Though my lawsuit has lasted for quite sometime, I was always able to count on Jerome Moroux and his team. I had doubts and times of concern, however Mr. Moroux always took the time to remedy the concerns and reassure me. The professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Moroux/his team was always at the highest level. I would also like to give a special thank you to Janey Derouen who worked tirelessly to always get me what I needed and answered all questions I had. As someone who does not live local to Louisiana they always did their best to make processes easier for me. Though the circumstances were not great, I am very happy to have met and worked with this wonderful lawfirm. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate everyone who worked on my case.

I felt very well taken care of right out the gate, from the first day I walked in their building to give my statement, all the way up to the day I cashed my hefty settlement check. (that was 5x more than I had ever imagined I’d end up with).
I had another co-worker in the passenger seat with me during the accident who sustained major injuries also, requiring him to have surgery as well, however, he chose to hire a different attorney and unfortunately did not get the compensation he deserved. He actually got downright screwed during his experience and throughout the course of the case (pretty much the same case) and ended up almost empty handed in the end, even after I warned him of the incompetence and selfishness his attorney presented. I believe if he were to have listened to me and he had hired Mr. Roy and Mr. Jardell, his life would be much more comfortable today,! (to say the least)
Both John Roy and Remi Jardell were very professional, honest, with no bs, and very knowledgeable attorneys, who both, I would hire again in a heartbeat. I will not go into details on what my case was about but it was not something simple like a speeding ticket. From day one, he assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me. He sounded very sincere and genuinely wanting to help me instead of other lawyers i talked with that just wanted money or to get an "win" under his/her belt. When i came in, i had no hope, he gave me my life back. He took the case even though it was not in his area of expertise. He had so many positive professional contacts that he was able to talk to them and help me a lot. I owe Mr. McConnell everything, he feels like family now because of how everything was handled from beginning to end. He is an incredible lawyer and i can not recommend him enough. There is no case to small or to big for him and his team. Give him a try and it might just be the very best decision that you will ever make.

We hired Mr. McConnell when my wife was involved in an accident in Memphis, TN. He did everything he could for us until the other party would not even try to settle. Since he did not have a Tennessee license, he referred us to an attorney in Memphis to finish out our case. He is a really good attorney who knows what he is doing.

On 11-18, I had elected to use Chris as my representative. Currently I have done lots of homework already and I was at a point to receive settlement however Allstate gave a more than one year Statue of Limitations which in Louisiana is one year from date of accident. Currently Allstate said that they wanted to pay for BCBSLA and chiropractor bills. The defendant has the minimums of $15k on bodily injury and with paying of these bill would leave $10, 200 however this would not be sufficient because of a tendinitis hearing issue occurring due to accident, I'm having trouble sleeping due to ringing of ears but it's worse in mornings. We just need documentation from my ENT specialist to state so. Keep in mind that he charges 33-1/3 percent not including the other expenses. Something I wasn't aware of. We'll see what comes out this. Like with any attorney you don't want to sit back and wait for them to reach you, you need to be active participant. On 11-20 He is moving forward rather quickly since we need to settle within a year allowed by State of Louisiana.

Like so many others, My husband and I have had to hire an attorney for several instances in our life. I can honestly say without a doubt Chane Menard is The Absolute Best attorney we have ever dealt with as well as his staff. He's prompt and to the point when he's in business mode and definitely gets things accomplished before you leave his office, When he's done with business he's a down to Earth guy just like you and I and that's what we love about him, He's not one of those attorneys that look down their nose at you like you're beneath them, He's laughed with us, Talked family with us etc. like a lifelong friend. As far as his office staff, I can't even express our gratitude for or them, They have been friendly and compassionate about any matter at hand since day one. They call you back within a timely manner and they definitely do their part to get things done, I've pretty much dealt with one staff member from the very beginning (Ms. Jamie) and she is like No Other and absolutely goes above and beyond even when she does have to.
