Jonathan Yaghoubzadeh worked very hard to get me and my husband a fair settlement. We were kept informed at all stages and were told what to expect at every juncture. Matt Taylor and his associate Aaron Miller of Vaziri Law Group have been heaven sent as a referral from another couple of amazing lawyers, Joseph Shirazi and Simon, another incredible lawyer from the same office. They told me that Matt Taylor was THE Personal Injury Lawyer that they would use and recommend. Matt Taylor is brilliant in personal injury law and as an added bonus, specializes in property liability among so many other things. We were and are in such good hand. My hats off to Mr. Vaziri, for creating and developing organization that make sure their clients be treated with respect. Not another opportunity to enhance their coffers.
Other law often uncomfortable .they were doing you a favor. Not so at Vaziri
I was completely surprised when Mr. Vaziri called to tell me the outcome of my case. It was much more than I expected! I've never experienced that before. He, was celebrating with me!.Usually law firms are happy to see you leave.
In particular, I want to praised Ruth Marin! I don't think I couldn't have survived with her!! You'll love her also. Although, im not certain or her position. I'm hoping she is the closest thing to being a case manager. I'm thinking, she should be a partner!
Mr. Vaziri and Ruth Marin, are extraordinary representatives legal firms. firms should. Sad others don't function in that manner!

I hired Arellanez Legal to represent me after I was hit by a tractor-trailer coming home from Las Vegas to San Bernardino. I was involved in a car accident in Modesto, California. It was a very scary accident for me because I was seven months pregnant at the time and was taken by ambulance to the local hospital. I contacted Arellanez Legal a few days after the accident because the law firm was recommended to me by a friend. My case was handled by Michael Arellanez who is very professional and makes you feel like family. The insurance company claimed their driver was not at fault. This greatly upset me because I was rear ended at a stop light. I could not believe an insurance company would claim I was not injured. Michael explained that the case would need to be mediated. I had never been involved in a mediation and I was unsure what to expect. Michael was very professional and helped me resolve my case at mediation. A few years ago, I suffered a broken arm from a slip and fall accident. At first, I tried to work with the insurance company myself to get my medical bills covered. Needless to say insurance companies did not want to compensate me for the medical bills. When the insurance company started downplaying my injury I reached out to multiple large firms in the LA area. I could hardly get one to return my call. I was ultimately referred to Mr. Arellanez by a personal friend, and I am so happy and thankful that I made that decision. I received the best service from him and his firm. They worked efficiently, always returned my phone call, and I was very please with the results they got me. Fast forward to 2020, when I unexpectedly ended up in the middle of a contract/real estate civil action, I cannot stress to you how extremely stressful, and emotional this situation was, however, I reached out to Mr. Arellanez once again, and asked if he could help me. Mr. Arellanez handled everything in regards to my second case like a true professional. I was very happy with the result and very relieved that it concluded in a relatively short amount of time. I felt compelled to write this review! I want anyone in the state of California looking for an injury lawyer to be so BLESSED to have this firm stand behind them! I urge you to stop looking. You're going to waste your time anywhere else. Sure, everybody says that in reviews when they are happy with a company. I'm not just happy. I feel like I had my own family fighting for me and they wanted my suffering to stop. Most firms and lawyers are a bunch of hot air and lots of ego!! Let's face it. But when you have a lawyer go above and beyond to make you feel cared about and like you are family, then you want only the same for others. Mr. Sherwin Arzani was more than my lawyer, he was on my side and wasn't settling no matter what. I never felt rushed and I could tell he genuinely cared about me from his hard work, phone calls and keeping me completely informed of everything going on.
I was in a very severe accident. A man on his phone, driving towards a backed up off ramp, did not stop and was going 60+ mph blindly hit me from behind without breaks!! I was at a complete standstill. He did not care to help me and took off from the scene. I tried having friends and family talk to the insurance company and saw extremely quickly that I needed an attorney. They wouldn't give me information like what my benefits were. So I looked up Citywide Law and that was the start of my road to recovery.
From the day I called, I felt nothing but compassion and understanding from the entire office. I had to wait 2 days to call them as the whiplash locked my jaw shut!! They took the frustration and headache of dealing with the insurance company off my hands that day, right then and there. I knew without a shadow of a doubt they could be trusted to take this on for me. Their kindness, as well as, professionalism are OUTSTANDING!!
I had to immediately begin seeing doctors. They made all my appointments. I was thoroughly taken care of by their professionals. As I was not getting better with the treatments, I was sent out for further testing. We found I have lifelong permanent injuries. Mr. Arzani called me to discuss what to do and he was clear, thorough, and professional. From the news of my injuries I was very saddened that I will have this for the rest of my life. We were on the phone and he listened to me express my pain. Not just physical pain but the suffering that has come from this man stealing my life from me.....I can handle pain. I can handle suffering, but when you can't play with your kids anymore like you could before you feel a huge sense of loss and he was very supportive. Yes!!!! I said Mr. Arzani was supportive and there for me like a good friend would be.
I urge and implore you to give yourself the best odds at winning your settlement with this firm. I know you will not be unhappy with the results.....
Mr. Arzani fought and won my maximum benefits. If it wasn't for his persistence, I don't think my case would have settled in a year for what I deserved.

I have referred more people to him than I can count, in a variety of areas, but particularly personal injury and landlord tenant. the first thing I will say is that he genuinely seemed to care about my situation (a nightmare of a landlord tenant situation - me the tenant without much power). I felt like he wanted to get my problem solved and compensate me for my economic loss and stress along the way and that's exactly what he did. I was in a traumatizing and debilitating traffic collision. I found Nicole and company through a friend of a friend. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. My injuries were more than intimidating, and my situation was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Nicole gave me peace of mind through effective communication and always making herself available when I would freak out about my situation. Her assertive and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident that everything was going to work out. I don't know how I would have survived this without Nicole and her associates. They made the entire process feel almost effortless, and by "process," I mean three years of medical appointments, physical therapy, surgery, more therapy, etc. Despite having to endure all of that, I had conviction that everything would be okay, even when I was on bed rest and could barely walk. I can't adequately express how positive my experience has been with Nicole and her associates.
We're almost done with the entire process, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Nicole delivered! My injuries were treated by amazing physicians, and I'm anticipating a full recovery! All of my medical bills are paid, and I have more than enough to compensate for my expenses incurred because of the traffic collision. The best part of it all is Nicole didn't make me feel like a client or paycheck. She expressed genuine concern every step of the way and explained every possible avenue and their respective possible outcomes. She made me feel like a priority, and didn't push me to do anything. I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past.
When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier.
Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved.
But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted.
Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

When, through the culpable negligence of a large corporation, I was badly and lastingly injured, Mardirossian & Associates took on my case. I couldn't have been more fortunate. Armen Akaragian played a central role in securing a high-end settlement for me, and it is impossible for me to recommend him or the Mardirossian practice strongly enough. Armen's concern and solicitude for me and my cause were only matched by the dogged, intelligent ferocity with which he went after the guilty corporation, whose lawyers spent several years doing everything they could to evade a just outcome. Time and time again they deployed disingenuous dodges, delays, obstructions, and objections; time and again Armen and the Mardirossian crew reversed their machinations and exposed their mendacity. I lost my father in a sudden, tragic accident, and did not want to deal with the insurance company, so I hired Adrian to represent my family. Mr. Long did a jury trial for a family member of mine and was very well prepared and aggressive. It was a sensative criminal matter that needed a lawyer who would fight hard and work hard, and Mr. Long exceeded our expectations. The landlords of the home I had rented for 4 years put the house on the market while I was still living there. I endured 2 invasive open houses where I was asked to vacate the premised as well as required to make the home presentable. When the home entered escrow, construction to shore up the foundation ensued. The foundation work required a crew of 4 to crawl under the one story cabin to dig out dirt.
They started at 7:00 in the morning. I caught one of the laborer looking up from a hole in the floor in my bathroom, feces were left in my backyard as well as a pervasive urine smell. This went on for 3 weeks. The landlord did not reduce my rent or compensate me for this disturbance or my time. Nor did they intend to pay relocation costs when the house was sold and I was evicted. Mr. Fraser was able to secure $5,000 relocation fees and free rent for my last harrowing month in the home as well as full refund of my rent deposit and a little extra for my pain and suffering. This allowed me the means to relocate without further stress.

In 2004, Mr. William Dickerman represented me in my effort to obtain a permanent SRO against a predatory, abusive and physically threatening resident manager who had been stalking and taunting me for more than three years. There are so many great things to say about Marty Weniz, this review cannot possibly do him justice, but here it goes:
A few years ago, at the age of 25, I had sustained a fall while walking along an un-lit deck. In the dark, unbeknownst to me, there was no railing and I fell 5 feet breaking my leg. Or so I was told. Months later, after much persistent pain it turned out that the doctor failed to diagnose that I had shattered my heel as well, and that the fracture was so severe, it required immediate surgery at the time of the injury. My hind foot suffered permanent damage, to which I still feel the effects today. Beaten down, but fueled with the desire to seek some justice, I had looked around for attorneys and no one wanted my malpractice case because it wasn’t “serious enough;” did I mention everyone drooled over my personal injury case? That is until I found Marty. He met with me immediately; he told me that he was taking BOTH cases!!!
He told me from the get go that this was going to be a process, and that I needed to be patient. Many discoveries, and often stressful depositions later, Marty always made sure I was super prepared for my depositions, and he kept me in the know, step by step. Then, almost like the universe came together to hand us good karma wrapped in a bow, in a matter of months, we got not one, but TWO very large settlements from the malpractice AND personal injury cases. When my family and I experienced a most unexpected and emotionally painful loss which we believed merited legal pursuit, we interviewed several plaintifs' attorneys before choosing to have Marty represent us.
