If you are looking for an attorney who will go above and beyond for you, Jimmy is by far-- the BEST!
He was referred to me by a mutual friend and being a "first time offender", I really didn't understand much. Jimmy sat down with me at our first meeting and explained the "law" to me in terms that I could understand. Not once did he ever make me feel "dumb" for questions I had, as I assumed most attorneys would. He calmed me when I panicked the day of my hearing, assuring me, "everything will be OK"...and it was. He fought for me, knowing I was innocent, just in the "wrong place at the wrong time" situation. The punishment I was given (even though I didn't want any punishment, but who does..) fit the crime.
Jimmy returned every phone call, text message, or email to me so quickly, I honestly couldn't believe it. Watching Jimmy work his magic in the court room was amazing. There is no question as to why so many people want Jimmy to represent them. Just being around him makes you feel better. He is so confident in his work, but never shows any disrespect or looks down upon anyone.
Just for laughs, if I could commit a crime just to be around him, I would. :)
I've honestly never met a more caring man in my life, and for an attorney, that's major brownie points!

I would absolutely recommend Dan Kirby as a divorce attorney. He helped me when I was faced with an unexpected divorce after 21 years of marriage. Dan helped me navigate through a divorce in 2013 with reliable, prompt attention and wise council. Dan is the type of lawyer, if children are involved, will look out for the family as a whole and ultimately what is in the best interest of the children in the long run not to mention you, his client. Legal issues are generally a highly emotionally charged event in one’s life. What that being said, I have been able to call on Dan Kirby to this day for council regarding family law. On March 8, 2023 I was involved in a serious car crash when a truck leapt over the highway traveling from the opposite direction, hitting me directly on and totaling my car. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital and suffered a lower lumbar back fracture and torn meniscus as well as many other injuries. I was terrified, and so was my family.
