Our daughter was involved in a tragic accident at a major amusement park. We felt that those injuries and lack of care were the result of negligence and/or incompetence. We conferred with friends who were experts in the legal field and recommended the law firm of Lagomarsino and Associates. It was the best decision we could make as a family.
From our original consultation to trial, Andre Lagomarsino, was hands on with preparation, direction, and organizing the case. He was extremely efficient! His professionalism was mirrored by a host of associates, para legals and administrative staff. We were invited into the comfort of a legal family.
Our daughter suffered long term injuries including seizures and short-term memory loss. The Lagomarsino team invested years of investigation and research on our daughter’s behalf. The legal team made sure she received excellent medical intervention, ethical treatment and wrap around services for her care plan. Throughout it all, we were apprised of the progress and the requisite expectations.
As the case delved into the difficult arena of legal minutia and fault assignment, Andre and his team dug in. The Lagomarsino team consulted with medical experts, engineers, scientist and other experts to ensure that all aspects of our case were attended to. As with some cases it can take years to go to trial. This was one of those cases. Andre and his office continued to keep us in the know as to how the case was proceeding. We were expertly represented through numerous depositions and mediation sessions. It culminated with a month-long trial where the team performed brilliantly!
The care, professionalism, and the attention to detail of his staff rivals his own. The Lagomarsino team represented my daughter with integrity, excellence and empathy. Most importantly, Andre ensured that everyone involved our case were held to his high standard.

Taylor Waite, one of the attorneys that works at clear counsel is handling my mother's estate. He's had the case sitting on his desk, collecting dust, for 3 years thus far. He doesn't return phone calls, doesn't let me or my brother know what's going on, doesn't do any of the jobs he was hired to do. I would suggest looking at another law group to handle your case.

Clear Counsel Law is handling my mother's estate very poorly, it's going on 3 years now & I have not a clue what's going on! The executor of my mom's estate withholds information so I have no choice but to contact Taylor Waite whom is assigned the case and he doesn't return my calls, if I do get him on the phone he's vague, as if he doesn't consider me a client. Also I never waived my right to accounting, so where is it? Does that come at the end?. Well I wouldn't know because nobody tells me what's going on!..
Anyway I would steer "clear" of clear counsel law, unless you have years of your life to waste on probate, because if your in this situation you know better than anyone, tomorrow's never promised!

Picking an injury attorney is like playing the stock market, you think you know what you've got invested to begin with, but really no solid clue how it will end up, and similarly to the stocks it can make you very anxious on a daily basis not sure of your investment... Well good people reading this, after a little over two years from a rear-end collision with I and my wife being the victims of, Mister Cory Jones of Jones-Wilson law firm, got us a settlement that was totally equitable since he procured us with the maximum compensation available after judiciously wheeling and dealing with the corporate insurance machine on our behalf. He was recommended by a chiropractor I use to work with, one in touch with many attorneys, and when I showed him a list of five that I had meticulously researched, without hesitation he pointed at Cory Jones, and that was it for me. Mr. Jones easy nature of communicating and quickly responding, and, most importantly, his willingness to share vital thoughts about the case with his clients if they're so inclined and astute to contribute, that inspired even more confidence. I hired Jennifer Isso to help me with my divorce. Worse decision I made!!! She came across as empathic, knowledgeable, understanding & caring. I thought I could trust her. This couldn't be further from the truth!
My health is really bad & I've never been divorced, so I needed her help & guidance through this process. I continued to pay her whatever she asked for, since she was considered an unbundled lawyer. Turns out she's one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met!!! Treat people how you want to be treated!! Period!! I paid her a total of $5100 which included a TPO.
I had been approving the Disclosure documentation on Oct. 29th with her for my second court date on Nov. 19th (today). Without any communication at all with me, she files in court on Monday (Oct. 30th) morning that she had dropped me as her lawyer!!! Who does that??!! Unbelievable!! This is how you treat a client??!! Really??!! How unprofessional is that!! Tuesday morning, she emails my husband informing him that she's dropped me!! This is when I found out what had happened. I was shocked & speechless!!! My first thought was this has to be a mistake. Right? No professional behaves in this manner!!
She had time to notify my husband & not me the client??!! Unacceptable on so many levels!!! Proper business practices is you let your CLIENT know. All she needed to do was to tell me she needed additional money to represent me in court. It's that simple!! It's called communication!! No one's a mind reader!!! I was paying for professional representation, so I assumed.
This morning was my court date with the judge. I paid Jennifer Isso $1000 for the Disclosures that I assumed was being submitted to the judge (she never told me otherwise & wasn't communicating with me). She only sent my husband a copy that was it!! The court received nothing. What goes around, comes around!!! I truly had trusted her & she proved to me that I should've never hired her!

When considering hiring a Personal Injury firm to handle your case also consider assuring that the case worker handling your case is a fit employee "Angie Moreno Sanchez" is NOT a qualified case worker! Not only does she NOT have a College degree, she does NOT have a High School diploma, nor a GED. She also brags how she works from home (TEXAS) meanwhile other staff members must report to the office.

The review below is from my partner. I was the handyman Laura Payne hired to do demo/construction on her home. It was an initial 3 day bid, which due to scope creep, turned into much more work, turning the full scope into 4-5 days work (all discussed and approved, though roughly understood on her part). On the beginning of the 3rd day, I arrived at her multimillion dollar estate in a gated community to find I had tools stolen out of her house by an electrician who came in without me there. Her response was to have her son and a strange man come into the closet while I was working, accuse me of lying about my tools and terminate her and my contract. It escalated verbally but I agreed to leave if I was paid for my time and supplies and got my tools. They then physically choked me on her front porch in broad daylight. The cops were called. And stories were gathered. Her, her son (who physically partook in and watched the battery), and the assailant Alfredo denied choking me or him even touching me at all.
Her house is heavily video monitored, so I told the cops to pull the footage. He said he only could if they offered. Which they fully “cooperated” with the cop. The Paynes showed the cop altered footage that included unaltered clips of me bringing thousands of dollars of tools out of the house, the verbal altercations with Alfredo and son, but conveniently was missing the first minute of the clip where Alfredo choked me on her porch and attempted to shove me down 2 flights of stairs.
Laura and her family/friends impeded and obstructed an investigation for battery on her personal property. I have zero legal recourse to have that crime investigated accurately now. They also put me in physical danger im a position where my egress, ability to defend myself or have an objective 3rd party were limited, if not completely unavailable.
The optics/hindsight on this is scary.
I have contacted the Nevada State Bar Association, her community HOA and intend on contacting the news. Laura paid me for supplies and the first 2 days but did not pay me for any of my time on the last day. She has since retroactively offered, but I told her I do not want her money. This is more than about money. This is about her ethics as a person and lawyer.
As someone who has had the unfortunate, traumatic experience of working with her, I can positively say that she lacks ethical integrity completely.
I did not deserve to be physically assaulted. There is no excuse for that.
Attached are pictures of the project and scratches on my neck and shoulders from Alfredo choking me (2 days post incident).
Though I was verbally defending myself, I did not physically touch anyone.
Personal context: I’m currently a handyman/ punch carpenter. But drywaller/painter by trade. 10 years experience in my field. I have 2 college degrees; graduated from Western Michigan University in 2017 with a double major in English and journalism, minor ad promo. I spent the first 10 years of my professional life working for non profits and juvenile detention centers; helping marginalized populations learn to express themselves in nonviolent, creative ways. I finished my stint in CMH/social services in 2019 as a house manager for 1 of 3 homeless shelters in SW Michigan.
That said, I have given back and given to the good in this world. I’ve been a community leader.
This is unacceptable.

This “lawyer” hired my husband for a multi day demolition and construction project, which half way through after changing the scope of the job repeatedly, sent in her son and another man to threaten him to leave without payment. These actions were unprompted. Then her male friend proceeds to C H O K E him as he’s leaving her doorsteps which she asked him to do. there are scratches on his neck from this, police took pictures. These actions were on her ring camera footage, but this lawyer conveniently deleted the exact segment of the footage where her friend was assaulting him by the time the cops arrived. Wealthy Personal injury lawyer causing injury to poor working class folks. The man I love life was in danger because she was unhappy with a job she doesnt know how to do herself that she keeps requesting changes on..
