I paid a small fortune to get help with my family law case. Once it was all said and done I found out that the attorney didn’t do what he said. Meaning we fought to have a name change and to be added to the birth certificate, which neither was done. When asked about why I was told I needed to pay more money so that it would be done. Our family had to deal with a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one, and were just as suddenly faced with dealing with managing her estate. Dave not only led us through every inch of the paperwork and planning required, he provided helpful advice in areas we knew little about, and did so in a very caring, respectful way to the entire family. At the outset, I was concerned, having never dealt with managing an estate, but the entire process couldn't have been easier thanks to Dave. Any questions (and there were plenty), and he was always available, responded quickly, and walked us through every step of the process. Nobody wants to go through something like dealing with a family death, but it was nice to know we had Dave by our side to help get through it.

As Coffman’s Realty was representing an out of state owner on the sale of Real Estate, the title company brought to our attention the papers that were filed on behalf of the seller in their state were not valid in the state of Kentucky. They were unable to appear in court in Kentucky. I called the law firm of Fessler, Schneider & Grimme to ask what the options were. David Fessler returned the call the same day and suggested an ancillary administrator. He explained the process and quoted a price. I explained what need to be done and the seller appointed me the ancillary administrator. His explanation was exactly correct and his bill was as quoted, no surprises.
David Fessler gave me a list of what was needed. Once I supplied the information, he took over and kept us informed during the process. David Fessler saw every detail through to the end. He handled this with utmost professionalism and in a timely manner so we could transfer the property. The details after closing were handled in the same professional manner.
The law firm of Fessler, Schneider & Grimme is my go to firm when the closing attorney or title company cannot do what needs to be done because of a conflict of interest. I would highly recommend Fessler, Schneider & Grimme for any legal Real Estate needs.

I DO NOT recommend, I would give them zero Stars if I could...My uncle called Hughes and Coleman BC he saw them on TV advertising what he thought would be a good idea, shut down the nursing home, OK good, instead of shutting them down like most attorneys would do, but not them like we thought, they did the opposite, they just did a settlement case, we wanted them shut down of what they did to my grandfather and if that wasn't bad enough not suing them like they deserve so that nursing home can't do that to other family members that has loved ones
in that place & they didn't even take it to court, just a settlement.. they took most of the money that was given to us,it was just half they kept the rest of the money. We didn't care anything about the money we just wanted that nursing home shut down for good, they R just a bunch of con artist, who does that to someone we were very upset with them..they wouldn't even call us back they kept on lying to us saying that they would call or someone will, never DID, JUST trying to find out what was going on with the case, they got rude & hateful..
if they even did call back they took their time getting back with us.. nothing but liars & jerks the whole company is.. just stop with your lying advertisement 🤬😡

I had talked to other lawyers in Pikeville and Adam was the only one who seemed to actually care about helping me rather than just profiting from my case. Adam was able to help me get reimbursement for my car which was totalled, all my medical expenses paid, and a compensation for my pain and suffering. We had to deal with an insurance company who didn't want to take responsibilty for their client (imagine that).
