Mr. Gilpin has a 5 star rating for a reason. I went through the experience of have other attorneys saying I did not qualify for Bankruptcy and suggested an even more costly repayment plan. Mr. Gilpin actually found that I did qualify and was very straight forward and explained each and every detailed step throughout the ENTIRE process. I never once had to wait until he was available and he always returned my calls within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you go with him. He gives you the information needed and as long as you do what is needed of you the man can work it out for you.
