Jim represented me in a personal injury, car accident case. I was rear-ended by someone who was not paying attention and sustained major neck, shoulder and back injuries. He was able to fight the insurance company and I was able to recover a very large amount which allowed me to pay all my bills and set aside enough that will enable me to have a comfortable retirement. We got into a car accident and the person that hit us tried to blame the third driver who left the scene and the cops reported that it wasn’t her fault even after she tried to leave as well but her car was to damaged to make it past the next light. Roy got his team on the job and proved she was lying. He made sure we got what we deserved and answered every question along the way picking up every call. You’ll trust him immediately. He knows how to calm you down and joke a bit at times but get serious at times when it’s required.
You can tell immediately he doesn’t “need” your business. Zero salesmanship. He is priced well below others who will smile, schmooze, then disappear as soon as the check clears.
Ted helped me with a DUI. My second. I paid my first attorney more than 5X Ted’s fee (for a simpler case). Ted spent at least 5X more time with me and he seemed much more prepared. The results were as good as possible with the circumstances and Ted could certainly charge a lot more (which I’m certain he knows). That’s just not how he rolls. Total class act.
Ted was referred to me by a mutual friend who is also an attorney and I’m so grateful I bit the bullet and told my friend the circumstances - it was worth the mild embarrassment for a top notch attorney.

Mr. Williams is the only lawyer I ever heard of who gives you honest advice even if that means he will not get your business. My nephew was in big trouble and instead of trying to charge my family thousands of dollars, he advised us to stay with our public defender who Mr. Williams knew and said was an excellent attorney. I've heard that Mr. Williams is kind of rich so he does not need to rip people off like other lawyers do.

A few years ago, I was hit by a drunk driver in the course of my work. I had major damage to my ankle (and other parts of my body). Because this was both a personal injury case and work comp, it was not pretty! I was referred to an attorney, only to be dropped by that attorney because his partner represented the at fault insurance company. Frustrated and without counsel, I searched for someone to help. Being dropped by another attorney made it very difficult to find another. I reached out to a college friend who is an attorney here in Las Vegas. She specializes in work comp, but could not help me as she was about to go on medical leave. She recommended her friend - Adam Muslusky. For 2 years, Adam represented me ... more than represented me, he became my friend through this painful process. My employer treated me horribly ... the work comp insurance company faught everything. Adam was able to get me bi-weekly checks from work comp to cover my expenses. He was always available to me - even after hours if I had a question. I was in an accident and didn't think that Sgro & Roger did personal injury cases; I went to their website and found that they recently began taking on PI cases so I decided to give the office a call. I was impressed with how nicely I was treated by the attorneys, specifically Mr. Sgro and Meredith Weiner.
They made me feel like my case was just as important as the rest of the cases they must've been working on. Plus I got reimbursed for the cost of my medical treatment and damage to my vehicle. I'd recommend this office to anybody in the city.
