Was in an accident back in August of 2023 and I was lucky I found this team because they are very professional easy to understand with the procedures and the steps due to their patience of explanation of the process and they were able to help me settle faster than I expected for what I've been hearing through others.
The team I got the privilege to work with was Carrie and John with my settlement.

When Robert Johnson wrote and recorded Crossroads in 1936, he would have been well served to do a deep dive on the devil he was about to meet before selling his soul. Nowadays, Crossroads Investigations can do that for you, by locating anyone, anywhere and give you the information you need before making a deal with them, lending them money, having them watch your kids, investing in one of their their projects, or for any other myriad reasons you need to pull back the curtain to reveal the true man or woman behind the curtain. CI is beyond great; they are terrific. Fast, efficient, detail oriented, and courteous. I give them 5 stars and my highest recommendation.

Michael Davis and his team are definitely 5 Star. I recently suffered a severely broken hip due to a negligent security firm that failed to protect me against criminal activity at a shopping plaza.

Michael Davis has been used by me to handle two personal injury cases to successful conclusions over a twenty year period. His firm has sent me a birthday greeting as well as a Holiday card in December every year over those years. You can speak to him directly when you call. If he is unavailable, he will return your call as soon as he can. I would not use any other attorney for a personal injury case. Mr. Davis is my "go to" guy.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews, but in this case, it is an honor. I can't say enough how pleased i am of the work Anastasia did for us. When I was looking for an attorney to help me reunite with my wife, I spoke to at least 10 other attorneys, whom seemed to me that really didn't care. I was just another number. And they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money. My last call was Anastasia, and boy did i have a sigh of relief after speaking to her. She really cared! and was very affordable! From day one she made us feel that everything that could be done to reunite my wife and would be done, and it was! She went above and beyond. She took care of everything! from handling all documents, to dealing with issues caused by the foreign government, which i would have had no idea how to handle myself. She did it all. Anastasia is very kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She is truly the best at what she does. My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I was in an Auto Accident at the beginning of this year and ended up with some severe injuries and, I just didn't really know where to turn to next. I was given a recommendation for Steiner, Greene and Feiner and so I called them. My Attorney Sam Levine immediately called me back and I am so happy that he did. Sam talked with me about the process and from there I had always felt like I was in good hands. I'm actually tearing up writing this because my case is closing now and I'm going to miss talking with him. Sam has been there for me throughout this whole process, he kept me informed of each step, if I had a question, he answered me right away, if he needed to update me, he called me right away. He was always easy to speak with, he was very professional but he was like Family too. I felt comfortable and safe. I absolutely loved all of my Doctors, I always felt safe with them too, they treated you like Family, I miss them too. Sam knows what he is doing, he is knowledgeable not only with law but, your injuries too which is nice because he knows what you're going through. I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.

When I hired Richard the state attorney's office was offering me 3 years probation with an adjudication of guilt, I'd lose my civil rights for a 3rd degree felony, even though I don't have an extensive criminal history and the only prior history was 20 years old. I specifically hired Richard because I wanted the judge to order the probation department to verify employment through pay stubs and when I mentioned this to the public defender assigned to my case she had no idea that that was even an option.
Richard ended up getting the employment verification through pay stubs, as well he also got the state to agree to adjudication withheld, meaning I keep my civil rights, plus 18 months probation that will automatically terminate when a small amount of restitution is paid, meaning I will spend a total of 5-days on probation.
I'll definitely use Richard in future legal matters as well as recommend him to anyone I know who needs a competent attorney.
