Mr. Beatty represented me by chance in 2018 only because of not being able to be represented by the Public Defenders office. He was assigned as my Panel Attorney and I am eternally grateful to him. I was facing charges that could have sent me away for a very long time. Honestly, truthfully and right hand to our Lord these charges were false, with no evidence I was indicted. The police raided my house because they thought my son was dealing out my house but he wasn't. They found some pills on my sons friend who did not even live there was just visiting and they said we was all responsible. I spend 2 days at bookins and my son was no bail. My friend hired mr. Beatty and got it fixed up quick. First he got my son a bail and got him home on the box and when we all went to court mr. Beatty got it thrown out. I will keep his card and hire this man any time. He gave me back my life and my son. Best lawyer.

We first contacted Attorney Konigsberg after a three year contract that we were in was not able to deliver results to our industry due to Covid-19. Despite several interactions with the company, they refused to budge and claimed we were still required to continue with the terms of the contract for the remainder of the current year and all of the final year.
Attorney Konigsberg was responsive, attentive, and advised us at all points along the way. Every time the company sent an email, Attorney Konigsberg contacted us. He gave us a few recommendations on routes to take, and we ultimately received a letter recently from the company that they accepted our terms to pay out the remainder of the current year and to waive the final year.
I highly recommend Attorney Konigsberg and will definitely contact him again if future legal matters ever arise.

This up and coming young attorney represented me through some timultuous times in my life from 2015-2017. Without going into the personal and professional ups and downs I was experiencing with the law firm when he came on board, Attorney Konigsberg single handedly restored faith to his new firm. Always a genuine smile, Attorney Konigsberg always reported to work with integrity beyond reproach. Joseph usually always returned my emails and when he didn't he was very apologetic. Robert Keehner is by far the most caring and intelligent lawyer that I have encountered. He has helped several friends as well as myself. In each case, he is always available to answer your phone calls at any given time. Most lawyers will not do this. He is also a fighter for you and your case. He will advise you and ultimately do what you are asking from him. My experience with other lawyers has shown that they just want the money and really don’t care about your situation. Other lawyers don't even get to know you by name, your just another client. Robert is the opposite. I recommend Robert Keehner as your only option.

I had actually hired another lawyer to pleade my case. My lawyer thought it would be best to bring in "the expert" and that was Mr. Zuber. My family had just sufferred a major tragedy and he was always so calm in getting us through it. I now live in North Carolina and our lawsuit was finalized 9 years ago. I still call on a Phil when I need a referral for an attorney in my state. He is the best, so I know he knows the best. Mr. Zuber was also facing a family tragedy at the time our lawsuit was going on. I didn't even know about it until our case was over. His compassion was always for us, not for himself. Holland Brownley picked up my case on a pro bono basis a mere 3 days prior to trial. It was not an easy case and the history was long and complicated, with a lot to catching up and reviewing to be done in a very short amount of time. Holland and her associate spent as much time as possible reviewing and preparing, given the fact that they only had the case 72 hours before trial! Holland then went into court, got the truth in front of the judge and presented a vigorous argument on my behalf. She was very patient with all my questions and anxiety about the situation. Since the trial, I have had several people say to me "You were lucky to get her, she is very good" - people who "'would know", such as social workers, law clerks and another attorney. Tim has not only helped my husband out of multiple scuffs with the law, he's also served as a friend and mentor. He'll tell it like it is and give you the best advice possible. Tim helped pull my husband out of the gutter multiple times. He went to bat for us and in the FINAL hearing(because we're walking away from this mess). The prosecution wanted my husband to do a lot of jail time. So Tim ripped him to shreds police and witnesses alike. My husband is serving 2 days. My family and I engaged Mr. Ronald Karp following my involvement as a victim in traffic accident (involving a truck) in 2012. Mr. Karp reviewed the case as it stood, and with his staff meticulously ferreted out the evidence to support my case. That evidence uncovered proved irrefutable and the several aspects of the case (medical, insurance, adequate compensation) were reviewed and comprehensively addressed.
The fees for handling my case were addressed up-front without any further ‘add-ons’ that might have been otherwise expected. Mr. Karp was involved in interviewing me first-hand and was involved in acquiring medical reports on the extent of my injuries. At no stage was there any coercion, for me or my family, to settle on any offered compensation. In fact, his actions encouraged us to ‘stay the course’ through the lengthy process of settlement which he advised could be extended. We felt, that to a great extent, we would be directly influential and involved in the outcome of the case and were confident that our attorney was acting scrupulously on our behalf.
Mr. Karp also, in his capacity of attorney, cleverly and successfully negotiated (on our behalf) with the medical insurance companies.
