Susanne Cetrulo provides top notch legal services. Her experience is vast which allows her to provide excellent representation while valuing your time. She is flexible and allows for work to be done over the phone or via e-mail as necessary. However, she is very willing to meet in person if that is what is required. Hiring a lawyer can be quite scary but Susanne's knowledge and experience will put you at ease. She is highly recommended.

Unlike many attorneys, Suzanne is not constantly watching the clock, looking for how many ways she can bill you. I hired her for an adoption, and it was a great, caring experience! Later I hired her for wills/POA/healthcare directives; quick, easy, and reasonably priced. I also asked for quick advice a couple of times. She was there with reassurance--and not an INVOICE!

Mr. Yates did a wonderful job with my case. He reviewed it several times and was very punctual. He did everything I asked and wouldn’t go further without my permission. Phil Taliaferro is wonderful! We are so grateful for his guidance and representation during a recent court appearance. We reached out to Phil for help, as we were unsure how to deal with multiple, questionable citations that were given during a traffic stop. Maria represented me on a personal injury case. I was in a significant amount of pain when I hired her and also was stressed out dealing with a very pushy insurance adjuster. She was very helpful during this difficult time in my life. It was quite a lengthy process from beginning to end... several years in fact. Mr Nighswander has represented me on four different occasions in a variety of matters. Each legal action was handled professionally with a minimum of my needing to be involved. I was kept advised each step of the way. All four actions were settled in my favor and only one of them had to go to court. Mr. Nighswander was very efficient in handling my late husband's and my bankruptcy proceedings. Also, after my husband's death he was able to get my bankruptcy payments reduced since my income had been reduced, by half. I respected his efficiency in the handling of my late husband's probate proceedings. He is a very professional attorney but also showed compassion for us/me during our appointments with him. Nathan Williams name was given to me after I was in a
Motor Vehicle Accident. He was not only a pleasure to talk and work with; he is a very bright individual who worked diligently.
I tried to navagate paying medical bills and dealing with my car

Kyle represented my family in a fatal car accident with a pedestrian that resulted in the passing of one of our family members. We were in mourning, and in complete disarray, but Kyle was there to help with everything and more. When I fell in a hole in a parking lot the ligaments in my knee were torn. I am not from Winchester and spoke to another attorney before speaking with Stanley about my accident. I was overwhelmed with annoying phone calls and letters regarding several debt collectors that seemed to me to be way too aggressive and intrusive.
