I was walking across PCH, a main highway in LA. The light was green and was hit by a fast incoming car. I was immediately sent to the ER. I never experienced anything like that, and to make it worse, I had to move across the state to attend college. I made the bold move to hire an attorney. I never had to make that call before. But when I contacted Brian, I was immediately relieved to have an attorney (Brian) who guided me to what my rights are.
The driver who hit me had Geico Insurance. The reason I mention Geico is that every insurance company handles all there claims differently. Which Geico is the worst. Nothing like USAA. Brian, had a doctor visit me and constantly informed me not to worry about anything except my health and school. What I applaud Brian the most, is that he had my utmost support. He battled over and over and with Geico when they first started to offer the lowest amount they could, that would barely cover all the medical expenses I was incurring. That didn't stop Brian. I made sure to let him know that he had my total belief that whatever he recommended, I would agree. In the end, Brian battled and battled through with Geico, and we were able to get a great settlement. Brian was already ready to take my case to trial. In all, if you get injured, you don't want to deal with it alone. Hire Brian, and he will fight for your justice.

I was a juror in a week long trial and Ms Lindner was the defense attorney. She was the epitome of professionalism, class, integrity and competence. Never at any point did she degrade the witnesses or insult the intelligence of jurors by deceitful games; opposite to the plaintiff's arrogant and unethical behavior. She remained respectful and followed the law and courtroom etiquette. We need more attorneys like Ms Judith Lindner in our not so just justice system. BTW, her case won.

Fast, efficient, and knowledge about real estate transactions, and land use. Hired him for 2 different cases and proved to be very successful in getting what I needed done. There was no need to spend additional fees as he was able to look out for my best interest and have all issues taken care in a very timely manner. I can't say enough about Alan Nicolette and how much my family appreciates all he did in respresenting my mother Fran. Most medical mal practices cases take forever. My mother has stage 4 cancer. Alan and his associates were so helpful, caring and always there for my mother. Alan loved my mother's humor and she developed a wonderful relationship with him. Rick Barone won my personal injury case when other attorneys at his firm & outside firms, warned him not to take the case, because the Forbes 500 company I was suing, held my long term ailment against me. I was injured at my employers company & I would have fallen on that particular day, with or without my prior ills.
Rick hired engineers across the country to survey the injury site & it was proven that the structure of their grounds/property was a danger to all.
Mr. Barone did not stop investigations until he exhausted all demonstrations & arguments. I highly recommend Rick Barone.

Robert J. Lent represented me in a $30 million libel and tortious interference suit filed by Sharon's former law firm after the publication of my unauthorized biography of the actress, Naked Instinct (Carol/Birchlane, 1997)
The book quoted a partner at the firm gossiping with me about his literally "star" client. The LA Times reported that after Naked Instinct came out, Stone left the law firm. So did the partner I quoted in my bio. Stone never sued us because people in the" public eye" don't enjoy the same protection from libel we ordinary mortals do.
The publisher and I were both acquitted. The plaintiffs were ordered to pay our legal fees but never did.
The lawsuit dragged on for two years and climaxed with a month-long trial in 1999.

I was in a really bad predicament before being introduced to Ann. I was looking at being sent to prison for the rest of my life for a crime that I was innocent of. From the beginning, this lady really gave a damn. Our first couple of meetings she gave me the floor to explain my side of the story. As i talked, she took notes, interrupting me every now and then for clarity. She was extremely attentive and gave me her word that she would do everything in her power to defend me (without making any false promises). She would contact me on a regular basis and always give me the most current updates whether the news was good or bad. She treated my family with the upmost respect even when they were sometimes difficult. It was a 2 1/2 year court battle and my case was taken to trial. Because of months and months of intense investigation and dedication on her part, I was acquitted of two counts of attempted murder. When the acquittal was read, we shed tears. Although I was innocent of the crime, if it wasn't for Ann-Yu Wang believing in, and fighting for me I would of never got my chance to prove that. Thanx Ann I will always be grateful...

I am a corporate lawyer with a mostly corporate clientele and when an important client came to me asking for a recommendation for a reliable and trustworthy personal injury attorney, I really had to think twice because although I know many PI attorneys, I can't say I would necessarily recommend them to an important client. I met Mr. Lensky at a conference, and I immediately got a good feeling about him, so I decided to refer my client to him. In hindsight, it was a bit risky since I didn't know him personally, and since I was basically entrusting an important client relationship to him. My gut feeling proved right. A few months later, my client called to thank me for referring him to Mr. Lensky. Was impressed with the reviews until I walked in and realized this location has many law firms. Google the address and you'll see several lawyers use this location. Talked with someone there who said this is a law membership service location shared with many lawyers. Interested in an established law firm not pretending to have a downtown location. Started investigating and realized many of these reviews have only left one review with no profiles which looks pretty sus! Don't appreciate the waste of time. Update to response: I called so not sure why you don't have record of my info, perhaps due to not having a physical location of working admins there.
