I spoke to John David Hart on the phone today about a minor injury I sustained. He kindly made me aware that his office doesn't handle such cases, and that his firm work different and more specific types of cases. Despite this, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me with a plan of action with the necessary steps I should take. He also gave specific referrals for law offices that handle matters like my case. He was extremely understanding, patient and genuinely cared about a good outcome for myself. All as part of a free consult. I'm not experienced with dealing in the law and he made the entire experience very comfortable for me and I felt like I had a mentor helping me. And I wasn't even his client! lol I can only imagine the level of service he would provide to those who take him as a counselor. Thanks John.

I missed two appointments due to my sons medical condition. I did call and let the secretary know about what had happened and hoping to reschedule. She refused due to policy . I was just turned away while needing assistance. So sad she turned away a customer not knowing that she makes the company look unprofessional.

I hired Jason to represent me in a first time DWI charge that, if convicted, would have resulted in harm against my medical license and professional career. The facts were weak, but I felt it necessary to hire the best to represent me in this high stakes charge against me.
I interviewed multiple attorneys. Jason was the first and the last. In between, I found almost all firms persuade you to enter a contract using their best, most well recognized attorney. They then “sub” your case out to a lesser experienced associate or partner attorney. I realize everyone needs to gain experience, but I could not afford to lose this case.
Jason handled every aspect of my case (phone calls, email responses, meetings, and court appearances). His fee was middle of the road compared to others I interviewed. There was no less experienced middle man handling my case, which in my opinion deserved every extra penny spent hiring him that could have been “saved” by retaining the cheapest lawyer. He handles his cases in the same manner I do as a physician, and I really appreciated his attention to quality over volume.
Jason successfully had my case dismissed without trial or pleading for a lesser charge. Furthermore, my drivers license was not revoked/the judge also dismissed the civil part of this case. In total, all elements of my case were dismissed and I was very pleased I followed my gut instinct by hiring him.

Well, I usually won’t write these, but with my experience with Jason Howard. He was nothing, but amazing during this stressful time that I was going through. From our first meeting, I felt that I had someone in my corner to advise and guide me through the best course and action through all of this. To have someone like that is a blessing when you feel lost and concerned what can happen to you. His level head and work through this whole process makes me thankfully to have chosen him to be my advocate. If ever there is someone that you need for this situation, Jason Howard would be the choice.

I was arrested at 18 for DWI in Denton county at the beginning of COVID and of course had lots of questions, anxiety and confusion about the whole case as well as I didn’t know where to start at all. I almost immediately went online searching for answers and found Mr. Howard’s website and left an inquiry. He was the first attorney to get back to me as it was on the weekend and even after hours he called to check in and let me know he would look at the case with me the following day. I hired Mr. Howard that same day as communication was very important to me and it was days before any other attorney in the area got back to me. A lot of other attorneys offices will also outsource your case to someone else in the same firm and Mr. Howard personally took care of mine which was also important to me because I knew I could get answers without having to ask around multiple people. My case took over 18 months to be filed and was resolved just under 24 months. Throughout this entire process Mr. Howard monitored the status of my case, gave me updates, was always there to answer every question I had, and ultimately negotiated to have my charges reduced based on my case details. Mr. Howard is very detailed and knowledgeable and won’t ever leave you in the dark from start to finish. If you are looking for a DWI attorney in Denton/ Tarrant counties I highly recommend hiring or consulting with Mr. Howard to get your case handled or to at least better understand your specific position and your options going about it.

I was in a horrific motorcycle accident last summer. A friend of mine referred me to Seth Anderson to help get my medical bills covered. I had no health insurance and was looking at over $70,000 in medical bills due to my multiple broken bones, surgeries, and severe road rash. I was on complete bed rest for 2 months and lost wages. Seth made a personal visit to my bedside and brought a smile to my face even through the pain. He kept in touch with my through my recovery and worked hard on my case. Seth not only got my medical bills paid off, he even got a settlement for my injuries, which I was not expecting. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Hampton Law Firm, particularly with the conduct of attorney Rebecca. Throughout the duration of my case, I felt that my concerns and interests were consistently disregarded, and I was pressured into making decisions that were not in my best interest. Most notably, Rebecca pushed me into accepting a charge that I did not believe was justified or in line with the circumstances of my case. Despite my reservations and clear desire for a different approach, she strongly encouraged me to take the charge, citing vague and unconvincing reasons. Her demeanor was dismissive of my questions and concerns, and I felt that my rights and options were not fully explained to me. The entire experience was incredibly disheartening, as I trusted the firm to represent me fairly and competently, only to find myself coerced into an outcome I felt was neither necessary nor appropriate. This lack of transparency and professional integrity has left me deeply dissatisfied with both the firm and its representation, as I was forced to accept a charge that I was being falsely accused of. She did NOTHING to try to dismiss the charge. When I was in front of the Judge he even looked at me Like was I sure I wanted to accept the charge. Rebecca told me I would take a charge I didn't commit. I ended up spending over $10,000 on attorney fees. Do Not go to this lawfirm. They will NOT represent you, they will just drain your wallets. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Rebecca was HORRIBLE
