Mr. Lederer has handled a rape case and an auto accident case for me and my family. With each case I was informed of the good, the bad, and the ugly that was taking place. He didn't dance around topics or leave out information. He was always blunt and to the point--always making sure I understood what was going on. Yet he was sensitive to my situation and worked with me to mentally and physically heal from the situation. Mr. Lederer aided me in finding the best doctors and counselors to assist me and my family, regardless of our lack of insurance and immigration status. He fought relentlessly for both cases and I received a more than fair settlement with both and his staff helped in negotiating to reduce my medical bills. His staff was always courteous and even provided translation services for my mother when needed. Mr. Lederer and his staff worked extremely hard for us. I would definately use him again as a good trusting lawyer is hard to find.

Ian is the attorney for the quintessential "little guy." An attorney truly for the people. I was initially reluctant about hiring a large law firm to represent me in my case. All of the negativity you hear about large firms—not being regularly updated, not hearing from your lawyer, being handed off to paralegals—was debunked after my experience with Ian. When I hired Ian, I expected to regularly hear from him, not his paralegals, and that is precisely what I got.
Ian is selfless. He fights for what is fair and just. He will protect you; especially when the defense team of lawyers tries to personally attack you. The defense attorneys did what they could to intimidate me so I would drop my case and it almost worked. They attacked my credibility, pried into my personal life, and accused me of lying, being a fake, and a fraud. Ian was relentless in heading off the defense attacks and sticking up for me. As part of a lawsuit I thought every part of my life was subject to examination by the defense lawyers. Not true. Ian pushed back and had the legal intellect to back it up. It was such a sight to see. A big corporate lawyer giving up ground to the “little guy's” attorney.

Mr Klein assisted me in my divorce proceeding where I was being diced and sliced by some real shysters. I consulted with Mr. Klein at Nate and Als. Mr. Klein had the pastrami on rye while I enjoyed hot matzoh ball soup. Not only did Mr. Klein advise me of what was prolonging my settlement but also suggested the proper course of action which would help cut the reckless spending by my lawyer. Mr. Klein was so gracious and even picked up the lunch.

I strongly recommend Robert Sheinbein to all who need the services of an attorney. I am so satisfied with Robert Sheinbein's services that I feel obligated to let everyone know what kind of an attorney he is. He represented our company when we were sued, and due to his knowledge and skill the other party settled without us having to pay anything to them. That is not all. He recovered the money that we had paid him for his services by reviewing our business insurance policy and determining that we were covered for the legal fees. We had no idea that our business insurance even had that coverage. Surely, after reviewing the policy, Mr. Sheinbein sent several letters to the insurance company after which we were finally reimbursed the legal fees on this matter.
Mr. Sheinbein also represented my father in a different matter and had settled the case to his satisfaction. The way this man works amazes me. He is thorough in examining the case and very informative in explaining it to you. He tells you the different possibilities that may arise from the case and how each possibility could be handled. He gives you enough information so that you, yourself can make the right decision regarding the case. Even though he is very persistent in collecting documents required for the case (which by the way works for your benefit), he is very nice and tactful all of the time.
His charges were very fair and reasonable; and his billing detailed all of his time, work and expenses.
Lastly, I am very certain that Robert Sheinbein is the best attorney out of all the attorneys that I have met in my life. I have been lucky to find him.
