I was injured in an accident over a year ago and did not know what to do because it was my first accident and went to a local Law Firm that ended up letting me go after months of thinking they would take care of my case. Immeditely, from the very first conversations with the firm I was utterltly and throughly impressed with each and every single person I spoke with and that handled my case. I was rear ended and sustained a minor neck injury, seemed pretty strait forward until the other parties insurance refused to pay my medical bills or fix my correctly. I Called one attorney who was not interest, then i found Rob Cardenas at Cardenas law group. Rob came out to me and reviewed my situation, he assured me he would dig in and work hard to get me a resolution and that he did. Rob handled everything and never took No for an answer, he got all my medical bills paid ASAP and a settlement that I was Not expecting, most of all I was treated like family - seriously family, always kind and informative about case, I never had to call and ask for an update and he would make sure I was doing OK. I got multiple bogus felony charges over in Boulder City that included burglary which is capable of jeopardizing my future.. Charges that I was in no way being guilty of whatsoever. so I began to shop around for an attorney to help prove my innocence and I was being quoted over 10 grand to help me fix this problem.. I was devastated.. Then I found Justin Wilson over at Cox@Wilson. During our consultation I was on the phone crying hysterical, he heard my story with care and he seemed to be the first attorney to even hear me out and believe me when I told him I didn’t do it. After talking to him he made me feel a lot better and we agreed that I would only pay him for work done nothing near to what I was being quoted. The case dragged for over 6months but Justin went to court for me and communicated with me along the way. He even showed up at CCDC when i was having a problem doing a court ordered OR release there. The day of the prelim hearing Justin managed to get all the felony charges dismissed by the prosecutor. Everything happened so fast before I knew it I was shaking Justin’s hand and telling him it was a pleasure working for him. If you got a legal problem Justin is your guy!! One of the most bad faith if not immoral work I’ve ever seen. This office works for their own pockets and not your treatment. Paid $24,000.00 for a years worth of ibuprofen only treatment. Case managers and lawyers are hard to get in contact to and answer phone calls as if you were bothering them. My case manager was Michelle, and my lawyer was Dayne. Doctors contracted by the office will hyper inflate the medical bills to then have wiggle rooms for the lawyers to be able to ask for “reductions”, which in fact only means lowering the price enough so the client can have at least leave with a lousy settlement. If you want to be better taken care of I advise taking your case to DeCastroverde law group.
