I live in Tennessee and needed an attorney in Kittery, Maine in a criminal misdemeanor case that involved two different charges. My brother is a longstanding attorney and I have dealt with other attorneys in matters noncriminal so I have some experience with attorneys. I can unreservedly say that Matt is one of the, if not the most honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible attorneys I've ever dealt with. He immediately recognized that the charges were frivolous and he approached the case from that standpoint, even though I was technically guilty of the charges. He left me feeling from our first conversation to the very favorable resolution he obtained for me that I was the only client he had. He did everything he said he would do when he said it would be done, keeping me informed every step of the way. Our communication was conducted entirely via the telephone and email. In the resolution of the case, he had one charge dismissed outright, and the other charge was diverted for six months at which time it will also be dismissed. As to whether I would recommend Matt to anyone else, I would say with no reservation whatsoever, yes. If anyone would like to contact me personally, they need only ask Matt for my phone number. I would be glad to speak with anyone needing an excellent attorney.

Attorney Broder was compassionate and professional. My daughter, who has some fairly significant intellectual and emotional disabilities, was in need of legal representation. Mr Broder immediately sensed exactly what her needs were and put her so at ease, that she was able to open up and talk about very sensitive issues (that even I could not get her to talk about). He was very available, responding to all inquiries very quickly. Our case was handled, by Attorney Broder, professionally and yet, so personally. While with us, he was our good friend...but in the courtroom, he was our absolute protector. His compassion and understanding of my daughter and her needs, along with his total understanding of the law, resulted in a positive outcome. It was brought to my attention by my employer
I had a warrant from a case that I was unaware I had that was nearly 20 years old.
I was shocked to say the least. ( I wont get into details but let just say, the court should have never issued a warrant in the first place) I did some research and began to look for representation in the state of Maine.
i live roughly 2500 miles away now. I called 3 different attorneys trying to get an idea of the process ahead, and the money that would be necessary.
All the attorneys quoted between 300hr - 600hr and wanted minimum $2000.00 just to start making phone calls. I was told (generally)if they can get a quick dismissal, I would get my money back or a portion of it depending on hours of work.
I DO absolutely believe in paying for services even if they are expensive, as long as it's fair a trade.
Before the these attorneys even knew what the case looked like, the feedback sounded like I needed to get ready for the possibility that it would be a long and expensive process. Similar conversations with the other 2 more attorneys will take place.
I spoke to my wife and we both agreed that I would need to keep looking and Praying for the right person. After looking at many other attorneys I found Mr Mcintosh's Profile.
I found it interesting that he was so well traveled and worked for the DOD.
My wife has worked for the government for years and has always had a bottom line {what's the solution here} attitude about problems. Also Traveling that much gives you a wider perspective of the world and the people in it.(Empathy). So I hoped
So I left him a short message.
" I have a case and am in need of representation" (message Sent)
I get a phone call. next morning roughly at 7am. phone call was just under 8 minutes . 7 of which were probably me explaining the events that ensued on that night "it" happened.
Most would worry he only responded with about 4 sentences.
I was relieved . He's said. What's your name and date of birth?
Let me make a couple of phone calls. What's your email?
Email me the court case number. Bye.
Almost 2 hours later I receive an email with an attachment .
CASE DISMISSED!!!
WOW. I Immediately emailed him back and thanked him and requested an invoice because I hadn't received one yet.
His response : It just took a couple of phone calls. You'll be getting no invoice from me.
I'm writing this review not because he didn't charge me .
I'm writing this review because he got my case dismissed in 2hours and refused to be paid for it.
So to whom ever reads this....
If your in need representation ,
Mr Mcintosh seems like a straight shooter, honorable, and of course ...... Effective.
What every your quoted, I'm sure it's fair or even underpriced!

Jeremiah worked hard on my criminal case and worked closely with our local district attorney to get me the best outcome possible!! He worked FOR ME as if I was paying him on my own, and I've NEVER had a court appointed lawyer do that for me before!! Got my charge filed for 2 years and at the end it will be dropped almost all together entirely, besides a small fine.. I was facing some serious jail time, and he worked closely with me to show the truth behind what happened that night, and that I NEEDED HELP, NOT JAIL.. Was going through some severe mental issues at the time and he recognized that and don't judge me.. He helped me point that in court and show that I was unstable and needed more help than jail could offer me!! I was lucky to have him as my attorney!! He worked for me, without judgment and made me feel comfortable at all times!! Not very often you find a lawyer as dedicated as Jeremiah!! Came to the jail many nights, late into the night, met almost weekly with his clients that were currently locked up!! I know, I was one of them!! Thank you SO MUCH for your hard work and dedication!! I have used attorney Marchesi's services approximately a half dozen times over the past 15 years. He is approachable, attentive, and very results and detail oriented. My business involves police and corrections work, and often leads me into litigation. Mr. Marchesi has successfully defended me several times, staved off several other claims, and provided proactive advice which has kept me at work and away from the courtroom untold other times. Mr. Baldacci was hired for a very complicated family law case. He spent a lot of time learning the history & details of the matters involved. He has a calm demeanor, reflective, assured, and, due to his legal expertise, has the ability to hone in on the issues at hand & what part of the history is pertinant in preparing the case & presenting it to the court. He has been a lawyer for a long time, & while this doesn't always translate into legal expertise or knowledge of the courts, or how to draft responses to motions, etc., in Mr. Baldacci's case it does. Experience with the courts, expertise with the law, how that translates to a situation, & how to handle that situation is critical, and Mr. Baldacci has all of this expertise and comfort in handling complicated situations. While there were times we were concerned about what was happening, he stayed calm, and was fully prepared going into court & defending motions. This difficult case was won initially, and also on appeal. We thank him for his kindness, expertise, & compassion. He did a fantastic job and are so grateful for him!

I found Rachel via some amazing recommendations and reviews. She represented my mother and I on separate cases. She was absolutely amazing during my entire process; extremely dedicated, kind, understanding and really achieved great results! I was also the interpreter during most of my mother’s meetings with Rachel. Having English as ones second language is incredibly difficult and scary when dealing with legal matters. Legal terminology is difficult and intimidating for even native English speakers, let alone for someone who speaks English as a second language. Rachel was incredibly patient and did everything she could to communicate with my mum, and to get her the desired results. She is someone who will get back to you promptly and speak to you as a friend. She will spend hours preparing you for everything with a smile and assure you that everything will be just fine. I travel a lot for work, so sometimes mum had to meet without me, which caused me a lot of worry because I wasn’t sure how much mum would understand and mainly how afraid she would be. My mum would call me after and rave about Rachel. How smart, kind, and dedicated she was. How she was going above and beyond. You won’t ever feel like just a client in her hands. She will treat you and your case as if it were her own family. And I truly mean that. That is very rare to find, especially in the legal field. She’s incredibly smart and driven. David took my case on pro bono, we had an hour consultation and then he took care of everything and I didn't have to do anything major, he was the driving force with my case. He was very caring, diligent, thorough, professional, intelligent, organized, and helped me through a very difficult time. He was able to guide me through the process and he was an exceptional speaker when we were in the court room and when I was emotional he made sure I was ok and he wouldn't let things continue until I gained my composure. I hired Atty. Feldman several months ago when I decided to divorce my husband. I had previously used another local attorney for a protection from abuse order and my instinct told me I needed to look further for a very smart, tough attorney. I knew I would be in for a very difficult fight. I knew almost instantly during our first meeting that Michael was the right attorney.
The subsequent legal battle was just as bad as I had predicted, but Michael handled every single aspect with professionalism, knowledge and compassion. Two months into the divorce, my legal troubles were compounded by a lawsuit that I was wrongfully named in. He has expertly worked through this situation, as well.
Atty. Feldman is truly impressive as a litigator. His abilities in court, in mediation and in taking depositions are exactly what a client wants. I have never left a court date disappointed.
