My life would be different today had I not engaged with the Berensen Law Firm. I was driving in my lane on a curve, when the unexpected happened. I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. But Mr. Barnett let me know it would be a process and assured me everything would be fine. I’m very please with the outcome I received. God forbid I’m ever in a situation like this again but if Lady Luck isn’t on my side I would definitely go back to Mr. Barnett. Also he has a killer smile! Haha!

I hired Mr. Thomas for my husband and son's car accident. Back in 2015 i received a disorderly conduct citation in the Stockyard area. I did not know how to proceed and what to do. I searched through potential lawyers to represent myself. Mr. Fulgham came across my page and i decided he was the best fit. Upon our first meeting he was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Brandon was awesome from the onset. He basically laid it out as what could realistically be the worse case scenario and then over delivered and knocked it out of the park! I was involved in a fight and he was able to get a full dismissal even though other party was willing to push the issue. This was evermore so critical in my case because I am military and it could have ended my career. I would highly recommend him!!!
BTW, I am not posting my name because I am military and would not like for someone to unexpectedly find this and make an issue after the fact.

I contacted Anderson Law Firm right after my car was hit by an uninsured motorist. They assigned me to Robert and I'm extremely happy they did. You wouldn't think that your own insurance company would completely fight against an accident that wasn't your fault and drag out the case as long as humanly possible but Robert fought very hard for me. All I had to do was focus on getting better and Robert and his team handled the rest in paying my medical bills with the settlement and I even had done left for me in the end given how much my medical expenses were. Wade was really great and helpful ... while in jail and post jail he worked with me and my fiancé to resolve numerous descrepancies in a case against me. I was given a plea deal by the DAvand it wasn’t looking good for me but I wanted to continue to fight as I was innocent and he did his best to continue my fight in court. With all the documentation gathered we proved my case. He didn’t accept the plea deal fought for me and my case was resolved as it should be ... I am thankful for his efforts and willingness to work with my fiancé when I wasn’t able to because we beat the charges ... I didn’t get time (2 years in prison) but a brief reinstatement of my probation which will be completed in less than six months ... with no more reappearances in court and only once a month check ins to my probation officer. I will soon be after man with my background cleared. It’s because of not quitting continuing to fight proving my innocence and this great lawyer / public defender. Highly recommend him ... he will do good by you.

I contacted Dan over issues we were having with another attorney in handling our case. Dan went far out of his way to help us. He researched information about the defendants that our lawyer had not even done. For the rest of our lives, my husband, daughter and I will never forget Susan Hutchinson. She, along with her colleges, took our case pro-bono. It took a lot of dedication, determination, and hard work to get our case to Federal Court in Dallas, Texas. Our case had to do with our son, Craig Morris, civil rights being violated which resulted in his death in the Dallas County Jail. He was only there 18 hours and had been picked up on a bogus charge. The police thought he was drunk, but no alcohol was found in his blood steam. He had a severe case of pneumonia which did not get diagnosed because of neglect.
Susan is a brilliant lawyer and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is the one that was with us from beginning to end. Not only that, she is very professional along with being kind and considerate. And need to say, we won the case after 5 working days in Federal Court and received the monetary amount the jury decided on.
We hope and pray this case will help prevent this happening to others.

Upon meeting Attorney Joeckel, he was thorough in asking questions, but equally as important, he listened and was genuinely compassionate.
I experienced employment discrimination: racial discrimination, bullying, harassment and ultimately wrongful termination.
This company had a culture of systemic racial discrimination, bias, and inequality. Fear for your job, you were reluctant to speaking up without the fear of reprisal such as bullying, harassment and discrimination to name a few.

Steven Ditommaso has been handling my ongoing custody battle for over a year. During my first consultation with Mr. Ditommaso it was very comforting to hear his professionalism and enthusiasm. Every time we walk into any meeting he is organized and ready! To date he has secured me everything I have requested in court. He is always on time and prepared.
