When Mr. Williams was referred to us, we had bad experiences with 4 previously attorneys, since March, 2007. We were terrified, but a CPA that we trusted, recommended him without reservation. We were immediately impressed by his quick actions, professional quality of court documents, and knowledge of the legal system. Mr. Williams saved my family and I from being destroyed by the Receiver in our company, that refuses to get out. We are proud with Mr. Williams continued support, even after more than 2 years of fighting against our company's Receiver . I had the pleasure of meeting and subsequently retaining Mr Bayona on a very important criminal complaint fora friend of mine. The price quoted was less than any other attorney quoted and he never asked for more money,though the case dragged on for two years. Everything my friend wanted from Mr Bayona was accomplished (i.e No jail time ,no bail,short probation, minimal community service and restitution payments).I would highly recommend Eber for any criminal or civil case. I could not be happier with the RAPID, ROBUST, and friendly assistance from Doug Kirk. My case was pretty open-and-shut, but when you're terrified and time is of the essence, you need ACTION. Doug knew exactly what to do and was aggressive as could be. VERY SATISFIED, without giving away confidential details, we seized defendants assets and cash, and then won a judgment almost double the theft, secured with a trust deed to the defendants house. Apparently Dennis in California is over seen by Ryan, according to the reseptionist.
I was told signing up i would have WEEKLY contact. This was a concern i had and the made this comittment. I recieved a total of 4 phone calls spoke twice on the phone and recieved 2 emails with questions. Through out the whole process i recieved one update after 3 months total. It was great news, that they were able to reopen my claim. In the same conversation i requested to be kept in the loop. Dennis asked for mw to provide some documents and information last. I sebt all i had and was told for another document, he had to request it. I sent him an email stating they would not release it. I recieved nothing for another 3.5 weeks and then got a letter they couldnt determine who was at fault. Not to mention Dennis didnt even have the correct intersection which i provided prior to.
Long story short, 5 total months no communication, lack of effort to get up to speed. Also when you ask them for communication, they dont want to take the time to. Then make excuses to drop it if it takes to much time. Not even a good excuse for not having the apprpriate info. They cant even tell you personally why, they send a letter and then REFUSE to take a phone call, instead of the out of the office excuse.

On 06/18/2022 , my life changed. After I was released from the police station the following day I felt alone, embarrassed, remorseful, hopeless, empty, sad and clueless as to how I was going to face my new reality.
