The receptionist seemed efficient.
The lawyer with whom I consulted,Bill Potter, was friendly and welcoming.
I was there for advice on a potential criminal violation.
Although we were visiting one of his areas of expertise, it was apparent he had done further homework.
Bill managed to put my mind at ease vis-a-vis present actions and future conduct and application.
It would have been easy for him to leave an option for further action and expense, but he clarified probable futility of such.
I left with my qualms, fears, and reservations allayed.
I got a distinct vibe of integrity from Bill and would unhesitatingly recommend him for criminal concern.

The RIGHT Lawyers is HIGHLY Recommended! From my first phone call to the firm, to my last interaction with them, they have been extremely responsive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They offered compassion and knowledge that helped me through the divorce.
The guidance of Rock and team was very helpful when it came to making decisions on the divorce. They offered insight, logic and perspective in a time of high emotions.
I did not feel that Rock and team were in this to empty my checkbook! In fact, Rock had often times reminded me of the value of the battle with the plaintiff. He would often remind me that it would cost more to fight over some household kitchen items than it would be to just let the other party have it. It was a hard concept to let go of, but he was correct. Bottom line is he offered logic when I could not think clearly during the divorce!
The RIGHT Lawyers offers the flat fee which I think is easy to work with and offered less stress than having to calculate and keep track of hours, etc.

I actually met Michael by accident. I was a single father trying to get custody of his son after my girlfriend was advised by legal council to leave the state without consent. The way the laws were written, there are nearly no protections afforded single fathers. I was actually using a different lawyer, and due to a very biased judge, I was only allowed to see my son 9 days a month, and I was ordered to pay $693 a month Child support.
Michael worked very hard on our appeal to the state supreme court, and while we were not able to overturn the decision of the original judge (one who is no longer serving as a family judge in the state of Nevada), we were able to get legislation introduced to help cement the rights of unwed fathers in Nevada.
I see the people that gave him low reviews complained that he overcharged them. I can't speak for that, but I can tell you that he did all the work on my case, which would have been well in excess of $100k completely Pro Bono.
While he was unable to get help for me, I do not believe it was due to anything he did wrong, but due to an incorrect decision by the state Supreme Court of the State of Nevada.

Dont belive the great speech that Linda gives you about how honest they are, its all BS .. Awful experience. First of all, nobody ever contacted me about anything, I have to investigate my case by my own. If you call them, they will only answer after they get annoyed, but still, nobody knows anything about my case. They never put a lean on my accounts, so I was sent to collections for several medical bills, and be aware that they not only take 33% they also charge you over $1000 for office fees( event though they do nothing my case was settled by the insurance company)... After the settlement I got less money than they did, I have to pay all my medical bills out my packet. My credit score is so low I can't even get a job. Still waiting for the camera footage that they were supposed to send me, but of course that would never happen.

We have been trying to work with the Southern Nevada Water Authority for almost a year to get our rebate and deal with their legal documents. We were given Mr. Massi to contact regarding the rebate and he resolved the matter within a month and we received our rebate and he is now our legal counsel for the documents that we were required to sign.

I did not have a very good experience with this company. My mom passed away almost a year ago and some of her assists needed to go through probate. We came here for assistance. Every thing was going fine until 3 days before the court date I got an email and call from Joanne who stated she needed more information for the courts. At this time I was in Columbia about to board a plane home and did not have access to anything, also confused as we had spoken to the lawyer 4 months prior to the court date and they just now had realized they needed more information. I am assuming that because of not having the needed information the court date was bumped back from April to June. I then called Joanne asking how to obtain my moms money knowing that they had a check from Macys which my aunt had brought to them. Instead of answering my question Joanne sent me a list of my mom’s assets. When my aunt went over to talk with Joanne she proceeds to tell my aunt that they do not owe us any money. 2 months later after my aunt had gone over multiple time and them telling me that they have sent the check, my aunt was able to get the check. Me, my brother, and step dad do not live in Nevada and felt that this company took advantage of that. Joanne was very rude to me at times when I called her for information. I do not recommend this company or just stay clear of Joanne.

I had full custody sole legal and sole physical. I hired Posin to answer a motion. He never got the case settled but was okay with continuing the case from opposing counsel. This was all at my expense. Because it was during Covid this guy used a hardship to overcharge immensely.

I would not suggest this lawyer to anyone. This lawyer was hired to represent me and my sibling in a personal injury case where my mother passed away as a result of a automobile accident. It has been almost a year and a half since the accident and the law firm has yet to settle the case. The insurance companies agreed to pay out to my mother without litigation, however a year and four months later the law firm has yet to take the necessary actions to resolve the case. What I find most disrespectful is that the office refused to take calls or return calls. I must note, it is not like we are constantly calling the office for information. I would say that Brenda is the worst case manager ever. I would also say that the office was not 100% honest with us. They claim that they did not represent an estate. Yet, they had to file an order to set aside the administration of my mothers estate to disburse the funds received from one of the insurance companies. When they filed the documents in probate court, they failed to include all the required documents so the case was taken off calendar and rescheduled for another date. We have called several times to obtain the documents required for signature and they refuse to take our calls. I also find that they should have informed us from the beginning that probate would be necessary but they did not because they found a way to make a easy 33.3% from the settlement when I believe that they should have referred us to probate in the first place. Don't waste your time with this lawyer especially if the person has passed away. You will still need to go through probate because the insurance company is going to pay whatever settlement you are entitled to, to the estate.
