I was referred to Shin Law Group and Jonathan through a family member that was actually sued by his group due to a car accident (they got 25k for a SCRATCH against my family member) and boy am I happy to say, that things were as smooth as they come using their firm. From personal experience handling a car accident ESPECIALLY against a driver who has no insurance or minimum insurance, I can't recommend getting a lawyer enough. And what a team Shin Law Group has. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident, that said ''Life Happens". This time, instead of trying to 'work it out' with the insurance and trying to figure out how to handle things on my own, Mr. Shin and his entire office helped me navigate the entire process. That in itself was a great relief.
They helped me understand how to get care for my accident and how my financial responsibilities would be handled without going into medical debt. This was a huge concern as care was needed to get my standard of living back, and the insurance companies are not your advocates in this department.
When questions came up, they were there to answer via email or phone and did not make me wait days for a response. Every call and message was handled with patience, kindness, and care. Their experience was obvious as they provided most answers before the questions even came up.

My name is David W. Klasing, I’m an attorney and a CPA and consider myself a scary judge of talent. Roy Comer is a very talented attorney and even more importantly he is ethical, honest, trustworthy and has adhered to the strictest confidentiality in an issue that I referred my own mother to him over. My mother was injured by her best friend when she lost control of her car while in the act of taking my mother to the emergency ward with symptoms of an impending heart attack. My mother was seriously injured and this placed her deeper into an existing financial crisis. She did not want to sue her best friend but her circumstances left her no choice. The family was placing tremendous pressure on her to do just that. She approached me and requested that I find her an attorney that would limit the law suit solely to the amount her best friend’s insurance would pay and would not go after all of her best friend’s assets. After some extensive research I referred her to Roy Comer. I retained Mr Hausmann based on an excellent referral in September of 2017. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, and I’m not easy to please, being a former legal assistant in Minnesota some years ago. I was in an automobile accident and Mr Hausmann knew exactly what to do; when to do it and ultimately negotiated a settlement that was fair. His staff also was extremely helpful when he wasn’t available. Calls were returned timely and questions answered sufficiently. I was in an accident involving a rental car and the driver provided the wrong information. Michael Royer Law was able to track down the driver and handled the case super efficiently. Within less than a week I was receiving a rental and beginning therapy for my injuries. I usually don't write reviews. But Michael Royer and staff were more than outstanding and need to be congratulated. I was in a major rear end car accident which caused severe pain on my spine and a concussion. I was out of work for months. I lost my job because of it. Michael was encouraging and referred me to clinical treatment. He and staff worked so hard on my case! they got a superb settlement. I was able to all of my outstanding debts incurred during my time off, medical bills, credit cards used, and compensation for future expenses. I was so relieved to have them finally paid off. There are reasons that high profile attorneys get to where they are. Eric Dubin returned my email in less than 24 hours. After a short (free consultation), he was immediately honest in saying it wasn't his area of expertise. But he supported me, and even sent words of encouragement, such as "hang in there." PI attorneys get a bad rap from time to time, but there are people like Eric who could (given his well documented trial skills) win probably any case. But he didn't try to be everything to everybody. He was kind, honest, and most of all replied. In fact of all of the attorneys I consulted the one thing that sets these premier attorneys apart is that they actually do call you back. After finding out that a black mold case is not his strongest suit, he never the less was kind, encouraging, and took time to respond to me. By contrast one other supposedly preeminent black mold attorneys who was referred by another attorney (who even made a call on my behalf to get the specific name of the attorney to call, never returned a phone call, nor an email, nor did I ever get an email after filling out one of those utterly annoying "chat now" messages. I've followed Eric's career, and he doesn't talk the talk. He's brilliant, he cares about people, and he is responsive. I hope that I never need an attorney in the areas where he truly excels, but I would go back to him in a moment, and I'd refer him to anyone injured, or unjustly treated.
