Doug came highly recommended for workmen's comp cases by other lawyers in the Portland area. Doug Kaplan agreed to represent me in a Worker's Compensation case. After our first meeting my wife and I felt that we had consulted the right attorney and firm. Doug kept me fully informed of conversations between my employer, their insurance company. He informed me of my rights as the injured party and what and how to save any and all documents related to the injury claim.
Mr. Kaplan kept me fully informed of all e-mails between between himself, the attorney for the insurance company and all matters related to the case.
Mr. Kaplan's staff, Traci and Jodi were excellent when answering questions, or solving procedures or issues with the case.
Mr. Kaplan and his staff were and are what we needed to guide us through this stressful and confusing time.
I will miss the e-mails from Doug, Traci, and Jody. It made me feel relieved and comfortable that they were working with and for us.

I was referred to Tim by my divorce attorney to represent me on a separate legal matter. He reviewed the case and developed a strategy that resulted in two felony charges being dropped and a third reduced to a misdemeanor, through a differed disposition. He and his team were approachable, efficient, knowledgeable, and on top of the case all the way through. Even with priors on my record, his efforts allowed for to best possible outcome in the case. We worked with Chrissy and Robin after my son was in a debilitating motorcycle accident caused by a young driver. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They are extremely knowledgeable, so personable and were able to provide my son with a very good settlement. They are accessible, answering all sorts of questions, and bolstered us up many times when we were feeling low and overwhelmed. We feel blessed to have found them. Funnily enough one of the maintenance folk at the hospital told us about Mann Law when I was discussing finding a lawyer with my son. It was one of the best tips I have ever received. I can't say enough good regarding Ezra and his team. Very professional, kind, understanding and compassionate. I always got a quick response whether I called or text. I contacted Attorney Levine for a consultation regarding a situation that I was rather embarrassed by the details of revealing due to the nature of what had transpired as I had not been free of guilt in this series of events.
However, just like a physician who has heard "everything", Attorney Levine cut to the chase and did not allow for any emotionally vulnerable pieces to affect the entirity of what I was realistically looking at and why his thoughts on the matter may be of assistance but would be far from easy to execute that which I was most concerned from coming to fruition.
That, in my mind, is a trait that is found only in the most experienced of defense attorneys as they make it quite clear that none of what they advise is for the purposes of "clearing you in the eyes of the court" but in guiding you down a path that his experience has shown will yield the most desirable outcome.
He does not mince words nor does he allow for you to ask questions which have no real consequence in your case but does so in a manner that is respectful and efficient, considering your time and providing you with the best counsel by not TELLING you what to do but why what Attorney Levine has told you what his recommendation would be in your situation.
Hire Attorney Levine only if you want the results his experience has proven tried and true.

Attorney Levine provided me and my son with a free consultation regarding my son’s “driving to endanger” case. Between a 10-minute phone conversation and an hour-long meeting in his office, he gave us immensely helpful and detailed information and recommendations to aid my son’s defense. The case is quite serious, as my son is only 16 but is being charged as an adult. The case is also unusual, in that my son’s driving behavior was the result of some very unusual circumstances. We now hold a very refreshing view of my son’s prospects and feel much more prepared going forward.

If you’d like an ego boost or if you’re insecure about applying for law school, simply hire Bo. You’ll learn that literally anyone could be a lawyer. You don’t have to come to meetings understanding how to send a billing email or prepare at all by simply reading an 8 page contract. You could answer questions with “I don’t see why not”. Very decisive. Totally reassuring. All while charging an absolutely obscene rate for work you could 100% do yourself.

My husband was injured at work, workmans comp had denied his case. We attempted to fight this ourselfs which left us stressed, confused and overwhelmed.My husband had several medical appts and procudures leaving us with so many medical expenses. It is so frustrating to have to fight so hard to get him the care and treatment needed to recover to get back to work.
A friend referred us Nathan , we were scheduled quickly by his team to meet with him. Once telling Nathan our story, we felt hopeful for the first time.
He understood our stress and was compassionate to our situation. He was professional yet personable, he was easy to talk to. It was such stress relief for us handing everything on to him and his team.

Brett Baber epitomized the word ‘professional’ throughout our eighteen month case period. He was always professional in the sense that his experience immediately commanded respect yet there was always a bit of humility and kindness from him. Celine handled my claim involving an automobile accident. I wasn't at fault, I was broadsided. I didn't want to deal with an attorney or the insurance company. I found myself one day needing legal aid to defend myself against charges of domestic assault, represention for divorce, and shared custody of my 3.5 year old child.
