There are a lot of men in Louisiana that believe that the courts favor the women. I believed that exact same thing. I did a ton of research looking for the perfect lawyer to represent me for my divorce. While doing my research I came across the saying "Have you ever tried to argue with a woman?". This immediately caught my attention, because what man hasn't. Let me tell you, this is not a woman that you want to go up against. She does not mess around when it comes to children, custody and divorce. There was always contact throughout the entire process with the entire team. They didn't feed me any lines and gave me realistic expectations of what would happen. I was awarded sole custody in Louisiana! I never thought that would happen. I know that every man out there has that fear of the state favoring women. I am proof that isn't true anymore. I would highly recommend speaking to Ms. Thompson if you are in this situation. I would like to thank Ms. Thompson, Mr. Bursavich, Mr. Patterson and the amazing team they have for the time and effort they put into my case. My family and I had an unfortunate situation. The minute I hired Mr. Webre I knew I had made the right decision. I could breathe again. I had complete faith in this attorney. He and his staff were helpful and reassuring and I was very distraught from our case issues. I am sure having to deal with some of my anxiety was not easy for Mr. Webre and his staff. They were always friendly and professional. At the end near the settlement I was uneasy and ready to just take a lower settlement but just seeing Mr Webre's unwaivering status to keep fighting and waiting I also waited. I never thought that I would ever have to hire an attorney, but accidents do happen. I was referred to the firm Broussard and David, specifically Blake David by a friend of mine. The injuries that I sustained in this freak accident were serious making my recovery very difficult and life long. Because of the nature of my accident, it was difficult and complicated case. I needed an attorney like Blake David. He is an experienced attorney that worked hard and fought for me. Blake fought and made sure that I received a fair settlement. i would highly suggest william goode as a defense lawyer. my case was a huge overreach of conspiracy in a drug case. Bill would not cave to the federal government & pressed them on suborning perjury in two different instances. after the government prosecuter found himself under pressure, the case was dropped.bill is compassionate & diligent for his clients and i could not have hoped for a better result

I was injured in 2013 due to an inattentive driver resulting in serious injuries to my back and neck. Having young children wife to support, I was terrified that without being able to work we may lose our family home, and so much more. Fortunately, I found Mr Joy's firm who rapidly got me help in obtaining the proper medical help necessary to diagnose and treat my injuries. When I was not able to return to working after the medical care he made certain that the responsible parties paid out close to the maximum amount available. My experience with Ms Hebert was heavenly, She has a "take no crap" demeanor when getting you what you need. I was having trouble getting a rental car after my wreck and spent hours going in circles. After one phone call Britney had the insurance company calling me to ask what car I would like. She was quick to answer any questions I had and returned my calls almost immediately, if and when she missed them. This is a quality hard to find in a lawyer. I took care of our children for 5 years while my wife worked weekends. She insisted that any job I found must have weekends free so I could take care of them. On the day she filed for divorce, she made an allegation that I was a danger to the children even though she had never said, implied, or hinted that she was afraid I might harm them. The court had to decide if this allegation was true or not before I was allowed unsupervised visitation.
Kay represented me and got the supervisor I wanted for visitation appointed rather than the one my wife wanted. This appearance before a hearing officer lasted 5 hours due to the determination of my wife to have her desired supervisor appointed. My wife promptly fired her attorney and hired another.
The judge ruled in my favor for unsupervised visitation without even hearing the testimony of all my witnesses. She heard the testimony of only my wife's chief witness before saying she was not buying what the witness was saying and told my wife and her attorney to settle because they could not win. Kay's cross-examination showed the bias of this witness.
Kay won each and every point that was contested between the parties. Kay proved to the judge that the allegations were false, and my wife and her attorney were not allowed to keep the children from me due to these false allegations.

On 11-18, I had elected to use Chris as my representative. Currently I have done lots of homework already and I was at a point to receive settlement however Allstate gave a more than one year Statue of Limitations which in Louisiana is one year from date of accident. Currently Allstate said that they wanted to pay for BCBSLA and chiropractor bills. The defendant has the minimums of $15k on bodily injury and with paying of these bill would leave $10, 200 however this would not be sufficient because of a tendinitis hearing issue occurring due to accident, I'm having trouble sleeping due to ringing of ears but it's worse in mornings. We just need documentation from my ENT specialist to state so. Keep in mind that he charges 33-1/3 percent not including the other expenses. Something I wasn't aware of. We'll see what comes out this. Like with any attorney you don't want to sit back and wait for them to reach you, you need to be active participant. On 11-20 He is moving forward rather quickly since we need to settle within a year allowed by State of Louisiana.
