This was my first accident lawsuit and I can’t thank kris enough! Me being a mother with 3 kids losing my job and transportation within a month of each other I was so stressed out and didn’t know where to turn..Kris contacted me not even an hour after being dropped off by my tow truck company he’s been on top of my case ever since! I wasn’t expecting it to settle so fast as I’ve read different stories online but Kris has made this process so easy for me. From getting me a rental car to helping with me getting access to the funds while my case was still in process all the way up to notifying me of the settlement payment which the insurance company paid and the max at that! Mr. Helmick came highly referred by a friend that had used him for his personal injury case when Kris was working for another local firm. I happened to cross pathes with him and had a need for his services as he was starting his own firm, Pacific West Injury Law. All I can say is that he is top notch. Cliff and his team went above and beyond for me when I broke my ankle in a slip and fall. I hired Kathleen Gallagher after dealing with attorney before I hired Kathleen Gallagher. The first attorney did nothing but bill me for doing nothing. 1 year and nothing accomplished. Kathleen Gallagher took over and resolved case in less than a year and got me a settlement. Mrs. Gallagher has proved to be honest and a hard worker. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Mr. Burris' helped me with a lawsuit involving my son. It took a few years and the outcome wasn't even on the brighter side. BUT I felt he guided me honest and has a great office staff behind him.
