I never imagined myself needing an attorney for a car accident so when I became a victim of one of those horrible drivers out there I had no idea where to turn. My wife actually did the research to find this attorney for me and I'm glad she did. They were able to get me an appointment to see a doctor the day I contacted them to become a client and when I needed to change doctors that process was smooth as well. The staff here, especially my case manager (unsung hero!), made this entire process simple and easy to manage for me from beginning to end. Everything from signing on to be a client, to paperwork, interviews, questionnaires, potential arbitration and discovery, was made simple to understand and handle thanks to the staff here. They communicated with me every step of the way and always contacted me with any updates or to just tell me the progress of my case. Again, my case manager was wonderful. I hope to never have to need attorney services ever again, though if I do I am glad to know of where to get great attorney services.

I feel like I am doing a review on a FAMILY member. My sister met him at her job and he gave her his information. She ended up calling him for a car accident she had. When I i had my accident years later she told me not to call anybody until she called me back with his information. She told me not to worry and that he will treat you as though your family and she was right. Even down to using emojis on messages. He even talked to me about my dogs. David made this chapter of my already hetic life as seamless as he could. I was completely helpless because my car was totaled. He helped me with EVERYTHING I needed to survive this tragic event. He took care of both my 14 year old daughter and myself. I am so happy I could cry because this review comes from the bottom of my heart. David is our family attorney and I have already referred him to one of my co-workers as such. David we love you. You are incredible not to mention very talented.

My brother and niece used Sidell Injury Law for their car accident and they did a great job. So when I got into a car accident they told me to call Roberts office for help. It was a hit and run accident. The other driver ran away from the scene. I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. The experience I had with Mr Porter Allred has been nothing short of amazing. I had a complicated case that also had elements of workers comp. He set me up with a workers comp attorney that guided me through that whole process. I also had injuries that resulted in surgeries and Porter checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing, he felt more like a buddy than an attorney. After the workman’s comp case closed out Porter began helping me with my insurance case. He remained steadfast and persistent and all the while he was very positive and reminded me at times how fortunate I was to have not been more seriously injured or killed!! After 2 years he reached an amazing agreement with the powers that be resulting in an amazing settlement. I CANNOT thank Porter Allred and his team enough for all the amazing help! I would’ve been lost without them!

I stumbled upon Tom and Co. via Google search and I was not disappointed. Highly and very competent Lawyers, that will fight for every penny you deserve. I highly recommend! Tom and Tara are very friendly and responds back within 24horua with any questions. Tom was able to negotiate my medical fees down to 40% which means I was able to pocket more. Great people and overall took about a year (due to the other insurance playing games) but overall I got what was deserved. Thank you Tom and Co.
