getting the employment verification through pay stubs, as well he also got the state to agree to adjudication withheld, meaning I keep my civil rights, plus 18 months probation that will automatically terminate when a small amount of restitution is paid, meaning I will spend a total of 5-days on probation.
I'll definitely use Richard in future legal matters as well as recommend him to anyone I know who needs a competent attorney.

I wanted to take a few minutes to put together a few words about my experience with Pelosi Injury Law. I had a serious car accident less than a mile away from my home. I was not at fault and I suffered a significant spine injury from the accident. This could not have happened at a worse time. I was closing on a house, my wife was 7 months pregnant, and we had major renovations going on. I was lucky enough to have someone recommend Geoffery Pelosi to handle my case. From the very beginning, I knew I had made the right decision. The team helped me gather all the necessary documents for my case. They were dedicated and communicated with me whenever something was needed. Geoff went above and beyond for my family and I. He made things personal and really did a great job explaining the process and my options. It is rare to have an attorney take calls and answer texts on his personal cell phone. The process took about 5 months and the case was settled for the maximum amount possible. This settlement has made everything right. If I could give 10 stars I would. Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024.
