My disabled aunt was struck by a pick up truck while walking across the street. On that chilly February day both our lives changed, as she would need someone to care for her forever. Over whelmed by the insurance confusion as she had recently moved from one state to another. So I was having to learn medicare, deal with 2 different states insurance while making sure my aunt had the correct medical care. Most people don't live when hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, she lived but with a lot of surgery and time. All while still having to run my own life and jobs, Mr. Kraatz was my super hero. He stepped in front of the insurance steam roller and handled them. We were looking at over $400,000 worth of medical bills from so many entities I couldn't keep count. Mr. Kraatz spoke to me with compassion and allowed me to concentrate on what was most important, my aunts care. He also was compassionate with the man who hit my aunt, as he only had liability. So there was not enough money for all those bills and we didn't want to ruin someones life by suing him and putting him in a debt prison that he would never be free from. Most attorneys would have went for the throat no matter what, and Mr. Kraatz agreed with the decision and we let it go. He figured out who was the priority and handled it. I'm a believer and I know God will always provide for the means to care for my aunt. I'm so very grateful he spared her on that February day, I will gladly spend the rest of my life being her care giver. In an extremely stressful time I had a good lawyer in my corner, I highly recommend Mr. Kraatz.

We had used Ms. Kern in the past for a work place issue. She was very informative as to where we stood in the matter legally. Gave us options in the advice along with her personal recommendation. We appreciated her prompt and informative response to the mutil-level questions we had. For those reasons is why we called her again when a family matter came up. We need quick answers/ legal advice on a pressing matter that had minors involved and made herself available for just that. We appreciated that she respected the urgency and made the effort to evaluate the case before deeming it as, "call you back later in the week" or "email me and i will return in by next week.". For us customer service is most important and she hits the mark!

Oh my. My divorce was a nightmare. I wanted out and my ex-spouse did everything to sabbortage the divorce procedings costing me money. B.C. was so supportive and I don't know what I would have done had she not guide me through this ugly process. Ms. Cornish actually handled two cases for me - one involving trust issues I was having with a trustee and another involving a dispute over mineral rights/royalties.
In the first case she did an excellent job in making sure that I was getting the information I requested even when that took multiple requests from her office to the trustee's attorney. She always followed up in a timely manner, was ALWAYS very professional and would let me know the status of the case. She took the time to actually sit down and discuss all options with me and together we decided that it just would not be cost effective to pursue litigation against the trustee. That case is closed and to my satisfaction. Very pleased with how that turned out.
The second case she handled for me was a mineral rights/royalties issue. In this particular case she had to deal with an extremely difficult opposing counsel and his extremely difficult client. Again, she was very professional and thorough and tough when she had to be.
I would recommend B. C. Cornish to handle any dispute. She is just an amazing person not to mention a kick ass attorney.

When I set out to hire a lawyer I called many firms. Nick was the only one who talked to me on the first call and without having to call back several times. After speaking with several lawyers I decided to hire Nick. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My case was a misdemeanor domestic abuse case. I knew I was innocent and in the right but the whole system seemed against me. Nick did not sugar-coat anything, but was confident. Nick was able to prepare me for trial in a calm fashion. He was able to expose the untruths in the states case. Nick even at times argued very fine legal points that the judge had to agree with. Nick is a great trial lawyer.
I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I will certainly hire him.

When looking for an Attorney I did a lot of research. I hired Mr. Nick Davis of The Avery McDaniel Law Firm. Mr. Davis defended me on a DWI 2nd charge. I was very upset about the charge and I truly felt that I had been discriminated against. I had not done anything wrong or anything to warrant this charge. There was 0 alcohol involved and I had taken my prescription meds as ordered. The Trooper charged me with DWI because there was an accident and he knew that I took prescription medication. I had never caused an accident never. The accident was my fault but not because of medication. I had rear ended the car and that's it. I am not able to complete the Road Side Tests because of my disabilities. The other tests fell in the normal range. The medication in my system fell in the Theraputic Range. It indicated that I had taken my medication as prescribed. In all Mr. Davis had taken all the available information and formulated a plan of defense. He took everything that I said and used it in my defense. I knew that DWIs were tough to defend. I was pretty scared during this time but again I knew that I had not done anything wrong. In the end I was found Not Guilty by a jury of my peers. Mr. Davis did a very good job defending me. If I need an Attorney again I will definitely hire Mr. Davis.
